The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds and a TV as well. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom with two sinks as well as a shower/tub combo and toilet that can be closed off from the sink area. All bedrooms and bathrooms come stocked with high quality linens. Rockin' R is a tube outfitter which can pick up in the parking lot next to Camp Warnecke between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only .5 miles away. Only two parking passes provided with one guaranteed numbered spot. The second parking pass is for general parking and is 'first come first served.' This condo is on the ground floor. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. Guests will be allowed 2 vehicles on premise with parking passes and 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!
