Situated in Rehoboth Beach, this lovely house for R 15,850 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Rebuilt in 2015, this beautiful and well-appointed home is steps from Funland and the boardwalk, in the center of everything, and boasts 9 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, and all the amenities that a large extended family requires. Come make your vacation memories with us! A screened porch with colorful adirondack chairs welcomes you into the great room with an inviting fireplace, living room, large open kitchen and dining room. Enjoy family movies on the 60" Smart HDTV with extended Comcast HD Cable TV service, or via login to your own streaming account. The first floor is also home to a ADA master bedroom suite and a 2nd MBR suite with grab bars, a powder room, and a laundry/mud room leading to the backyard and outside shower. The second floor boasts 6 more bedrooms (2 Kings, 2 twins that can push together, and 3 Queens) and 4 baths. Three of the bedrooms have views of the ocean and Funland. On the third floor, a bonus room provides excellent views of the ocean as well as a playroom for the children, and also has three days beds with three pull out trundles, for a total of 6 beds. All mattresses are new and are made of high-density memory foam, which is naturally anti-microbial and provides excellent support and comfort. The driveway provides off-street parking for three full size vehicle. In addition, there is one reserved parking spot on the street. Please note that bed linens, towels, paper products, soap products, and trash bags are not included. Guests must bring their own, or arrange for linen rentals from a local vendor. Accessibility notes: The City of Rehoboth provides free beach wheelchairs from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. starting May 28th through September 25th. The closest storage shed is located on the beach at Laurel Street, to accommodate your needs. Wheelchairs are provided on a first come, first served basis. We were a family group of 11 adults and one toddler. There is plenty of room for larger groups, but for a family gathering of our size, it was perfect with everyone having their own rooms and only a few sharing hallway bathrooms.The location was fantastic--Just steps to the Boardwalk and only two blocks from the center of town.
The house was clean and well supplied. We knew in advance that linens were not provided and we chose to bring our own sheets and towels. I'd probably rent linens in the future and bring kitchen towels and bath mats.

My spouse and I got married on the beach right in front of this house and our whole family (13 adults and 5 kids) all stayed here for 5 days. We had the best time and we loved the setup of the house and the proximity to the boardwalk for morning walks and scooter/bike rides. We hope to come back! House was perfect for our large extended family including small children. The listing was accurate and Chris was in regular communication and very helpful. Location is amazing as it was a few steps to the boardwalk/beach and central to all the restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was beautiful, exactly like the pictures. It accommodated all 10 of us plus my 1 yr old perfectly. Excellent location and everything was laid out exactly like Chris & Rachel said, easy check-in and checkout. I’d love to stay there again!

Great location. Chris was great in responding and providing information. Little pricey for a less than 2 days and a cleaning fee at about the same cost as one night. Shower curtain on first floor is too short so water went all over the floor. We cleaned it up and made sure there were towels down anytime anyone used the shower. We did not cook or eat there so we did all dishes by hand. Upon departure, I checked dishwasher and found moldy disgusting dishes. They had been there a long time so not sure what cleaning service was used or why / if previous tenants did not run the washer.

The location is wonderful! We were happy that at least 50%? of the businesses were open in the winter. Everything is within walking distance, the beach, the boardwalk and the shops. Tanger outlets were a short drive away. The house was perfect for our large family. We were worried that there was only one big family living area, but it worked out perfectly because it forced us all to stay together. The owner is very responsive. I would suggest buying a large frying pan for the house. We would definitely stay there again!

This is at least the third time we've stayed in this house. It is conveniently located minutes from the heart of town and steps from the boardwalk/beach.

