About this cabin rental
Situated in Hudson Valley, this attractive cabin for R 9,909 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Massive hand-peeled logs shipped from British Columbia create the framework for this beautiful Adirondack Great Camp. Wake up to the peace and quiet of the woods that surround and the sunrises that stream in thru the large expanse of glass. A front deck off the great room and the attached covered porch makes for wonderful gathering areas for cookouts, or to sit and watch the beautiful sunsets drop behind the Adirondack Mountains. The main floor is comprised of a custom kitchen with beautiful yellow spruce cabinets that were custom built from the stand of spruce trees where the cabin was built . The 18' stone island makes for an enjoyable meal preparation and gathering area, a dining room with seating for 12, and bistro table seating for 4 . The great room with a large wood-burning fireplace under a massive cathedral ceiling is a wonderful area to relax . The main floor also includes one bedroom, the bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and the laundry room /pantry. The loft area upstairs includes a large master bedroom with a very comfortable king-sized bed and bunk room (holding 4 twin beds). The lower level is comprised of two large bedrooms each with queen beds, the larger bedroom also has another full size bed as well, one Full bathroom, a game room with a large smart tv, chess table, pool table and large beverage bar, various board and card games. The floors throughout are toasty warm with radiant heat. The cabin has an on-demand generator in the unlikely event of a power outage, you will have power. Located just 11 miles north of Lake George Village, 5 minutes from Revolution Rail Biking ( Thurman Station ) 10 minutes from Warrensburg, 20 minutes to the slopes of Gore Mountain, West Mountain ski area and Saratoga race track each within 30 minutes of the cabin . Boating, swimming, fishing, kayaking and canoeing are just a few miles in any direction. This custom-built beautiful Adirondack log cabin will provide privacy, quiet times and yet all the outdoor activity anyone could hope for. The Cabin is located just 5 minutes from the beautiful PROMISE GARDENS/ BURLAP & BEAMS Wedding Venue, ADIRONDACK NORTHWOODS EVENT CENTER, ECHO LAKE LODGE & THE BOND WEDDING VENUES. *** 12 GUEST MAXIMUM ALLOWED AT THE CABIN ** This includes well behaved children. Day use guest with prior permission only. More than12 guest will include breach of rental agreement & LOSS of DEPOSIT and possible early departure for all guests. Larger groups over 12 guest kindly look at our larger rental Moose Mountain Lodge #1252277. Amy has done a great job at the cabin. It is everything you would expect in a picturesque Adirondack cabin. The place was meticulous. The décor was spot on. It was a great place to spend the holiday. We look forward to booking again in the future.

A party of 8 (5 adults,3 kids) stayed over Thanksgiving. Plenty of space. Very clean property. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve your meals. The owner is responsive and flexible. I had a load of wood for the fire pit and fire place delivered by her son.
TV is in the lower level. Upper level is a loft and obviously open space but beds are not visible from the main floor. Would definitely return.

We were a group of three who stayed for two nights. Cabin was easy to get to, close to Lake George and the grocery store was nearby. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Grill started right up. Cabin was well furnished and very comfortable. Deck has a good assortment of outdoor furniture. Amy was very responsive to our inquiries during the booking process and before check in.

My family had a wonderful extended stay in this awesome cabin. Rustic yet upscale with many amenities, beautiful view, quiet country neighborhood, and plenty of things to do for fun and excitement. The owner was great, staying in touch to answer any questions we had and made recommendations for our stay. A truly memorable trip with our adult kids. Plenty of room for each couple to have some space, and a super, large kitchen for cooking together. The outside fire pit and nightly blanket of stars made for many awe-inspiring nights.

We stayed here with a group of 11 women in our 30s. The hostess was incredibly accommodating and answered all of my questions leading up to our stay. The house hosted us all very comfortably with so many options to spend time outside, on the spacious patio and games to enjoy each others company. The location is great for heading into Boltons Landing or Lake George.

Our family of 12 stayed here for a week. Had a great time. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and we loved the porch. The house had some games and puzzles the kids could entertain themselves with. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. It was close to the grocery store and about a 25 minute ride to the lake. Amy was helpful with suggestions for things to do and quick to respond to text.

We had an amazing 3 night stay for my 55th birthday weekend! Our group of 10 adults of various ages which was family and close friends all enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious and there was plenty of space for everyone.
The house was in a beautiful location and easy to get to Lake George and we also went to Loon Lake for a day of ice fishing. The downstairs area with the bar, pool table and chess table was a wonderful attention to the home. The house was in excellent condition and very clean.
The was well stocked with all needs and so many cute special touches.
Amy the owner is so responsive to any questions, from the time I booked till the moment we left.
We looking forward to a return visit!

My team and I got to the house when the local temperature -30 degrees but the house was warm and cozy, and ready for its guest. The house featured everything that was posted in the advertisement and I think that seeing the property in person way exceeded expectations. There were beds for atleast 13 guests, with a beautiful games room, a welcoming kitchen, and a lovely dining and living room area with taxidermy which added to its cabin-in-the-woods aesthetic. Everything was available to us so there was no need to reach out to the host for anything. I will definitely recommend this property and may very well stay there some time in the future.

This was the first Christmas since my husband of 51 years passed. We always had a big Family Christmas at our home. It was suggested by my pastor to make new memories, maybe try a different location. When we were searching we came across the log cabin. My husband would have loved it. We were not disappointed. It was absolutely beautiful. Amy had a tree and Christmas decorations up. We automatically felt at home. I recommend visiting the “Cabin”. We all fell in love with Amy and feel we made a new friend.

Dispute less than ideal weather, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend. The property was very well kept and the host Amy was more than accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone.

The property was incredible. The house is so gorgeous and is so accurate to the pictures and its descriptions. It is larger cabin, but has such an incredible cozy and warm feel to it. It is very spacious and clean perfect for a little getaway, we could not believe it was still avaliable when we booked it! Was about 20 minutes away from Lake George village and other big towns, but its beautiful up there we enjoyed the all the scenic drives. Amy the host was so sweet, she was kind enough and gave us so many great recommendations of activities to do in the area which was a great help with a larger group. There was even a point where everyone in the areas power went off from hard rain and she was over at the house within minutes helping us and working on how to get the generator up and how to make this easiest as possible for us (luckily the power came on within the same hour). Overall the house as well as Amy were so great and we miss it already and plan on coming back!

Family mountain vacation
Lodge was in a great location, clean, well maintained and lots of property for the grandsons to run around. Amy provided us suggestion for fishing and local parks. We would Definitely rent again and recommend to other friends/family

I stayed in early October, so my experience only applies to early autumn. The foliage is near perfect this time of the year, so if leaf-peeping is something you want to do, consider October. You are essentially in the woods, you will hear the natural surroundings, and that includes Coyotes at night. You will be fine. You're also going to find spiders outside, but they spin well out of your way. Leave them alone.
There should be plenty of utensils and appliances for you should you choose to cook while you're there.There's a Tops and Price Chopper nearby, as well as local shops and farm stands.
Amy is a wonderful person and takes pride in her cabin. It was a pleasure to stay for that week and meet her and her boys, and I am definitely considering staying again just for short weekend stays in the future. Thank you, Amy.
