***As of May 2021 Tahoe Park HOA has a limit of 8 guests per group to use the amenities. Only 350 people allowed in the park at once*** **PETS PROHIBITED** This is a modern construction 2200 sq. ft. home with hot tub located on a quiet cul de sac just outside of Tahoe City. Enjoy an easy drive to Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, and Homewood ski resorts in winter. Upper level has the master bedroom with Queen bed, master bath with jacuzzi tub, and a deck off the master. Upper level also has great big front and back decks, very comfortable living areas with gas fireplace and lovely views, plus 1/2 bath. Lower level has bedroom with Queen bed, bedroom 3 has 2 sets of Twin bunks and the den with gas fireplace offers a Double futon. Laundry and full bath on lower level. Large lower deck with brand new hot tub (as of May 2020), surrounded by beautiful forest views. Propane grill on front deck. High Speed Internet is provided with this property, but is NOT GUARANTEED. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - Upstairs Master, Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Downstairs, Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - Downstairs, 2 Twin Bunk Beds Must be at least 25 years old to rent. BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day) CHAINS OR SNOW TIRES ARE OFTEN REQUIRED IN WINTER. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ OUR WINTER DISCLOSURE, PROVIDED WITH A RENTAL CONTRACT ONCE A RESERVATION IS MADE. ON MARCH 11TH 2022, THE COUNTY OF PLACER IMPLEMENTED A NEW SHORT TERM RENTAL ORDINANCE WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR GUESTS TO ABIDE BY. FINES RANGE FROM $1,500- 5,000 AND CAN BE ISSUED TO GUESTS WHO ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE. A FULL LIST OF RULES IS ATTACHED AS A PHOTO IN THIS LISTING. We’ve stayed in five different Hauserman Vacation Properties (so far). Each property has been fantastic - but this home was perfection! Bellissima! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and extremely “user friendly” (lots of counter space, well designed, etc.). The fireplace upstairs was cozy and so easy to “turn on”. We never used the downstairs fireplace - but it looked lovely, too. The windows upstairs were big and let in all this beautiful morning light. Such a dreamy place! We used the hot tub, which was lovely - but the primary bath was luxurious! Our six year old enjoyed the bunk beds. Being from a large Italian family - I loved all the classic (and tasteful) Italian decor. We will certainly book this place again - great for winter or summer. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We stayed for two nights at this rental property for our vacation at Lake Tahoe with another family. The house was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We enjoyed the gas barbecue and the hot tube at the house. It was easy to communicate with the rental company.

The home was well taken care of and in tune with the Tahoe mountain vibe. Comfortable beds, cozy and spacious, open kitchen layouts was great for family. plenty of games and a nice quiet neighborhood. All in all a great spot to relax.Only ite that came up was a dishwasher that didnt work, small inconvenience and management was upfront about the issue- these things happen and they handled it well. We're looking forward to an opportunity to visit again.

Our family was a long time owner on the west shore and we always come back to enjoy our old haunts and hope to do so again next year. The only negative is that the hills do not allow for easy bike riding but overall we loved the house and neighborhood and felt quite at home. Thanks.

Love the house and immensely enjoyed the condition and layout of the house for our needs. Loved the fact that dogs were allowed as the neighborhood had the open space for walks. Our family was a long time owner on the west shore and we always come back to enjoy our old haunts and hope to do so again next year. The only negative is that the hills do not allow for easy bike riding but overall we loved the house and neighborhood and felt quite at home. Thanks.

Great House
This house was so nice! Master bed was great and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful!
Overall a 10 for my husband, my dog and me! Loved it.

This is one of the best-kept VRBO’s we’ve ever rented. Beautiful and comfortable, well-stocked kitchen, lots of space. I have nothing bad to say.

Suggestions
Property was wonderful. Only two suggestions...... the four slice toaster only worked on one side and the tv downstairs only allowed you to view PBS or use the DVR. Other than that, it was a wonderful property.

Great place!
Our family had a great few days at this cabin. The cabin was tidy, spacious, and had everything we needed. We had a little misunderstanding regarding the outdoor grill but it was quickly fixed by the company.
