Located in New Braunfels, this lovely condo for R 4,922 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This fully furnished freshly updated single level 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with covered parking and elevator is located on the banks of the beautiful crystal clear spring fed Comal River with PRIVATE ACCESS and is part of The Inverness at New Braunfels Resort. This property is across the street from the world famous Schlitterbahn Water Park, walking distance to historic downtown New Braunfels shops, restaurants and nightlife, 10 minutes to historic Gruene shops, restaurants, Gruene Hall and central to the Texas Hill Country. The covered balcony overlooks beautiful trees and a partial view of the river and the fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer makes you feel at home. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Comal River from the expansive outdoor deck and lawn, picnic tables, lounge chairs, and large swimming pool. Try out your grilling skills on one of several bbq pits overlooking the river. Most of the local tubing outfitters offer pick up service to take you to the beginning of the river tubing route and will pick you up from the last tubers exit. Or for just a 45 minute float, use the access on the property to put your tube in the river and enjoy a 10 minute walk back to the property after exiting at the last tubers exit. Some guests enjoy throwing a tube in the river, anchoring to the bank and just floating in front of the property. This fabulous condo is your perfect escape and home away from home to enjoy all of the year round festivals and events in New Braunfels and the surrounding Hill Country. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, TWO ADULT TUBES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS USE DURING THEIR STAY and wristbands(one per registered guest, including children, are required and will be provided upon check in.). AN ELECTRIC TUBE INFLATOR will also be available for inflating additional tubes. It is in the top left red wicker drawer in the living room. Clean!!! The location could not be better. Easy access to the river and 2 tubes are at the cabin for your use. The pool is situated right next to the river and there are plenty of dinning options close by. The host is amazing and super helpful with any questions we had. The best thing about this place was the rooms were blacked out so we had the opportunity to sleep in. We loved it ❤️

Property was beautiful—exactly as pictured—and perfect for our stay! My HS and college-age daughters and I had a fantastic time tubing (location could not be better) and enjoying New Braunfels activities. Delia reached out before our stay and was very helpful and responsive to my questions about activities in the area. —Highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month stay at this property. The location is great ! Walk to town, the bakery, the library, Landa Park, the Faust Street Bridge and more! Easy drive for groceries and other shopping. Delia, the property manager was fantastic to work with. You will love this place!!

The condo is a small 2 bedroom, 2 bath and has a convenient location for all that New Braunfels has to offer. The high-rise itself is an older building but the unit has been updated with granite counters, bright colors and comfortable beds and furniture just as pictured. The owner was easy to reach and responded promptly to all our requests and inquiries. Delia has provided many amenities including 2 inner tubes for floating the Comal. Our only disappointment was that the pool was not usable during our stay due to issues with the pool company.

Comfortable place to relax and enjoy Texas spring weather. Great to have underground parking space. Close to Schlitterbahn and most everything New Braunfels has to offer. Delia was great, prompt responses to our inquiries. Only complaint--master king bed really is not comfortable; too soft and bumpy for our taste, but others may find it just right. Overall, we'd stay there again (and this was our second month-long stay).

This condo was awesome! It was clean, well stocked, beds comfortable, within walking distance to downtown area and Landa Park. We loved being on the river for fishing and relaxing. Delia , property manager, was kind and accommodating. We spent 6 weeks here and would definitely do it again.

We stayed for a week. Everything was perfect. Communication was great, owner checked on us throughout the week. Pool and grounds were clean. River was beautiful, we did get 4.5 inches of rain one night, loved watching the lightning storm. There was even suntan lotion. We will be back again next year

Just as described. Easy instructions for entry of property. Walking distance to Schlitterbahn. Entry to river on property. Bring tubes or rent as tubes with condo were broke (no biggie). Clean property and Manager responds immediately. Would recommend !

Floating the Comal

We had a wonderful trip to New Braunfels. The condo was in the perfect location. We were able to go to Schlitterbahn and walk to and from the condo. The kids also loved swimming in the pool overlooking the Comal. We used our own floats (and the ones provided) to float from the condo to the last exit on the Comal which was about 40 minutes. We also drove up to the beginning of the Comal and did the full float. We were able to jump right out at the condo. We had a wonderful trip and will definitely be back!!!

We were in NB to search for retirement properties. Our original stay was for Dec 2020, unfortunately that fell thru due to life events. Delia worked with us to get us back in since we lost some funds and gave us a discount. The unit is quiet, clean, all you need. Decor was modern. Delia is local and very receptive. Don’t pass up this unit!
