6 adult women had a great time in Henlopen Station. It was a bit farther walk than we were expecting but easy and manageable. We went to the beach and boardwalk one day and then stayed at the community pool another day, which was beautiful! The condo worked out well for us; kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms were clean with good showers.

Jean’s place was the absolute best decision we made for our family vacation. It’s exactly as described, clean, and has the essentials. I loved the little things that were also in the condo such as a toddler potty seat and stool. The distance to the beach is as easy as a bike ride, car ride or walk. I wouldn’t recommend the DART bus as this was nearly impossible to find anywhere near the condo. Bikes were the best, fastest and cheapest way to spend time at the beach. The pool was amazing and we used it plenty. Jean was super responsive. We couldn’t have asked for better. I highly recommend and we hope to be back!

The place was very nice to stay at! Personally, we thought the beds were firm as we like plush beds, but that's a personal preference. The place was clean with plenty of space to stretch out; 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The place was about a mile+ from the beach, so we walked a couple times to save money from parking!

Rehobeth is hopping in July. we appreciated how close to the beach the property was but the mile or two separation meant a quiet relaxing condo with a pool for winding down. Especially with kids 6 and 8 it was the best of both worlds.

Quick off season rental turned out to be a beautiful weekend.
Owner very responsive. We have stayed in many condos/townhouses in Rehoboth and this one was very easy.
Upon arrival, lock box, 2 keys. The condo was immaculate. IMO, nicer than the photos. It's not all brand new, but it was so clean and had everything we needed. Nice touches for a rental, like extension cords for chargers and night lights.
We had to bring sheets and bath towels, which is fine because they're mine and it takes 30 seconds to put the sheets on.
The place is roomy, with a nice sized deck with a nice view of the pool and grass/trees.
We didn't use the kitchen or W/D on this short trip, but it's all there and well stocked. Supplies like TP, paper towels, kitchen towels and cleaning stuff are provided. Extra blankets, pillows and a fold out for an extra sleeping place for kids.
Location is convenient to coffee, bakeries, breakfast and a great bar and grill, Conch Island, plus the bike trail. The beach and boardwalk are walkable, but families may want to drive (about a mile +/-)
Overall, I'd highly recommend this condo. If one ever became available, we might even consider buying one!

Great location! Walkable to most things. There’s a nice bike/running trail nearby.
The place was clean and roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of signage to help us find our way around (which we appreciated). We enjoyed sitting on the deck as well.
Excellent communication with owner. We didn’t have any issues, but I’m sure if we did it would have been handled quickly.
The only smaller complaints we would have is that the walls are a little thin and my friends said the master bed was rather hard. Other than that we had a great time!

Everything was perfect, thanks to Jean. She was supportive throughout our reservation and stay. This condo is just a short distance to Rehoboth Beach boardwalk where the "magic" begins.

We had a great time staying at Jean's condo. The property was very clean and organized with excellent location close to the beach, avoiding Coastal highway traffic! Jean was a pleasure communicating with before, during and after our stay. We would definitely staying there on our next visit.

2nd year staying here- it’s just a perfect location. Good coffee, an excellent brewery, and great food are right around the corner (as in walking distance), and the beach is only a mile away. If the waves are too rough, we go to the pool! Walked with my family at night back from boardwalk- very safe!

Clean, family-friendly condo!
We had a great time staying at this property! Jean was a fantastic host - her communication was timely and thorough, and she took additional time to send us recommendations for activities and restaurants, and included proximity to the condo (which I found exceptionally helpful). The condo was incredibly clean and well-stocked, and the layout was perfect for our family with 2 younger kids. We didn't get a chance to visit the community pool, but it looked lovely. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to doing so next summer!

It’s a cozy place, well provisioned for a lengthy stay (the only thing we wished we had brought was a hair dryer and an extra beach chair). The boardwalk and beach were about a half-hour leisurely walk away. If you want to explore other Delaware beaches, they’re only a few minutes to half-hour drive. Jean gave us good tips on where to go for dining and activities. Family members particularly liked renting bicycles and doing the trails between Rehoboth and Lewes. Would highly recommend Jean’s place!

Very clean and basic condo
We were a family of six; grandma, mom, dad, teen, preteen & 5 yr old. Very clean and basic 3rd floor condo. Comfortable beds (but not sofa bed). Nice lay out. We loved having the pool opened until 10pm, the kids loved swimming at night. I don't think I will choose a place that you have to pack your own sheets, washclothes & towels again though. This was my first time for that and it just adds a lot to the "to do" list for a family of six, espcially having to also pack beach towels, but I know that has become a fairly common thing now.
My only critiques would be- the shelf in entry way, we all must have bumped it about 3 times each lol, the rationed garbage bags (3) and hand soap (all at about a 1/4 full) and no dishwasher machine soap or shower soap. I also found it odd there were absolutely no carry over pantry items, never have seen that either so be prepared to pack any & all cooking items you will need.
Overall it was a great trip, the Delaware state parks were all awesome (we went to three different ones)

Vacay 2022 Stay
Nice stay at your home. Downstairs neighbors were remodeling during our stay and workers started first thing in the AM. So no sleeping in for us. Just happen that they were doing work at the same time we were there.

Very Clean and Comfortable
We needed a place located near the Sports on the Beach facility as well as the beach. This was perfect!
Our only critique would be that bathrooms had only 1 roll of toilet paper and there was no dishwasher detergent. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Wonderful beach condo
We very much enjoyed our stay at this cute little beach condo. It was perfect for our family of 3. The location is great, it was an easy walk to the beach with our 3 year old in a wagon (bonus on Tuesday was the farmer’s market at the park on the walk into town). It is also right around the corner from a taco shop that has some of the best tacos I have ever eaten. We ate there twice during our 3 day stay. The condo was very clean and the perfect size for our needs, and we loved having access to the pool for the afternoons when we were done with the beach. My only complaint would be that the couch was not the most comfortable for tv lounging at the end of the day, but it was not that big of deal since we were pretty tired anyway. Overall a great value for a great beach getaway!
