We absolutely loved staying at this place! The layout was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom. We were impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was - things we didn't know we needed were there! The place was also warm and inviting inside, and we loved hanging out on the comfortable couch each evening to talk about our day. The location is also perfect as it is within walking distance of so many great things in Marfa.

Loved staying at this quaint vintage property that really gave you the feel for the essence of Marfa! Property is well cared for, private, and very comfortable. It was a great place to stay for our family, more space than we could actually use. Great location in the heart of Marfa and easy walk to various places. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a spacious, clean and very well appointed two bedroom place situated at the center of Marfa. Can walk everywhere. The decor is charming, the apartment has everything needed for a short or longer stay. The owner, Lauren, is very accessible.

My family and I were in Marfa for the Marfa 100 bike ride. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we discovered that the renovated adobe house we stayed in might have belonged to my great uncle many years ago. My 94 year old mother lived in Marfa in the 40’s and she has fond memories of the area.

This was a wonderful surprise! Our son asked that we visit Marfa on our way to another event. He informed us this was at the top of his bucket list. WOW now I understand! We were so lucky to find this incredible home! It is walkable to everything. The backyard is AMAZING! We would gladly come back and stay again! Thank you!

Great location within walking distance to nearly everything. We rarely needed our car for anything except day trips to Marathon, Alpine, and Ft. Davis. We walked to and from breakfast, lunches/dinners, and bars in the evenings. We didn't use the kitchen much, but bathroom and laundry worked well. No complaints. Great for a couple or a small family.

We have stayed in Marfa numerous times at different locations and this one is our all time favorite. The layout and size of the rental was perfect. And the location was centrally located to everything. Restaurants, bars & coffee shop were all within walking distance. Love it and will continue us to stay at this one from now on!

Four girlfriends stopped here for a couple of nights on the way to Sedona. The location is perfect and walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. The house is precious and has wonderful beds and linens. It was very well-appointed and we didn't want for a thing. I would definitely bring my family here for another visit. I would highly recommend the Star Party at McDonald Observatory, dinner at La Ventura at the St. George and brunch at Buns and Roses (hot but so worth it). We also enjoyed Chateau Wright and Altamarfa wineries. Overall amazing stay!

Beautiful property. Great location for walking to most businesses. I loved that the two bedrooms had a connecting door. Plenty of room! Easiest checkin ever. Wonderful patio that I wish we would have had more time to enjoy. Highly recommend this property.

The house is walkable distance to places to eat, to the Judd Foundation, part of the Chinati Foundation, shops. It was comfortable with nice outdoor space and kitchen with everything you might need. Marfa is unique and worth a visit. Besides the art foundations mentioned, close to Fort Davis and the McDonald Observatory and some gorgeous drives.

We had a long weekend in Marfa. This home is larger and roomier than the photos look. It is Adobe so once inside you cannot hear the outside world- other than the train when it passes once a day- but that just sets the mood! Rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. Kitchen has all the things to prepare and cook a full dinner. It is stocked as a home kitchen should be. The outdoor space is quite large and very private- perfect for kids or pets to play or just to sit and enjoy friends. The 2 bedrooms are connected and do share the one bath. So you do need to be comfortable who ever you stay here with. Beds were super comfy and linens were very soft and luxurious. Finally this is a super awesome location. You can walk to all the downtown stores, restaurants, hotels, etc everything else is about a 5 min drive! Would definitely stay here again.

We chose to stay in Marfa for our trip centering around Big Bend NP due to it’s unique art scene and it’s quirkiness. This stay was conveniently located a 5-10 minute walk away from most restaurants, art galleries, and coffee shops. While it was about 1.5-2 hours from Big Bend, we knew what to expect and were ok with staying farther away rather than staying in Alpine or Terlingua. I feel like if we hadn’t chosen to stay in Marfa then we wouldn’t have gotten to see the ruggedness of West Texas and its beauty! Check in was super simple, and the house was well-stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and sheets. We stocked up on groceries at Porter’s and were able to cook everything we wanted to without the hassle of scrambling for kitchen supplies. I highly recommend this stay for your West Texas getaway.

My son and his family stayed with me over New Year's for a party at my daughter's house in Marfa. We had a great time and enjoyed visiting with each other at the West Texas house. Because there is only one bathroom, I would recommend families stay there who are comfortable sharing a bathroom. We had some initial trouble with the tv remote which was missing, but we ultimately found it under the couch. The manager was responsive in helping us to deal with the situation. The children also loved the back yard. Overall, we would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

The house was very clean and well kept. It's is actually a duplex which we didn't realize until we arrived. It's not exactly crystal clear on the description. However, we had plenty of privacy and the entire backyard to ourselves which was very nice. The location is very convenient and centrally located around the downtown area. People watching around Marfa is probably the most entertaining thing to do. Lot's of interesting outfits/clothing worn by visitors and people from out of state.....
