Located in Kitty Hawk, this lovely house for R 14,713 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This comfortable 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom beach home is centrally located in the desirable Outer Banks. The unique location allows for scenic views of the ocean and golf course. You can catch the sunrise over the sea from the large back deck, pool area, and living room. After a relaxing day at the beach or exploring all of what the island has to offer, come home to take in the beautiful sunset vistas over the fairway. Only a short 2 min. drive/6 min. bike ride to the beach. This home offers two zero-step entries on the ground floor where you will find a bedroom with 2 queen beds plus a double bed, a full bathroom, and the garage/entertainment area which includes a TV, washer, dryer, and 2 additional refrigerators. The garage and the downstairs bedroom have their own doors leading to the back porch and pool with optional heat. Once inside the home, a short stairway will lead you to the main living area where the open kitchen, dining area, and living room divides the sleeping quarters. On one side of the living area, you will find the Master Ensuite which includes a large walk-in closet, King bed, and dresser. On the other side, two queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom provide plenty of space for everyone. One of these bedrooms has its own access to the front deck and the other allows room for some outdoor privacy with its own screened porch. Outside of the main living area, an additional screened sitting area and deck provides a front row seat to the golf course. A large deck on the back of the house facing the ocean and overlooking the pool offers plenty of room for more outdoor entertainment. *Please Note: You will have access to the entire property with the exception of a locked owners closet downstairs and the locked pool pump/equipment area. All bedrooms have large closets, ceiling fans, and Roku TV’s. All 3 full bathrooms have walk-in showers. The pool will be open April-October and can be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee. Please inquire at least a week before your arrival. Sea Scape Golf Links Community on Private Road Private parking for 6 vehicles including boat, trailer, etc. We have exterior cameras located at the driveway and exterior of the garage. For security purposes these cameras will be active during your stay. There are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors throughout the home. Ground floor entry has no stairs but a short flight of stairs will lead to main living area. Conveniently located adjacent to the main road where some traffic noise is to be expected.

Our book club travels together a couple of times a year. We chose this property because it looked clean and just the right amount of space and bedrooms that we were looking for. The accommodations were top-notch! The owners catered to everyone's needs. It was meticulously clean. There were activities in the basement which was a nice surprise for us, especially on a rainy day! This beautiful home fits all families of all ages. The decor was beautiful with all the little touches that made us feel very comfortable. There are so many decks and private areas for everyone to read, watch the golfers or just quiet time alone to sip a cup of coffee or enjoy a glass of wine. We just cannot say enough about the host/hostess. Every question was answered in a timely manner. A list of restaurants and things to do is provided upon arrival and we did as many of the sight-seeing things as was possible during our stay. The area is very safe for walks around the neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. We would highly recommend this property. We would give more than 5 stars if we could!
