The golf course clubhouse is steps away from the property which make this a great destination for golf trips, or for wedding parties that are celebrating their wedding at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Keystone Ski resort is a quick 10 min drive to the resort, or 5 min drive to the shuttle buses. You get the best of Keystone, without the noise of the crowded resort area. Quick drive to shopping and restaurants in Keystone, Dillon and Silverthorne make this an ideal vacation spot. Quick 20 min drive to Breckenridge or 40 min to Vail for people looking to take advantage of all the world class skiing within a quick drive. There is a large open family area on the main level with open floor plan kitchen dining and living area. Two gas fireplaces and access to the large open deck that overlooks the openspace and lake that flanks the world renowned Ranch Golf Course. There are three bedrooms on the main level, including a large master with gas fireplace and en-suite bathroom. Main level has a 40" 4K TV that can be closed in a cabinet for those looking to eliminate the noise of a TV. Also a large Bose Soundtouch speaker for those who like to enjoy music while playing cards in front of the fireplace. Large dining room table seats 10 comfortably, with additional seating for 5 at the countertop.The walk out lower level has an additional 3 beds and large family room with 65" 4K TV and foosball table, as well as large bunk room for kids. The views from the deck overlook the lake at the golf course as well as amazing mountain sunsets. The home is family friendly and comes stocked with all the necessary appliances, housewares and also toys and books for children. There is a pack 'n play for kids, as well as kid friendly games, books, silverware, plates and dishes. Absolutely without question perfect house! Everyone said WOW this how is amazing! I rented this to take my parents and sisters and their families away for Christmas and it was a complete success. 4 families and nobody we were not on top of each other. We all wished we owned that house and nobody wanted to leave! This was a Christmas we all will remember forever!

This home is in our favorite area of Keystone; quiet with gorgeous views yet an easy drive to Keystone ski area and Breckenridge. We had three generations and everyone spent hours every day outside making an awesome sledding run. It can be hard to find a mountain house with a useable outdoor play area for the kids. This house is perfect for that since it's on a golf course with gently sloping hills perfect for playing in the snow in the winter months and is adjacent to the clubhouse pool for use in the summer. The home itself was spotlessly clean and had ample room for our group of twelve. Jeremy was wonderful to work with and responded to communication promptly and professionally. We all are so grateful that we were able to spend a week at the Straight family's very special place!

We stayed with a bunch of friends at this house for a wedding. There were plenty of beds, a great kitchen for cooking for a large group, and fantastic views from the back porch. The pictures do not do this house justice, it is gorgeous and great for hosting a large group. A 2 minute walk from the Keystone Ranch Golf Course came in handy for our group as well! If you're looking for a house that's close to everything in Keystone but also is secluded, this is your place.

Both beautiful and good shape. Very close to snake River and could be viewed in several places. Perfect for our large group of 16.

Beautiful location-loved the views. Home well stocked with linens/dishes and kitchen ware/needs. Extra fridge in Garage. Lower level perfect for 4 girls/ bunk room with private bath and 2 sets of parents in the 2 King rooms sharing a bath. Hot Tub- lower deck was enjoyed by all. 6 other adults slept upstairs and one couple opted for a nearby hotel, joining us at the house during day/evening for activities/meals. Lucked out with warm, gorgeous weather each day of our stay 6/25-6//29-2023. Host was prompt in answering most questions before our arrival and after. Had some issues with door key not fitting in the lock and missing garage opener but resolved them with use of keypads and codes. Loved our Group Trail Ride with Keystone Stables - close by and very service oriented staff and guides accommodated our large group and novice riders. Disappointed that the pool was not open even tho' vrbo description stated it was open Spring/Summer - listing could have been a little more transparent with that fact and that many activities in Keystone really don't begin until June 29th. One of the main reasons we chose this property was the pool. Had we been aware it would not be open, we could have chosen a later date to stay. Perhaps including this information in the property description on vrbo will help others in the future. Great to re-connect with family and meet our new 5mo. old addition to the family. Lots of fun with hopes to see each other again soon!

We rented this house due to it's proximity to Keystone Ranch which is where we got married. It was so great to have a place to host friends right next to our venue. The house was clean and comfortable and provided ample space for our guests. Jeremy was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family celebration! Plenty of space for big dinners inside or on the deck (that has a spectacular view). The kitchen was well stocked. Laundry room off the kitchen was convenient. Plenty of comfortable beds to accommodate everyone. Two nice family room areas that we used for movie nights, cards and conversation. Took day trips to Dillon, Frisco, Breckenridge, Leadville and Silverthorne. We would love to visit again!

For the second year in a row we stayed at this property. The experience was great. 4.5-5 stars. There was an issue with one of the appliances and the owners were very responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again next year.

This property was perfect for multi-families. We had three families with kids and it was wonderful to have 3 king beds and plenty of other bed types for kids of varying genders and ages. Access to Keystone is easy and close. But you still feel like you are secluded from the resort busyness. We would absolutely return to this property again. The home is well maintained and fully stocked with items you need during your stay.

Keystone Ranch properties are a special enclave minutes drive from main resort. This house was a perfect example with sweeping views of valley, great amenities in home and on Ranch. A seamless visit with comfortable sleeping quarters and great kitchen, dining living room gathering spaces. Hosts were very responsive and flexible with our needs. Will be back for sure.
