Free WI-FI with speed up to 60mps. 7 TV’S and a Pack-N-Play for the little ones. The roomy breakfast bar and dining tables seat 14+ with additional seating if necessary. All three areas have OCEAN VIEWS. Magnificent decks with built-in benches have OCEAN VIEWS and overlooks the POOL and also the FAIRWAY! Located on a private road nestled in Kitty Hawk near where Orville and Wilbur Wright flew their first flight. There are 2 King master suites, 3 Queen bedrooms, and 2 twins. As an added bonus, you'll find all the beds made with fresh linens upon your arrival compliments of the homeowner! There is also a 3rd story WIDOW’S WATCH/LOFT/STUDY with an amazing view of the ocean and golf course. Great for chilling out, reading a book, watching TV or just relaxing after a fun filled day at the beach or on the links. Speaking of relaxing, did we mention the new hot tub. Family enjoyed the house and pool. Several blocks from the beach. There is a light to cross the highway for the beach. Had 9 adults and two 3 year olds with plenty of space. Tracy came by on Wednesday to check the pool and hot tub. Very nice accommodations lots of pool and beach toys also had an air pump for the pool inflatable along with several beach chair for use.

Beach House Review
We LOVED staying at the Beach Par-Tee Fore Shore! It was the perfect beach house for our stay as a family of 10 people. The house is stocked with everything you could need, from toys, DVDs, and pool floaties to towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. The kids used the pool every single day, and the hot tub every evening. The location is great, and while the walk to the beach isn’t too far, the parking by the beach was superb. This is hands down the place to be if you’re staying in Kitty Hawk! We want to go back!

Loved the house, had everything we needed, conveniently located, a short walk to beach that crosses a major road.... crosswalk and light set up to support easy crossing. Initially concerned that this would be an issue..it was not. Tracey was an amazing host that ensured our check in was flawless and easy to reach if needed. plenty of space and a great open living area. Can't wait to plan a return trip

This house was a great fit for our vacation with our kids and grandkids. The pool, screen porch and hot tub-Inside + pool table-were huge hits on a rain day!!) All game changers for the trip. Ample parking for the 6 cars. It was a great vacation. Friendly owner is a plus also.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this home. Everything was clean and perfect for our family. Access to the beach was so easy. Beach parking was close and just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the large family room and there was plenty of seating for our family to be together. The kitchen was well stocked and accessible. Overall, we loved this house and would stay there again!

This home was clean, spacious and the most well stocked house I've ever stayed in. I have been staying in the Outer Banks annually for 20 years and this house was the 1st that had plenty of spices, Tupperware, toilet paper, games, trash bags and more.
It was pretty far from the beach, but the location is included in the listing, so that was an oversight on myself.
The owners were very responsive with massaging.

The property was clean and spacious. We made great use of the pool, sauna and pool table! It was a nice, brief walk to the beach or really short drive with parking nearby if you want to bring a lot of beach paraphernalia down. We had a large tent and heavy coolers so we would drive that stuff down and the rest of the family could walk down at their leisure. The top upstairs room (and deck) - was perfect for anyone who had to squeeze in a work meeting or online class. Or if you wanted to put a kids movie on up there - that space would work. We did not have any children with us but there were many games and provisions for kids apparent. Great stay and wonderful memories made for all of us!

PAR TEE FORE SHORE
This was our first experience renting a house for vacation. I wish we had done it sooner. The house was just as described. Had everything you could imagine you would need, plus more. Location was awesome quiet neighborhood and a quick walk to the beach. And a quick drive or bike ride to get restaurants and stores. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I questioned whether we really needed them....yes, you want them. It was nice to cool off after a long day of adventures. And the hot tub was awesome for our tired bodies after zip lining and parasailing. The kitchen has everything. Even spices...except garlic, so bring some garlic. We want to come back and rent this house next year!

Wonderful getaway
We had a great time here for the week. We booked late in the season and were pleasantly surprised with this house. Let me say the pictures don't do the house justice, it was great.

Home away from home
My family and I could not have been more pleased and comfortable in this beautiful home. Not one day did we get bored with everything they had to offer. Not to mention, every room was unique in its decor - we all loved how beautiful this home was. A few minute walk to the beach, great neighborhood for a morning run, and let’s not forget the ice cream shop and Brew thru in walking distance also! Definitely, coming back!
