Welcome to Las Palmas! 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that sleeps 6 located in a sought after low-density complex. Beautiful top floor unit on the corner with a direct view of the lagoon from your balcony with the beach a short walk away. We are on the lagoon facing quiet side of the condo so you aren't hearing beach traffic all day. One of the only low-density complex's in the area where you have your own private balcony! The complex has 2 pools, a grilling area, and covered parking with laundry facilities on site. Recently renovated bathrooms 2023- new vanities/toilets/shelving/bath fixtures. 2024-new recliners Unit has been updated with everything to make your vacation complete, 3 flat screen TV's, 3 DVD players, cable/internet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Quiet location right across the street from the beach with public access points .25 miles walking distance each way from the condo, only 1 mile from the Hangout and next to a convenience store. Great location close to shops and restaurants. Parking fee $25 PER CAR paid online by you prior to your stay-instructions will be sent. This money is being collected by our association. If you are looking for a vacation on a budget with a great view and location this is it! AC did not work could not get the place below 78 degrees. Everything else I can live with. They only give u 1 trash bag and 1 of most things. They had plenty of family games which me kids liked. The carbon dioxide detector was beeping due to the battery low.

The owners were great with communication, the location was less than a .25 mile walk to 6th street beach, and walking distance to great food. Check in and check out were super easy and the property was perfect for our family. Board games, a binder with great recommendations. Just a wonderful overall experience!

There were 8 of us (4 adults, 3 kids, 1 infant) that stayed this past week. We had a 12 hour drive and got there a little early and the owner allowed us to check in about 2 hours early which was much appreciated. The condo smelled very clean and was well stocked with towels and linens. Has a great view of the lagoon off the balcony as well. The closest beach access is about a 1/4 mile walk from the condo which if you have little ones can be a bit of a struggle. All in all it was a great place to stay and would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time - the condo is comfortable and has all the amenities our family of 5 needed. Two flights of stairs up didn’t feel like two flights. Condo was quiet - even with construction next door, we didn’t hear a thing. Beach access is not right across the street as that one is for those apartments only, but everyone used it anyway. We even asked the guard if it was ok and they said yes. Parking directly underneath was very convenient.

It's 6 min walk to 33pier, drive to beach 6 min waking 15 min dolphin cruise 12 minutes away the zoo 12 min away 2 pools in the middle this best stay that I stay in gul shores alots if sourniners 5 min aways good restaurants around dollar store has alot of t shirt, and floaties for kids

We had an amazing time! The description and pictures show just what to expect. It is an older unit/complex and a little dated. A few scuffs and dings on the walls, but nothing that affected our stay in any way. The pool was nice, the room was clean. We would have loved a few more pillows and some throw blankets in the living room. We read reviews and packed a few essentials; extra trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. Be sure to bring quarters for the laundromat! There isn't a change machine and we had to drive a ways to a car wash to get some. Check in/out was simple. Owners were super sweet and responsive. The grocery store is walking distance, but Very expensive. Location is great. We decided to drive to one of the further, quieter Beach accesses, but you could easily walk with older kids or adults. Overall we were very pleased, especially with the price!

Everything ran perfectly smooth, including check-in and check out. Because the property was very affordable, I was a little worried about it being unsafe. However, I felt completely safe the whole time and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Fantastic location and 2 minute walk to the beach!

We had a wonderful time! Location was perfect for our family. The extra touch of games, DVDs, and beach stuff was great. We should have read the fine print as we didn't prepare to have to bring dish soap, toilet paper, and garbage bags beyond the 1 of each that was provided. This would be a nice touch to include for your guests. Overall wonderful place! Great communication!
