Nestled in Plymouth, this charming condo for R 4,605 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our garden unit ( # VRBO #3958661) features a large studio unit with a two person Jacuzzi spa bathroom with stand alone shower, Two Double Beds and a Pull-Out Queen Sleeper Sofa with gel foam mattress. Kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, Ice Cube Maker and Two small refrigerators. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. Our beautifully landscaped private back yard and patio are yours for your enjoyment. The patio has a table and chairs for six, an outdoor grill and a gas firepit. An outstanding private beach with a view of Cape Cod Bay is a three minute walk away. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and some beach toys for lovely days at the beach! Our private beach is never crowded and is the source of wonderful seaside memories for our guests. Seasonal rates are available upon inquiry. Our home is located in a quiet secluded neighborhood on a private road. Easy access to highways to both Cape Cod and Boston. 70 minutes away from Provincetown, 1 hour to Boston, 20 minutes to Hyannis and Falmouth on Cape Cod. We enjoyed our time in Plymouth very much. Shane was very welcoming and informative upon our arrival, oriented us to the accommodations and provided us with a number of excellent restaurant recommendations in the area as well as suggesting interesting local activities. The apartment was clean, well furnished, and had a lovely large sauna-like tub, and the yard was welcoming with a comfortable sitting area and fireplace. We loved the private beach (about a 4 minute walk) and the surrounding wildlife preserve. The area has a lot to offer, has easy on/off access to Cape Cod while being less busy and hectic than many areas of the Cape can be. Thank you Shane, John and Bonnie.

We loved this place! perfect spot to just unwind and relax. Owners were very nice and made us feel at home and comfortable. The beach was just a short walk away and only a few people there. The guys were able to fish right from the beach. Thanks Shane for the great conversations!

The location was great. Right next to the beach and the backyard was lovely. Inside is about the size of a studio apartment and was comfortable. The bath was a great way to relax after a long day on the beach.
The owner also rents out the room above so if there are other guests staying you can hear muted footsteps and may have to share the backyard.

We really loved staying at the Seaside Villas for our 3 night stay while attending a family wedding in Plymouth. We rented both the Private Seaside Villa Two Bedroom Apartment and the Serene Seaside Villa Garden Apartment. Each unit was exactly as described and pictured. It was a very comfortable stay!
Shane was very informative and communicated with us throughout the process and Bonnie greeted us upon arrival. She was lovely! Each apartment had a chilled bottle of wine for us to enjoy.
The private backyard is beautiful with many flowering plants and offers everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. You can sit around the fire pit, cook on the grill and eat out on the patio table. There is an outdoor shower to use too!
The private beach was just a short 3 minute walk away. They provided beach chairs and towels to take with you. The beach was very secluded while only a few people at a time there.
This property is only a few minutes drive to a pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants (we enjoyed the Blueberry Muffin restaurant for breakfast), gas station, and Dunkin Donuts to name just a few. It's only a short 20 minute drive to the Plymouth waterfront and a short distance from the Sagamore Bridge to Cape Cod.

My wife and I rented this lovely, small basement apartment for a week this summer and throughly enjoyed our stay. Our adult daughtler joined us for three days and slept on the pullout sofa. The aprtment was cozy. There is limited privacy for a third or fourth guest using the sofa bed, but the bathroom iis very large and includes a double sized jacuzzi bathtub.
We really enjoyed the patio and garden in the rear of the house. which were great for reading, napping, and eating al fresco.
There is a very pleasant sand beach a short walk away next to marshy grasslands. The water is very cold, but swimable, when the tide is receeding and the water has warmed up in the sun. We recommend wearing flipflops or swimming shoes as there are many small rocks at the edge of the water. Bug repellant is a must except on windy days.
This apartment is a sort drive to a few small restaurants, a cafe, and bar, a CVS, a supermarket,. and service stations. It is only a few miles drive to the Sagamore Bridge to Cape Cod where there are a few beaches with warmer water, lifeguards, rest rooms, and snack bars. However, parking is typically $30 per day, and the lots fill up quickly.
In sum, we enjoyed this apartment for its comfort, quiet, beautiful garden, proximity to a quiet beach, and nearby shopping. The hosts were very pleasant and prompt at answering our questions and addressing a few things we needed (e.g., an ironing board, openig the door, when we locked ourselves out, etc.)
. We hghly recommend this cozy, low-key getaway that can be reached without dealing with much of the traffic crossing the bridges to Cape Cod.

I have stayed in many places, but none as awful as this one. The place was dreary, dark and very old. The bed was not the queen as advertised and had three layers of tiny blankets. The sheets were old and did not stay on the mattress properly. The furniture was shabby. There was NO CLOSET. No place to hang anything up. No luggage rack, no regular TV.
The kitchen had a window between it and the bathroom! The shower was so tiny that you hit the sides with your elbow. The shower ceiling had water damage, and nails protruding from the wall. The wall near the tub was cut and the plasterboard was removable.
The decor looked like a garage sale threw up in it.
This place had NO SMOKE DETECTOR AND NO SPRINKLER SYSTEM. This space was unsafe.

