Nestled in Lake Arrowhead, this charming cabin for R 3,814 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Long Term Rental: Available: 10 July to 15 November ,2024. 31 days minimum stay. Approximately 15 miles to ski resort. ***During snow/ice conditions - parking area is limited to one or two sedan size vehicles*** The cabin is set up for our family of four, please ensure it is suitable for your needs. We honor and greatly appreciate the sacrifices of our Military, Veterans, Gold Star Families, Law Enforcement, Fire Fighter, and First Responders, including private Emergency Medical Technicians. 10% Military Family discount: Active Duty, Reserves, Retired, Veterans, Gold Star – spouse, children, parents. Provide ONE copy of the following: Military/Dependents/VA ID or DD214 (blackout SSN), in order to apply discount. 10% Law Enforcement and Firefighter discount: Active Duty, Reserves, Retired; and First Responders (including private EMT/EMS, etc). Credential holder MUST be the renter. Provide copy of credentials, in order to apply discount. Above discounts can not be combined. Please read all information on VRBO, the information and attachments we provide during the reservation process. VRBO app for cell phones and tablets may have issues displaying information and attachments sent to potential guests. We recommend logging into your VRBO account using a computer to review information and attachments. Our cabin with view of Lake Arrowhead from three floors, is located close to Blue Jay and Lake Arrowhead Village, for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Internet access by WiFi. We have TVs, blu-ray players, a small movie library (blu-ray and DVD discs). We provide a Roku players to watch hundreds of free movies and shows. We do not have over the air TV reception at our location or cable TV. A few board and card games provided. *No pets allowed.* *Not suitable for toddlers, due to stairs without doors* *Minimum age of renter: 24 years old* *We do not charge per person* *Enter exact number of guests when making reservation* *Provided: bed sheets (for 1 king, 2 queens) and pillow cases, blankets, comforters, pillows and towels.* Waiver of liability and rental agreement with required Identifications are due prior to us accepting your reservation and payment. If not received within 24hours, the reservation will be cancelled. If person making the payment and the person signing the waivers (person must be staying at our cabin) are different, we need both IDs. Air Conditioning: split AC unit for the living room/kitchen, we do not have central AC. Portable AC unit for 2nd floor bedroom. We have floor fans for all rooms. Heating: by central heater. Portable heaters are also provided. Cleaning fee $150 Damage deposit fee $500 Refer to cancellation policy; in addition, our policy is: No refunds if cancelled 1 to 6 days before arrival date. NO refunds on the arrival day, or leave early after check-in. We require conversation with guests during reservation process. "The clients of ALA members who rent their homes in Arrowhead Woods for less than a 30-day period (“Short Term Renters”) cannot access Lake Arrowhead, the ALA Beach Clubs, the ALA trails, any other ALA facility and/or any dock on Lake Arrowhead owned by any ALA member renting a home in Arrowhead Woods to the Short Term Renter." Well apart of the great cabin and the great view we really enjoyed how we were treated from start to finish by the owners. Talk about excellent service and care for their guest as they made us feel like family. Location is excellent and close to shopping center stores and activities.

The house is spacious! It had all amenities that we needed for a long weekend. The owners were amazing and super accessible at all times; answered all of my questions before and during my stay.

The cabin is well equipped and has a beautiful view. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We did find that we needed more seating in the living room n table. There were six of us and the table holds four so we couldn't sit down for meals together.

I was greeted by Sha via phone and immediately was treated amazing. Very helpful as our trip was the first weekend of the big storm. Thank you for the amazing time and my family had the best time ever. If you want space and family time all in one this place is for you. Great view and the snow was perfect.

We stayed here over a winter weekend and I have to say that this cabin has everything you can ask for. Its close to village, the lake and has hills in the back so the kids can spend the day sledding ( the cabin comes with a few sleds!) It has plenty of movies (dvd's) and board games, we were never bored. It's very cozy and very clean. The owner was great! Very accommodating and was available anytime to answer our questions. I hope this place will be available again next winter season cause this was the best snow trip we've had. Thanks again Sha and Lisa for sharing your beautiful house with us....

Wow, where do I begin........this cabin is a wonderful, clean and updated cabin! It was perfect for 6 people (2 adults, 4 teenagers). You could probably fit 2, possibly 3 more people if you wanted to. There are 3 air mattresses with pumps if the kids don't want to sleep together! The entire bottom floor is a master bedroom with its own bath, main floor has a queen and the loft has another queen. The loft with the queen has steep stairs so may not be good for elderly. This cabin is sooooo clean! I'm extremely anal and usually clean when I get there, but I didn't have to it was spic and span! There is a small area to sled out the back door, BBQ, and sleds! If I had one negative, it would be no cable TV and no wifi. But, your in a beautiful area so who needs that stuff- disconnect! Sha and his wife were wonderful, easy to communicate with and very accommodating! We will definitely be returning! Thanks for everything!!

We visited with another family, and could not have been happier. There was tons of snow, an unplowed pfath behind the cabin that was perfect for sledding, and it was a 5 min walk to the lake (where there was more sledding). Cabin was clean and hosts were great to deal with. Thanks!

Sha and Lisa's cabin was perfect for our winter mini-vacation. Everything was available that was described in the listing. Sha was very easy to communicate with while we stayed at the property. Very clean home. Kitchen fully equipped so all we had to do was bring in the food and cook it up. I would recommend this property to any family looking to visit the mountain/lake during the winter. We were able to take the kids sledding right behind the cabin and also drove around to find some other hills to have them sled down. Lake Arrowhead Village is a short drive away (less than 10 minutes) and has a little playground for kids to play and also shops and restaurants. I would recommend a 4x4 vehicle (and also chains) for the winter time. We are looking forward to staying here during the summer so that we can take advantage of the lake activities.
