This beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath OCEAN VIEW villa is located in building two on the third floor at The SeaCrest Resort. This villa has views that won't disappoint. The living room has outfitted comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa and large flat-screen TV. Relax and enjoy your cup of coffee with ocean views from your private balcony next to the living room. The kitchen opens to the dining area and seats six as well as three bar stools at the kitchen counter. The master suite has a king-sized bed, an ocean view from the private patio, a full bath, and a walk-in closet. The guest room has two queen beds and a full bathroom with a large walk-in closet. This villa has everything you need for your next family vacation. In addition to your bed and bath linen set up, The Vacation Company provides beach towels for your stay. One less thing you need to pack! SeaCrest is in the heart of the Coligny beach area. Nearby Coligny Beach Park is minutes away and provides water fountains children can play in, restrooms, and oceanside swings. Guests can visit Coligny Plaza directly across the street, a must-see destination with over 60 shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and seasonal family entertainment. Enjoy visiting Lowcountry Celebration Park, a 3-minute bike ride away which provides active and passive recreational activities, playground ship, amenities, and scenic views. *** Lagoon repairs are scheduled to start January 3. They will be drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced. The project is scheduled to take 8-10 weeks and is scheduled to be completed by 5/1/2024 weather permitting. SPRINKLER LINES IN GARAGE AT SEACREST BEING REPLACED 2024. All sprinkler lines in Buildings 2 and 3 are being replaced. Work in Building 3 will Start April 8th. There are several moving parts to this project and areas of the parking garages will be blocked off and inaccessible at various times. The expected completion for Building 3 is May 3rd. As soon as Building 3 is completed, work will begin in Bldg 2 and that is scheduled to be completed by June 21st. The place is great and VERY spacious for a 2 bedroom! We had two families with one kid each and did not feel cramped ever. The location really can’t be beat!! We didn’t get in the car the entire week we were there.

Sea Crest Property was beautiful. It was located on a beautiful section of the beach. A Tiki bar off the beach was nice. Across the street from the property was nice shopping area with restaurants, groceries, coffee, ice cream, and live music. We rented bikes and enjoyed using them on the beach and the many bike paths throughout Hilton Head. Vacation company answered all questions and was very easy to do business with.

We stayed here back in March and again this past week (September). Love the location of the unit. So convenient to everything. The unit has everything you should ever need to make your stay comfortable. Just a few items are beginning to show wear. Very nice stay! Thank you!

Can you say “Update needed”. Generally nice, but, can use a face lift. Best thing - the location. Access to the beach and walking to Coligny a plus. No direction given upon arrival. What to expect, etc., but we eventually figured it out. Cleaners need to do a better job- attention to detail lacking.

The condo was very nice right on the beach. Pool Bar Jim tiki bar and grill right downstairs on beach. There was only one thing we noticed the entire week- cleaning people could not have done a thorough job cleaning out cupboards as there was a empty eaten single container of applesauce one on the kitchen shelf. Otherwise perfect.

We loved so much about this place! Location of the property was perfect since we didn’t have a car! We loved the grounds and met many new friends at Pool Bar Jim’s! We will definitely come back again. The beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect for privacy for two sets of friends. My only thought was I wish the master bathroom was a bit more cleaner. Black mold in the corners of the floors. Other than that, it was perfect for us!!

We really enjoyed the location to the beach and views from the balconies. The condo was clean, very roomy, and contained most of what we needed for a comfortable stay. We were disappointed in the noise from the construction during the weekdays which forced us to change our schedule at times but overall really enjoyed our stay.