The hosts were gracious and responsive, but offered us privacy even though they were living on the property. Their artistic sensibility and sense of the enchantment in nature surrounded us, both inside and outside the apartment. The kitchen and furnishings were comfortable and complete. My one note of caution is that the bed was super squishy, which was not to my preference as an older person with a tricky back.

And despite being remote, a less than 5 minute drive to restaurants and grocery and pharmacy. We also easily traveled to Boston for an afternoon at the MFA; also very close to Cape Cod. My only suggestion is that if you plan to cook, bring cooking utensils (one spatula, a can opener and wine bottle opener are the only cooking utensils provided), and your own dish soap, sponge, and disinfecting wipes or spray as there was nothing there to tidy up - during a 5 day stay it’s nice to be able to clean the countertops and clean the cutting board and knives when cooking a meal. If you are planning to eat out for all meals you are all set! Overall a wonderful, relaxing vacation which is exactly what we were looking for!

The place was clean and the hosts were very accommodating. The queen bed was comfortable but the pull out bed is not suitable for older adults to sleep on. The beach is private and very close by. It was a natural shore line, seaweed and rocky but we enjoyed it. They had beach towels and chairs available and the outdoor fire place was a nice touch. The jetted bath tub worked fine for us. The location was close enough to Boston and Cape Cod, perfect for us. The unit is the lowest level of a three level house so it was a bit musty but better when we opened some windows. The people above us had kids so we could hear them running around but not an issue after 10pm. Overall I gave them 5 stars as it was a great value for your money. Plymouth was a great town to visit! Thanks for having us.

There is a small indoor shower, but we preferred the outdoor enclosed shower, plus it was roomier. Large patio and backyard to use if you’d like, and a grill. The kitchen is fully outfitted if you want to prepare meals, as well. If you are a plus-size person, you may find the mattresses a bit uncomfortable, but an air mattress was a small price to pay for having a nice place to stay. I only met John, but he was very kind and informative. The entrance is on the opposite side of the house you park on, but it’s a short walk for moving your things to and from. We stayed during a heat wave, so we were eternally grateful for the amazing A/C. The beach is a pleasant walk away, and very quiet.

The jacuzzi jets did not work. The property owners did not tell us there was a problem with the tub until we messaged them after trying to use it. They said that they were waiting on parts and a plumber. I thought it was really weird that they didn’t tell us about the jacuzzi when they knew it wouldn’t be in full working order for our stay. There was a car in the driveway with a plumber logo on it, so I thought maybe it would be fixed before we left. It wasn’t. I messaged the owners when I got home and requested a partial refund due to the broken jacuzzi, this was the response:
Hello Cindy, in regards to your recent message, our Legal Team has suggested the following response.
The Jacuzzi was not "broken" it was a fully functional soaking tub with jets that unfortunately malfunctioned the day of your arrival. You were made aware of the jets not working when you arrived on a Sunday. We are still waiting on parts and a technician.
If you had brought such major disappointment regarding the Jets on the Jacuzzi not working to our attention during your stay, and not two days after your departure, we could have worked out a mutually agreeable solution.

I was astounded by their refusal to issue a partial refund, the jacuzzi should have been fully functional. I made this reservation in May and paid for everything in advance, in good faith that the property would be as listed. I understand that things happen, but a room with a broken jacuzzi should not cost as much as as a room with a fully functional jacuzzi. I don’t see requesting a refund when I got home as too late, I didn’t want to deal with it while on vacation. They included a link to the Vrbo extortion policy, like wanting money back was extortion, ridiculous! Obviously, I don’t recommend this property and would never stay there again. A jacuzzi without working jets is just a bath tub.

Great break
All our vacation plans had fallen through due to COVID and we had been in our house living, working and studying since March 8th. This simple escape was the break we needed.
Short walk to the beach and we really enjoyed the outdoor space in the backyard. The owners even let us have an old friend stop by for dinner and that was so good for the soul.

This property is right on the ocean, seriously amazing how close, maybe a three minute walk. The hosts were very nice, even though they are above you- you won’t notice them at all so don’t be scared! The best little ocean house ever. Fire pit, outdoor wash area, grill and a beautiful little puppy! Thank you guys so much! Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Beach during COVID
This is the perfect location if you want a safe getaway during COVID. The beach is private, a 3 minute walk from the house, and at most there were 12 people on the entire beach when we were there. We recommend water shoes as the beach is rocky, but if you go during low tide, there are sand banks that form which are perfect for little ones. The owners were very pleasant and provide the essentials, plus access to their beautiful backyard. We enjoyed having dinner in the evenings on the patio. They live onsite, but provide you with the necessary privacy for a relaxing vacation.
