This condo approaches 2000 sq ft of living area on the 16th floor with a truly unique and amazing 400 sq ft balcony. 1603 offer 2 Generous ensuite Master bedrooms with direct access to the balcony. The views of the sunset and sparkling white sandy beach are truly spectacular. It has 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bath. 2 masters directly are on the ocean with large sliding doors that take you directly onto the balcony. This unit is clean, comfortable, private, and secure with contactless e lock check in and Warren Beach Rentals is known for providing the cleanest, safest properties on the beach. Ocean Ritz has a gulf front indoor/outdoor pool and is close to all of the fun that PCB has to offer. Parking is limited to one reserved parking space in the garage for your convenience. Please note this is a very tight space and anything such as a large SUV or truck would find it difficult to navigate. There is a pay lot for additional vehicles in the public parking lot just north of the building. If you have a large vehicle, or multiple vehicles, plan on parking in the public pay lot, estimated cost $5 per day as of 2021. Ocean Ritz is a family resort and we do not allow party groups and you must be ANYONE BOOKING MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD AND STAY IN THE UNIT DURING THE RESERVATION. The new owners will be completely remodeling the kitchen in April 2021 and will have the most up to date modern kitchen in the building. The condo was clean and well decorated. It is very roomy and comfortable. One of the king beds did not seem very sturdy, but ok for a small child. The view was stunning and the balcony was very nice! Parking was a big issues. The garage has very steep ramps that scraped the under carriage of our van bad enough that we sought alternative parking that we had to pay for. The location of the pool is far from ideal as the view on one side is the parking garage. Over all we had a great time.

Loved the size, cleanliness and decor of our condo!! Balcony has THE BEST VIEW! Owner was awesome at communicating. Only downside is parking garage. We rented a Toyota Prius bc parking garage is teeny tiny (which we were notified beforehand) but scraped the bottom of the car everytime we had to leave.

Beautiful property and great location. Only negative is parking. Need more overflow parking. It was cheaper for us to Uber than to lose our spot in small overflow area and have to park in public parking.

We had the best time. Everything was clean. There were plenty of kitchen items to cook your meals, toys to use at the beach. Our only complaint would be the ice machine wasn’t working as fast as we wanted it to. The balcony was one of my selling points for this condo. We were able to eat out there at the large kitchen table and also sit in the sitting area to visit. These things aren’t always easy with our large party. Thank you for making our vacation one for the books!!

We had a couple of maintenance issues when we arrived which were immediately addressed and remedied. The parking situation was a little inconvenient since we had to bring 3 cars and had only 1 assigned spot but we were able to use the overflow lot on most occasions - I think we had to use the public pay lot 3 times. Shopping, dining and entertainment were all close by.

Parking is awful which we knew it would be, just didn't realize how awful it would be. City parking is $2 an hour with a max of $8 a day or you can do $84 for the week. However they do not monitor the parking so you can pay for the whole week and get back from eating out and not have a parking spot. There were nights we had to drive around the lot for up to 45 minutes waiting on a spot to open up. We waited til 5 before we could check in because it was still being cleaned, our towels, washcloths etc were still not cleaned. Some were in the washing machine, some in the dryer and the rest were thrown on the counter for us to fold ourselves. They did not leave any toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags and I had to call the next day to get them. Also didn't leave enough arm bands for the amount of people that were on our reservation. However as soon as we reached out to the property they came over and brought us everything within an hour. We had several issues with cleanliness in one of our rooms but the rest of the condo was clean and great! This place is wonderful for a large family. We had 9 adults and 2 children under 2 and we were all comfortable. The elevators were only an issue for us twice. Which was when we were checking in because of the amount of people checking in and people coming in from off the beach, and one night because only one of them was working. Besides that they are extremely fast and get you where you need to go.
