About this house rental
Nestled in Sussex County, this attractive house for R 15,440 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Weeks and weekends are available for rent in  September, October & November. Come & enjoy our home & our pristine, uncrowded private community beach. 'Our Pleasure' is the name of our well-equipped and beautiful condominium. The duplex is spacious & bright and with its airy, yet cozy feel. This beach house will feel like home! Our immaculately clean, 3-level duplex has 4 large bedrooms and is large enough for 2 families to easily share. The main floor has a full kitchen and a half bath. There is a large dining area and a larger more spacious living room area which is adjacent to the comfortable kitchen. The 2 spacious master bedrooms on the 2nd floor have their own full baths. One has a king size bed and the other has a king (two twins pushed together) and a separate twin bed. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms with a full bath between them. One 3rd floor bedroom has 3 twin beds and the other has 2 twin beds. There are 2 decks on the main level, 1 deck off the front master bedroom and 1 deck off the rear 3rd-floor bedroom. There's an outside shower & a separate foot wash. There's parking under the carport for 1 car and room in the paved driveway for 4 more cars. Please let me know if you’ll be needing to park more than 5 cars. We have a highchair, a pack’n play & a baby gate for you to use for your little ones. Please make sure you clean & sanitize the baby equipment before & after use. Our community, Tower Shores, is next to the Delaware State Park and Nature Preserve. Fishing is allowed on the State Park beach, so bring your poles! There is always plenty of room on our beach to fly kites, throw a ball, play frisbee, horseshoes, or beach volleyball using our community net. Umbrellas and canopies are allowed on the beach, but they are not allowed to remain on the beach overnight. Matts Fish Camp, an award winning seafood restaurant/bar is at the other end of our street on Rte 1. It’s a short walk. Biking is safe on the bike lanes throughout Bethany and the roads are flat! We all had a very nice week at this beach house. At one point there were ten of us, we never felt crowded. There was plenty of space with all the bedrooms, bathrooms, family room and decks. The beach was a very short walk away. The owner was helpful with meeting our needs.

Very clean and a close walk to the beach
Nancy was very helpful with the reservation and the check-in was a breeze. The condo was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Nancy was available throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful family vacation!
Just a short walk to the beach, and perfectly located between Bethany Beach & Rehobeth, this home is spacious and clean, with multiple levels to accommodate our whole family, age 8-84. Nancy is accessible, welcoming and happy to answer any questions. It's the perfect house for the whole family to stay, and we're already looking forward to next summer!

Girls weekend
Myself, along with my daughters and granddaughters, had a great time at Nancy’s home. The location was perfect and communication with Nancy was seamless. I would go back to this rental anytime.

Great find close to beach with responsive owner
Place was super close to the beach (100 yard walk) and was perfect for a group of friends off-season weekend getaway. Owner Nancy was very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Also, close to both Bethany and Dewey Beach towns (<10 mins by car) and within walking distance (100 yards in other direction) to Matt's Fish Camp, local legendary seafood restaurant (which had a takeout window). Place had plenty of room, lodging, and amenities. Overall, a very good experience.

A spacious, clean house with multiple levels to allow for fun and relaxation desired by different members of our group at different times.
Super easy and close walk to a less crowded beach.
The property is older with some dated appliances and electronics, but the owner has put signs/labels on anything that requires a “special touch”. She also was quick to address any issues.
In general, a very warm and comfortable environment for our family, who ranged from ages 5 months to 80!

The house was open and spacious- plenty of room. It’s very close to the beach. 5 parking spots!
The owner was very nice and provided all needed information. There are 6 single beds for adults or kids, and two King size beds. The space is open on main level, great gathering space. There are lots of board games for an evening of fun for all.

Owner and property were excellent
Both the owner and property were exceptional. We only were able to stay for a weekend this time but the owner made sure everything was ready to go so we could enjoy. She was available 24-7 for our stay and checked in multiple times to make sure everything was okay. The Duplex was stocked with lots of activities for kids including board games movies and toys. I would highly recommend this place for all sorts of occasions.

Fantastic family beach weekend!
We have been looking for a place to house our extended family for a beach weekend. We have outgrown the condo that we visited for over 20 years. What a great weekend we had. It rained hard, three days straight. Thank goodness we had a wonderful house equipped with everything we needed and plenty of space for us to spread out. This house is very close to the beach and I can just imagine how much fun we would have if we actually were able to go to the beach. Highly recommend this large home for extended family vacations.

Beach block in Bethany near Dewey and Rehoboth!
My friends and I, from the Philadelphia area, stayed at Nancy's Bethany Beach unit 54842 during the first weekend in June. The unit itself comfortably housed me and seven of my close friends. We found the unit to be clean and well-maintained. It also has several decks, which we took advantage of to soak in the full beach house experience. However, we didn't spend much time during the day in the unit. When we did have questions, Nancy's friendly neighbor, Adam, was able to assist. However, the true value in this property is its location. It is on the beach block, and the beach is fairly private. At any one time, there were no more than 10-20 people on the beach with us, which made for very peaceful walks and unencumbered football tosses. Additionally, we were 10 minutes from Dewey Beach, which has a laid back night life (I recommend going to the beach bar "North Beach", which has a fire pit and live music). If I had to provide some constructive feedback it would be that the unit could use new pans, but we didn't cook in the unit, because there are some good restaurants and creperies in the area! Also, there is a very small TV in the master bedroom, but I am a huge The Office (US) nerd, and the TV reminded me of Michael Scott's plasma screen that he mounts on his wall, so I got a great laugh. There is a more substantial TV in the living room on the second floor.

Great location, wonderful community, wonderful stay
We were two families with 6 adults and 3 children, crossing three generations. We found the space very comfortable and Nancy and her family were very warm and welcoming. The location is right off the beach as shared. Instructions and policies were very clear. Our stay was very enjoyable and definitely would love to go back. In fact, none of us wanted to leave! :)
The space worked so well - on a rainy day, the home was filled with enough games and movies to keep the children (and adults) engaged. Kids got to watch a movie on a VCR! They know what "rewinding" means now! ha! (they do have a DVD player, etc.)

Quiet privacy and close to beach
We had a great time here with family and our teen children's friends. The home's layout provides great privacy and it is a surprisingly quiet unit and street! The beach is less than a five-minute walk making it an ease to run back for lunch or snack supplies. The market and downtown Bethany are less than a ten minute ride away. It was perfect for us. An added benefit is that this part of the beach is not very crowded so finding a seaside spot is pretty easy. Owner Nancy and her son Adam couldn't have been more helpful in making sure we were having a wonderful time. Thank you.

Great set-up and location for family beach vacation!
My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The check-in and out process was a breeze! The layout of the home was great with enough space to spread out, many bathrooms, a large kitchen/living area, and was literally STEPS from the beach! I loved that it had a play pen and baby gate for my curious 16-month old. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful beach house & beach!
My family and I stayed at this lovely home. It's extremely clean, spacious & comfortable. We loved all the decks with ocean & bay views. The two master bedrooms with full bathrooms were terrific. The teenagers stayed in the two 3rd floor bedrooms. The beach was not crowded and was literally a few minutes walk from the house. It was so convenient to go back and forth for meals and beach breaks.
The owners are helpful and friendly. We will be back!!!
