Unit 1602 in Tower 1 on the 16th floor is a large condo that sleeps 12 comfortably with 2 kings, 2 queens, twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa The Oceanfront Master Suite has a new king size premium bed, private bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, 40" ROKU smart TV The 2nd Master Suite has a king size premium bed, private bath and 32" flat screen & Blue-Ray player The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and 32" flat screen & Blue-Ray player The 4th bedroom has a twin bunk bed and 24" ROKU smart TV Living room has a sofa (opens up to queen size bed), 4 side chairs, 58" wall mounted ROKU smart TV, DVD/Blue Ray player Dining room table and seating for 8, (room for 4 more at the counter), most other condos that sleep 12 don't have enough dining space. Condo was as advertised, well stocked for a family. There was plenty of room for all of us. Everything you need to cook a meal, bonus was going down an elevator and right onto the beach! Would book again when staying in this area.

The condo was very nice. Only problem was we couldn't figure out how to lock the patio door in living room. Once I mastered it we had no worries about the 2 year old opening up the door. Wasn't happy that the indoor pool was closed.

We came to PCB to celebrate a 16th birthday! We had a great time. Great beach access! Condo was awesome….with plenty of extras! Will stay here again if we come to PCB…. One downside is the plastic covers on the mattresses. I understand the reason for it, but it makes it very hot to sleep!

The view was beautiful! I appreciated the rocking chairs on the balcony. The condo was decorated very nice. Seemed senseless to have decorative bedding that needed to be removed and put in a basket. Unfortunately, the sheets on all the beds were stained, as well as the pillows. I had to wash all sheets and remake beds. In all fairness I didn’t contact the owner as we had 11 people trying to get organized.
The property market had excellent breakfast options. The H2O poolside was also delicious and had great menu options.
I didn’t care for security checking for wristbands several times a day even if the same guard was checking. By day 3 you should know I’m a guest. First resort that didn’t allow drinks poolside. And no fun for the kids to throw a ball in the pool either or security was reprimanding them. There were just too many rules and we won’t be back.

The condo was very nice - clean and up to date with modern appliances and features. The hosts had a plethora of supplies for us including beach chairs & toys for the kids along with a nice starter pack of spices, paper goods, laundry & dish washer pods, etc. Beautiful view from the balcony & the trash chute just outside the door was SUPER handy. Everything was simple & honestly we didn't need to contact the hosts for anything until we checked out. Would definitely recommend this condo!

We spent two weeks at this place and it was awesome!! Ray and Susan have thought of just about anything you could need while staying there. The place was very clean. The view from the 16th floor was amazing!! We saw all kinds of sea life. The beds were super comfy. There is a closet full of beach things that is a nice bonus. We actually added a few things to it when we left. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely rent it again if we’re back in the area.

The property was very nice and clean. A few issues with the elevators a couple of times, but our condo was great! We spent a lot of time in our condo due to double red flags, but being with family made this place feel like home!

This unit was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed. The cleaning crew could deep clean a little better but did not affect our stay. The property itself was perfect for our family of seven. We still would have had room to sleep 2 more adults and 2 children plus use a sleeper sofa if needed. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay again The host were perfect.

Our family stayed here in December and the condo was beautiful! The hosts provide a wonderful "starter pack" of things you may need while you're there. There was also a closet with everything you need for a day at the beach. Beach chairs, toys, fishing poles, etc. The view from the condo is breathtaking. Ocean as far as you can see. Checking in and out was a breeze. We would most definitely stay here again!

We were impressed with our stay at Ray and Susan’s condo. It was very clean and welcoming. We traveled from NJ with our 3 little kids. It was the perfect location with easy access to the beach and pool. We loved that their were beach toys and chair available. They even left us a little starter kit.

The condo was just as described in the VRBO listing. It is on the 16th floor overlooking the Gulf. So beautiful and the sunsets in the evening were magnificent. It was very spacious and worked well for our family gathering. We appreciated how everything was labeled so well and helpful instructions were given for operating appliances and finding various things within the condo (like a closet full of beach chairs & toys). The location was wonderful and we liked the ability to walk to different places for eating or shopping. The hosts were great throughout the whole process. It is a beautiful place to stay in Panama City Beach!

This property is the perfect location for a family getaway. Its very spacious, it has 4 rooms and a total of 4 beds, pullout couch and a bunkbed. Upon our arrival the unit was very clean, and beautiful on the inside. Its in a perfect location to access all the shopping areas and night life. The access to the beach is just an elevator ride away. The hosts are very friendly and easy to comunícate with and i would recommend this place 100%

It was well decorated and clean. Lots of supplies and beach stuff. Everything we needed labeled nicely. The only thing was the ice maker didn’t work all week and it was pretty crowded. It was hard to get a chair at the pool but beach access was great.

The young children didn’t have to walk too far to get to places and room was quickly accessible if we forgot items.
The condo had large rooms with plenty of sleeping room for everyone, two of the rooms had space for a pack and play to be set up also. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and storage containers. We were pleasantly surprised at the spice rack as we like to cook many meals as opposed to eating out.
Owners were wonderful to work with prior to the trip. They have a closet fully stocked with beach chairs, toys and pool noodles! We look forward to traveling to their condo in the future

Yearly family vacation
This property is exactly as listed on VRBO website. Our hosts were available via text, phone and Email, prompt with returning communication and fixing glitch with a/c. We actually appreciated all the little notes around the condo, left by our hosts ,made finding things easier and keeping things organized. We pick a new location around the country every summer, but if we decide to return to Panama City Beach, this will be our rental.

When your Grandsons (14-24) make comments about how clean and nicely furnished it is and how organized and well labeled everything was. That is a huge compliment!
Kitchen was supplied with everything you need to cook a meal.
All of our beds were very comfortable.
The owners were great and very helpful.
