Nestled in Pensacola Beach, this charming condo for R 5,510 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Directly on the Gulf. * During peak season we rent weekly Saturday through Saturday only. Newly remodeled, spacious and just-like-home comfortable, Sans Souci Unit 408 is your vacation destination. The property was recently purchased and the new owners have been busy from day one renovating, updating and improving the entire unit. Fresh paint in all rooms, all new furniture, mattresses and linens, as well as many thoughtful “extras” to insure a comfortable, cozy, home-away-from-home experience. Book your reservations now as we’re sure to fill up fast once folks get a look at the finished product! Our unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath, open floor plan with accommodations to sleep 7 guests. There’s an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and guest bedroom, and our unit boasts a Gulf front balcony, the perfect spot to take in the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, or an afternoon nap. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a full bath with tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and easy access to the hall bath with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is spacious with lots of counter space, a double door refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, and all the cookware, utensils and dinnerware needed to make feeding your crew all their favorites! The living room has a 55-inch flat screen TV with WIFI, DVR, and cable, as well as a full-sized sleeper sofa. The sliding glass doors offer the ever-changing view of the Gulf and opens to the balcony. Sans Souci is a gated community located on the west end of the Island, directly across from Peg Leg Pete’s, a locals’ favorite seafood restaurant. Next door to Peg Legs is a convenience store. There are sidewalks for walking, jogging and biking and in peak season a free trolley service with a stop at the complex. Sans Souci is a small complex allowing for uncrowded beachfront and amenities like the huge pool and hot tub. The complex also offers a BBQ grill, covered parking, elevators, car washing station and an elevated boardwalk to the beach. We are ready to welcome you and yours to join our beach family and share the gorgeous views, world famous sugar-sand beach, comfortable beds, furniture and the clean well equipped kitchen. This was great. We loved our stay. It had a perfect ocean view, clean, and had everything we need for our time at the beach. We enjoyed it so much would definitely book with them again. They thought of everything even had a pack n play so perfect for families. Cant wait to visit again.

We had a blast this week in Pensacola. The condo was amazing and was like home. Met the housekeeper and she is so nice and does a great job. Peg Leg Pete’s across the street has amazing food. We will be back.

We had the best vacation ever. We were very impressed from start to finish and didn’t want to leave. The Condo was beautifully decorated and made us feel like we were home. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. They put a lot of love and attention into details. We felt spoiled with a cute gift basket of goodies on arrival . Love the location. The Host was very precious and answered any questions promptly. We found our spot and will be returning year after year.

The beach and the water were pristine. It was hot but who can complain with the water only steps away. I can’t think of one thing the condo needed. It was perfect for us! The shopping carts and transfer carts were great! Found in the parking level and they fit right on the elevator for just ONE trip. My request would be for the homeowners association. A few pool umbrellas would have been great….but stay on the beach where there is always a breeze!

The host was easy to communicate with and was super helpful! The property was beautiful and well-equipped, and the host provided a welcome basket full of thoughtful goodies. It doesn't have direct beach access (straight from the room), but it is a short drip down the elevator and through the garage. The only main complaint was the balcony door being incredibly heavy and hard to open, however, after contacting the host, it was clarified to be a hurricane door, so that is understandable. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful condo, feels like home away from home. Excellent management. The snack basket was perfect and all the small things you don't find elsewhere. What a great stay, comfortable furniture, beautiful view, steps from the beach. And oh the hot tub, loved it. Great restaurant across the street and little store with everything. Thankyou for an exquisite home.

Condo is perfectly located on the gulf-side beach, across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s. Higher floor provides wonderful views. Initially, Had trouble operating the door opener, but the owner quickly responded, driving over from Pensacola, to provide a key to get us in. The deadbolt/opener was changed out during our stay and the new mechanism worked smoothly.

This property was very well decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of this condo was the little extras! Dish soap, detergent, creamer, sugar , sunscreen, bar soap, beach toys n chairs. Something a lot of condos do not make available. Overall one of the best condos we have stayed in on the gulf.

Unit is furnished, decorated and provisioned wonderfully and the view over the beach is spectacular. Warm sun on south-facing balcony made it very pleasant outdoors even when north winds were blowing and temps were in high 40’s a couple of days. Very comfortable bed. San Souci condo complex is lovely. We hope to stay here again.

We had a perfect long weekend! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and in a perfect location. We loved the balcony overlooking the beach and being just an elevator ride and a few steps from the white sand beach. The well stocked convenience store and Peg Leg Pete’s being just across the street was a great bonus!

This condo was very clean and comfortable. Our vacation was great with one issue. The keypad on the door was not working properly and that cost us a little time. Mary Ann was on it and helped us out...this was no fault of hers. We always love our stays at San Souci and Mary Ann was exceptional...I want to do it again!!..

This was our first vacation together as a blended family and we had the best time. The condo was gorgeous and we were thoroughly impressed with all of the "extras" the condo had to offer. What a week I had staying in Unit 408 at San Souci! My best friend treated me for my 63rd birthday. This condo is absolutely beautiful. Clean and well stocked with a generous basket of snacks upon arrival. Two bedroom two bath with kitchen, dining and living rooms. A great balcony where I would spend hours looking at that gorgeous blue ocean and listening to the waves. The artwork in this home is stunning. I found myself going through the home from room to room to view the art pieces and artwork. We had everything we needed. The pool was perfect as well. We will absolutely stay here when visiting Pensacola Beach again. We just need to look at our calendar. Thank you to MaryAnn, the manager, who is always available to answer or assist in any way. This was probably the easiest vacation rental experience I have ever had! The condo was beautifully updated, very clean, and right on the pristine beach. The host’s email instructions were super thorough and easy to understand…left us with no questions or need for additional communication. The condo was well-stocked with everything you could possibly need, plus more (beach accessories were great). Very convenient parking and carts to haul your stuff from the parking garage. The location couldn’t be better: this part of Pensacola Beach is not overdeveloped like other parts of the panhandle, but you still have close access to plenty of activities. We will definitely book again!
