My friends and I (8 people total) stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and had a great time! The house was clean and spacious enough for our group, and located just a short walk to the beach. Mike was incredibly easy to work with and super responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

He gave clear instructions to make check in as easy as possible. The house is exactly as advertised. We had 12 people in the house and we never felt like we were on top of each other. We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and nicely decorated. The owner was highly responsive, even going so far as to purchase a high chair when I inquired if there was one available. The only drawback to the property was its proximity to a bar that played loud music quite loudly every night.

Wildwood
We had a wonderful time in Wildwood. The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. There was 11 of us and enjoyed ourselves each day. The one thing that amazed me most was that on the Boardwalk at 11 am each day they play the National Anthem and the whole boardwalk stopped and all the people put their hands on their heart.
The house had everything we needed and the Landlord was a very nice gentleman and communicated before the rental and answered all my questions, since this was the first time I have ever rented a house. It was a nice area and we had music from a local bar to listen to on the deck in the back of the house at night. But when we went inside we couldn't hear it.

Excellent value
We had a wonderful week at this house! It is close to everything! Matt was very easy to work with.
With three and a half bathrooms, it wasn't a problem at all with so many people.
We had my parents (in their 70's) with us and our three daughters with their husbands and two babies...12 in all and there was enough room to not feel too crowded. We would stay there again!

Great location
We had 14 people in our group. Most bedrooms are a nice size except one. It has a full size bed which can accommodate two people but not comfortably. It's very small. The room would be better with a twin size bed. The Kitchen cannot accomadate 14 people if you're eating at the same time. The table seats 6. The house was clean with the exception of the shower liner in the upstairs hallway. It was stained and needs to be replaced. The owner was pleasant and offered dining options. The location was great! Near restaurants and the beach. Would recommend for a smaller group but not for over 12 people.

My Experience
Although the house itself seems nice, when my family and I arrived the house was filthy. Bathrooms had hairs all over, toothpaste marks in the sinks and on the faucet, used bars of soaps in the tubs, visible dust on floorboards, poop stains in one of the toilets, the air filters had a large collection of dust bottom stairs toilet did not work properly. During the 2nd day of our trip the air conditioning malfunctioned and the air upstairs was 87 degrees when we went to bed. Our last night my wife and I were kept up by the owner's children, who stay on property, past 1 am
Too much time was spent on cleaning and dealing with the difficulties of the house. We were expected to take time out of our vacation to wait for cleaning staff to arrive, hvac etc. The owner denied our request for some sort of refund. This was our families first vacation with our two young children (3 & 1) and a thank you to my in laws for all the times they watch our kids. My wife and I were absolutely embarrassed.

This beach house was perfect for our vacation - plenty of room for our large group. Very clean and comfortable. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. We would recommend this house to our family and friends. We would return to this place.

Very nice place--clean, comfortable, well-equipped, enough space for a family reunion or large group. Owner is friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, close to the beach and all the action of the boardwalk but far enough away so it is still quiet. I would return to this place. We had a fun time.

Nice place
Nice place and owner very easy to work with. Small hallways for very large sized individuals and parking is tight. Also, when you walk in be careful it slopes up. We were told neighborhood was questionable but we always felt safe. Overall it is a great place for the price.

Great place to stay! Felt like home away from hom!
The place was close to everything. Very family friendly, I brought my family of 7 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There's a quaint backyard for the kids to play and only 2 short blocks from beach. House was very clean, cheery and bright. Owners were very hospitable.

Stay for a few days
The place was nice. The owner was very easy to work with and when there was a slight plumbing problem he did everything necessary to do what was possible to fix the issue. Parking was a slight issue since it is a very tight space to park a large van. If you are traveling in most vehicles you will not have a problem. A local friend told us the rental was in a rough area but we never had any issues and the walk is an easy access to the board walk. I would recommend it to most people and is it affordable for the number of sleeping space.

Great Beach House and Location
This Beach house was everything that you could ask for in a vacation rental.The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The enclosed porch is a great place to sit and enjoy a book on a nice sunny day. The kids were happy that they had WiFi for our entire stay. The spacious yard for family BBQ and relaxing after a long day at the beach. The house is located a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk. It is also in walking distance to great places to eat. I would highly recommend this house for a family vacation. We loved our stay and can't wait to return again.

Great Family House for a Big Group
I had an excellent stay in May. Since I was with a group of 14 I expected to be cramped. Surprisingly I was wrong. Each of the bed rooms are nice sized and this home had every thing that we needed.
The property is located in the perfect area. It is close to every thing Wildwood has to offer. All you need to do is park your car in the driveway walk down the street.
The owners were excellent and very helpful. They took time to suggest and recommend great places to eat and fun things to do. Since we arrived with six cars the owner hooked us all up with free parking. We will definitely be back next year!

Nice Shore House for larger groups
I stayed at this house from May 22 until May 25. We had an excellent time. This house had every thing that we needed. The bedrooms are nice sized and the beds are very comfortable. The owner was super nice and even hooked us up with plenty of free parking for the half a dozen cars in our group.
The house is centrally located in the center of town. It is literally close to every thing.
I will definitely return next season!!!!
