Very cozy stay at a friendly place

Location, friendly staff, balcony, view, large bathroom with strong flow of faucet water, fast heated water, air conditioning, quick access to Palolem beach, lots of food options nearby at Beachfront and what not!

Disappointing

The only thing I like is the location and the convenient parking.

The resort has good property but it is very poorly managed and extremely unhygienic. The space between two cottages was utilised as a dumping ground for all waste. Due to this garbage, I could literally hear dogs and rats feasting on it all night. There were frequent power cuts with no back up power. In the hot weather, it was impossible to stay inside the room during power cuts. The shack attached to the resort was a mixed bag. The second night dinner was a complete disaster due to its service and quality of food. We waited almost 1.5 hrs for food to be prepared and when it did arrive, the food was completely cold and insipid. All in all I will never book here again, given there are better options nearby.

over our stay was Ok ,

view from the balcony was good

we had booked a sea facing room but there was no hygiene and cleanliness in that area. The rooms lights are too very dim, for getting ready it was really dark in the room even we could not open the curtain which would have affected our privacy as we had the next room immediately adjacent we had to ask the staff for every little thing.

Budget Sea Facing Cottage

Location . Direct entry to beach.

Bathroom toilet was broken. Flow of water very less. Can’t bath or flush toilet properly. Many times we had to wait 30 minutes for the toilet flush to work properly. Otherwise it was just light flow of water which doesn’t clean anything. we stayed in the sea view/facing cottage 115

Location is good, Right on the beach and other attractions in palolem. Place is nice and quaint. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. For the price its a good service offering

The location was very close to the beach

the property was not cleaned even a single day during our 4 day stay. The linens weren’t changed either. Given that it’s a beach and sand is bound to be everywhere in the room and needs to be removed properly, it was annoying to have them say that they could only clean it during particular times.

Average hotel in palolem..

The location and Food is excellent...One must try prawn dishes from Tyson...

Cleanliness of the room... cockroaches are moving around.. wifi was not working... Facilities inside the room were not good...No drawer or almirah for keeping clothes.. The behaviour of the staff is also not cooperating.. Too much load shedding...

Food from china town restaurant was really bad and took lot of time to bring food to the table even though there was not much customers.

the day of visit was too windy including lightening and heavy rain. There was no power backup in the resort and there was no water to take bath as well. we got water from beach to use toilets. I did take my old aged family of 12 members was disgusting. door glass got broke due to coconut and we requested other cottage for the safety but it was not available. ladies could sleep whole night with a broken door, wind and mosquitoes without fan or AC in summer. It was total disgusting stay for me and my family

property is amazing. food was extraordinary but important amenities like power and water is excluded. they can’t ask excuse for natural calamities like this. expecting generator or any other powder backups. I ruined this trip 🥺

1.location was awesome!! 2.close to beach and good view if you book ocean view room.

1.staff denied to give hot water when my friend was sick and told its business hours take from nearby resort( hotel manager and one staff helped me later though) 2. food was not good got stomach ache