Rachel & Chris have a clean, well-kept rental property. Seven couples stayed during the month of October. The property was well stocked considering it was after the summer season. The pots and pans were plentiful and spotless! Although we were told the code would be texted to us for entry, Rachel/Chris met us at the property. Several couples brought their bikes for the weekend - there is no designated place to secure bikes and Rachel and Chris kindly asked that we not bring them into the house, we locked ours to the backyard stair railings and the front porch chairs overnight. The front porch was a wonderful place to gather during the day and evening. Unfortunately, the ceiling fan or the light on the ceiling fan in the great room and in at least one bedroom was inoperable, as well as the TV in the 2nd bedroom on the ground floor, and one of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor (which wasn't a problem, because we didn't need to watch TV in the bedroom). Although this was an adult weekend getaway, this rental property is ideal for children. We would definitely rent this property again in the Fall of the year when there is a limited number of tourists down the shore. Thanks, Rachel and Chris for a lovely, clean location. Stay well.

For 30 years my sisters, sister in-law, our adult female children and some lifelong friends have gathered once a year. Finding large spaces for what has grown to be 14-16 of us is a challenge. This place was great. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Off season so the parking was good too. Nicely furnished with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Plenty of bathrooms too! Loved how close it was to the beach too.

We are a group of 7 Teammates that gets together every year. We selected this house for its location and number of bedrooms. We were so happy with the house, location and all the amenities. We could fit three cars easily in the driveway and one in the reserved spot on the street. Check in was a breeze given it was as simple as putting in the door code. There was enough space and chairs for all. We were able to sit at one of the tables and play cards. The house has two refrigerators and two dishwashers. We all had enough hot water for showers. The front porch has plenty of chairs and sun! Thank you for letting our group stay at your lovely house. Looking forward to next year!

Our large family felt right at home in this excellent location just steps from the beach and all of the best attractions. This is our 36th year vacationing in Rehoboth and certainly one of our favorite houses. There is plenty of room for big families to spread out and the kitchen is fabulous.

This is a great house for families. We have adult married children with and without children, plus other no-children adult. This house had the right configuration for everyone! So many houses say how many they “sleep”, but when you look, you see rooms of bunk bed. No good for married adults. This one had plenty of private queen and king rooms, plus - the loft for the littles. My grandchildren loved the loft SO much!
There were several coffee makers, which is good, but no blender, which is not that big a deal, but it would have been nice. Otherwise, well appointed in every way. So many things to love. The location can’t be beat, so close to the beach. My kids like being so near to Funland - I prefer to be a little farther, but not because of noise, it was fine. It’s a delightful place. I hope to return.

What a glorious property! We have returned year after year because it is great for everyone in the family - from the oldest mobility impaired person to the youngest hearty beach goers. Location is spectacular - everything was in walkable distance. The home is spacious and well-maintained. Well-equipped kitchen, family-friendly porch and living room (with fireplace!) and an exclusive hideout for kids on the third floor make this a one-of-a-kind rental. Thanks Chris for making this such a special part of our lives!

This is a spacious house in a premier location. There was room for all of us to sleep comfortably, and the beach, boardwalk, and Funland are only steps away. Chris, the owner, is very friendly and responsive to requests or needs. The kitchen is well equipped. We love it!

Fantastic rental
The home is fantastic. It is also very accessible for anyone with mobility issues. One of our family members has mobility restrictions, so that is an important aspect for us. The house is very accommodating (wide doors for a scooter/wheel chair, ADA bathroom on the first floor, spacious turning radius and open floor plan throughout the first floor, etc.). The listing describes some of these aspects, but the home scored beyond our already high expectations. For example, the dedicated parking spot in front of the house is also accessible for vehicles equipped with a scooter/wheel chair ramp, etc. that may need clearance on the side to work properly.
The owner (Chris) was a pleasure to work with, always very responsive, and helpful throughout the process.
We will definitely be coming back to this home.

Unbelievable vacation!! We have been going to Rehoboth for 20+ years and this was our favorite rental! The space was great for our multiple families. And being across from funland was a dream come true for our pre-teens who were given new freedom to go there by themselves. The owner was great to communicate with! We would love to come back!
