Warner Cottage is a cute, quaint, and completely remodeled 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath home located in the heart of the village and steps from Geneva-on-the-Lake Golf Course. Enjoy the privacy of a stand-alone house with the convenience of everything the Strip has to offer. The pet friendly Warner Cottage has 1 queen bed and 2 full sleeper sofas, accommodating up to 6 people. Make yourself at home in the fully stocked kitchen equipped with cookware, plates, glassware and silverware, and fresh linens and towels are provided for your convenience. A/C, cable TV, and wireless internet are available throughout the home. After a day of activities, you can unwind outdoors next to the fire pit with a glass of wine form the nearby winery or prepare a scrumptious meal on the stocked propane grill. Larger groups looking for additional space can also book our Colonial House https://www.vrbo.com/413935 conveniently located right next door. Check in is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m. Parking for up to 3 vehicles is easily accessible just off South Warner Drive. We were attending an athletic event at Spire. This location was so much better than a hotel. We really appreciated the dog friendly and the yard was great!

Our family brought a large group of 25 to Geneva-on-the-Lake, most of whom stayed in the larger Colonial adjacent to this smaller cottage, but having the additional space & beds available for our "overflow" was SO convenient for everyone. It's small & modestly appointed, but clean, comfortable, and accurately described in the posting. Communication with Matt, the host, was also first-rate (he allowed an early check-in on a travel day with wickedly poor weather). Another big plus for our clan was that the adjacent house had a large accessibility ramp, making it extremely easy for those of us who are impaired to participate in all the family activities, as well - a place with first-floor access to stay & sleep, and an easy ramp to the larger house next door. Plenty of parking, too! A great place if, like us, you're bringing lots of troops!

This is the perfect little cottage for two. Me and fiancé absolutely loved it. The only downfall was the bed wasn’t the best. It’s the perfect location because you can walk the strip and go to all the nice shops and bars. If you don’t like loud music then this isn’t the place for you. They have a live band that plays usually on the weekends. The home was clean and dust free as well. We had a nice little fire pit and the weather was perfect. We will be back.

This cute little cottage was perfect for my boyfriend and I for the weekend! We couldn’t of asked for a better location. We could always hear the live music from the bar next door and everything on the strip was in walking distance. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend.
I would not stay here with more than 2 adults, though. It is perfect for a couple or a family with small children.
Overall it was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Good for people who enjoy night life. Loud band outdoors every night very close to house. Fun if you are up for that in the evenings, just not what I was looking for. Cottage fine, but bed quite soft. Good location to strip but not necessarily to the lake

Exactly as listed, only problem was the beds were pretty uncomfortable but other then that no problems!! Wasn't able to stay the 2nd night and was able to get a refund for that night

Groundhogs living under the house, uncomfortable furniture, just not a pleasant place to stay. No owners pride. Grass needed cut as well.

Clean property that was right in the middle of the GOTL strip. Live music every day right outside the backyard. Short walks to view the lake and for restaurants and fun. Easy parking and owner was responsive to my questions. Madsen donuts! The only thing that I would change about the description is that the coffee machine is a Keurig so instead of bringing filters, bring K cups.

Perfect for 21 year old kids to party and crash somewhere. But wasn't for us. Left after the first night. Put down towels to sit on the furniture. Found old underwear in between the dresser and wall. Had little ants in kitchen and bathroom. Most lights didn't work. Tv remotes had dead batteries, had to download an app to use them. The list goes on.. but the location is perfect. They could have a goldmine with that house, but choose to let it die.

Was clean and felt like being in a home ...also liked the grill on the property along with the fire pit unfortunately bc of the rain didn't use the fire pit and it was nice waking up seeing the sunrise next to the lake I would recommend to others as well as stay agin myself thankyou for the hospitality and might have me as a guest again very soon

This was our first visit to GOTL and we could not have been happier. The cottage was just as it was advertised. Clean and had everything we needed and bonus was having our dog with us. Having the SBG right in your backyard was a bonus, we enjoyed the live bands Friday afternoon at SBG and in our backyard Friday night. I encourage you to rent this cottage!!

Excellent location and perfect size! Everything was within walking distance, there was plenty of room to park and the fire pit set up outside made for a perfect weekend! They had everything we would need set up and went out of their way to help us when we forgot something. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Geneva.

Family getaway
Property was clean, close to the strip. Amenities were nice, plus it was pet friendly.
The fire pit was nice so we’d use that at night. Friday thru Sunday you could listen to the band from Sportsterz.
We had our adult children with us who liked walking up and down the strip to various shops. It was also convenient to go to the beach.
No complaints from our crowd, my stepdaughter was looking for a guestbook to sign. Thank you for providing a clean affordable rental property.

Great location to celebrate Independence Day. We had fun. Music next store played late, but we didn’t mind. You can’t beat free entertainment while enjoying the fire pit. This is a no frills, but fun place and area to visit.

Short Stay at Geneva on the lake
My husband and I stayed here with our 12 year old dog for our 10th wedding anniversary. The house seems very old. But we'll kept. Hardwood floors throughout the entire house. Very clean. Right behind the strip. Everything you need is within walking distance. There is a bar directly behind the house. Which was nice. I read reviews that the music was to loud. But we enjoyed it. Being able to safely have drinks and walk home. With the window air conditioner the music wasn't to loud. And we were able to sleep well. We would definitely be staying here again if we ever find ourselves at Geneva.

Warren cottage
This was a nice cottage, a little small for 5 people sleeping there. Close to the strip. We wish there was closer beach access. They kept up stocked with firewood.

Its within walking distance of the strip. Its a very basic place to stay. If your looking for something close to the bars and shops this a good place. There is a decent amount of room but the bathroom is small and so is the shower. Floors are a uneven in places. I didnt realize there was no blowdery included but that was my fault for not looking.
