In the living room you can kick back on our comfy leather sofa in front of the new 65’’ Smart TV and use our free Wi-Fi. You will relax in our tiled walk-in shower with a glass wall and sleep luxuriously in our king-size bed with fluffy linens in the main bedroom. Enjoy the convenience of our full-size washer & dryer. Take in the fresh air on one of our four outdoor porches or patios, one of which has a wet bar and gas grill. This town home is unique and gorgeous in every way! An inflatable queen-size mattress sleeps two more, if needed, and a portacrib is available for your little one. Located in the heart of Key Largo, Kawama Yacht Club is a tropical paradise of over 22 landscaped acres and is a self-contained vacation spot. You can snorkel in our three-acre salt water lagoon, swim in one of our two heated pools, or hop on our golf cart and bring a glass of wine to watch the breathtaking sunrises or sunsets from our oceanfront private beach or 400’ jetty. Our family friendly resort boasts a new playground and well-maintained tennis courts. For the avid fisherman and boater, Kawama has a marina where you will have free use of the boat ramp. Boat rentals and deep sea fishing charters are close by. For the diving enthusiast, the waters of our oceanfront property are part of John Pennekamp’s dive waters with beautiful coral reefs and fabulous diving spots just offshore. Nice big room with a kitchen and living space and sliders to a screened-in porch. It was super cozy and had a great kitchen island. The bed in the master was very comfortable and the shower/bathroom was great. The shower head was nice. I liked that this was an end unit. My brother and his family stayed in the same complex and walking around or using the golf cart was easy. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Us & our 3 young kiddos thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well stocked to cook, which I do a lot of. The location is very convenient to markets, National Parks, fishing etc. the community itself is wonderful with lots to do with children. We played in the lagoon, the pools, playground, walked jetty at low tide for little crustaceans, and cruised around in the golf cart at night watching fish and lobsters in the water. It was hard to leave!

The property was as described in every way. The location of the unit is ideal within the complex. On-site guide was very helpful and provides great information for use of TV’s golf carts, pool, etc. Very responsive communication. One of my best VRBO experiences.

Our extended family of 13 rented 3 Kawama units over Christmas. Several family members stayed in this unit and it worked out very well for them. The golf cart was great for getting around in the Kawama community. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture comfortable. They loved the H1 unit and Mark Hostetler was quick to respond to any questions. They also appreciated his notebook with restaurant suggestions! .

The property was very clean and tastefully decorated. The golf cart was great for going to the property beach. There were lots of extras in the home, such as baggies, bug spray, paper plates, etc., so that was nice, too. The beds were comfortable. My family enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The drive to Key West was about 2 hours, but it was worth visiting.

We stayed 3 nights and it was great! The beds were really comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We never got the nerve up to get in the lagoon but we made multiple daily visits to it to see all the fish. The walk to the beach was nice and easy and the golf cart made it even more accessible. We enjoyed hanging out on the patios and watching the weather come in, we had a few good storms while we were there. Great property and we will hopefully be back in the future!
