Then why settle for cheap accommodations, lumpy mattresses, sandpaper sheets, outdated furnishings and cramped space? For a small additional investment in your vacation, you could have the best. And now more than ever, The Azure just makes sense. The building occupies a large swath of beach yet is only 6 stories tall. That means far less people at the pool & on the beach, short elevator rides and less traffic on the roads. If you want to be in the crowds and traffic jams brought on by 30-story developments don't worry, drive another 6 miles and you're there. This outstanding 4 bedroom ocean front unit located in the Azure has been professionally decorated with high-end furnishings and premium bedding; the same that is used in Hilton Hotels. The fine mattresses, pillows and high thread-count sheets are better than what most people have at home. This is a huge almost 2000 square foot, TRUE 4 BR unit - no bunk beds in a closet masquerading as the real thing! Two of the bedrooms have king beds and 46' flat screen TV's. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a 40' flat screen TV and the fourth has two twin beds with a 32' flat screen. All bedrooms have Blu-Ray/DVD players. The den has an L-shaped, pull out sleeper sofa. The seating area is equipped with a 65' Samsung SMART TV with a premium sound bar to give you theater sound. We've even provided an audio cable to connect your MP3 player to the sound bar for music and an HDMI cable so you can connect your PC and watch Netflix. We include clear instructions with pictures to make connecting EASY. All kitchen appliances are new, top of the line stainless steel LG products. The washer and dryer are new Samsung high capacity, high efficiency units. No details have been left out. We even put premium luxury vinyl tile - with the look of fine wood flooring in all bedrooms....The view from the patio is second to none, overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You will think you are on your own island with this secluded end unit with it's high-end patio furniture. Beach Service for two is included with your reservation (2 beach chairs + 1 umbrella), during the warmer months. Just see the attendant near the foot of the beach walkway to get set up. They will gladly assist you in renting additional chairs as needed. Chairs may be rented in the off season by contacting La Vida Dolce (off season rentals are not included). The Azure is so popular that check-in, especially on Saturday afternoon can be an exercise in waiting in line both at the front desk and for the lobby elevator. So we developed a solution to get you to the beach faster. Prior to your arrival we give you a unique door code. We recommend you skip the lobby altogether and park in the east side garage. Then take the east elevator up to the 4th floor and walk about 20 feet to the front door of unit 401. For reference, the east side garage is to your left as you approach the lobby from the street. We looked at every detail that makes for a great family vacation: How far is the walk to the elevator? Where is the trash chute? How loud is the dishwasher? How can we assure the bedroom décor will please children, teenagers and young adults? Does the unit feel like an upscale beach retreat or a souvenir shop? Does the WiFi cover the entire Condo, including the balcony? How can we streamline the 'work' of checking in and moving in/out? We took all our combined experience in seeking the very best beach vacation and rolled that in our business. We're sure you will be pleased and welcome your comments. Very nice end unit condo with extra windows to view the beautiful sunrise of the gulf. Nice finishes and furnishings. Plenty of space and room to comfortably host our family.

The views from the balcony were breathtaking. On the days is was cool/windy, we enjoyed sitting outside and watch dolphins, birds and people.

Love the communication with property owner which I have never had in my past rentals ever!!! Very detailed directions on every thing from parking close to how to work all tv and remotes!! Never saw not 1 bug anywhere!! Enough dishes and cookware it was perfect!! My only complaint is with the concierge and one maintenance man… The gentleman who worked Saturday was wonderful. But the one who worked Sunday - Monday darker skin was a really rude and nasty dude. My daughter was ran out of the gym because she was doing leg lifts without tennis shoes!!! No one wears shoes anywhere but she had shoes on just not tennis shoes!!!! Ok so if it was a rule fine but this was a maintenance man not concierge I have his picture. I had left my lights on my vehicle asked concierge if he knew of a jump box or anything to help all I got was NO he didn’t even stop or slow down to make eye contact just barked NO! I won’t let this ruin me coming back there though because I had such a positive interaction with the owner and loved everything else so much!!! You won’t go wrong staying here!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!

weather was just about perfect. some of the best food in area is right across the street, we ate there at least once a day. 4 bdm 3 bath worked out for us. 3 families 6 adults, 3 kids under 2. great view of the beach, hot tub and pool perfect. 5 star, you"ll like it

The condo was the perfect base for a multi-family gathering between Christmas and the New Year! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the condo was clean and ready for our arrival. We loved the location, which was made more special because of the fireworks display! The younger kids enjoyed the heated pool and everyone enjoyed the beach throughout the week. Great communication with the owner and we were well prepared for a great visit!

I recommended this unit for those that enjoy both the beach and the pool. The kitchen was properly stocked and the appliancesbwere perfect. The only negative was the number of tv remotes could be confusing.

Beautiful property with well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious, plenty of room for toddler bed or crib in each queen and (non-master) king bedroom (rented from BabysAway). The pools and property are well maintained. The owner provided great communication; we will definitely stay here again.

Our family rented here over Spring break. It was instantly relaxing to look out at the water from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed and the fourth bedroom allowed each of our teens to have their own space - perfect! We found a welcoming PIckleball community in Fort Walton beach and had a wonderful week playing with everyone. The kids loved shopping and exploring at the beach. Great location - thanks for the fun week!

Booking for this condo was extremely easy as John, the property, manager was very responsive. We contacted him several times with questions and concerns and he answered us very quickly and went out of his way to accommodate us. My family of 4 travelled with another family of 4 and the layout of bedrooms and bathrooms was PERFECT. On one end of the condo there is a king bedroom (my husband and I) and a room with 2 twin beds (my 2 kids) and these rooms were connected to each other by a very large bathroom. This gave the two families their own private spaces. All of the beds were very comfortable. The master overlooking the ocean and the queen bedroom each have their own bathrooms attached. The condo was extremely clean and smelled wonderful upon entering. All of the furniture was up to date and functional. The washer and dryer were large capacity, quick and quiet. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to a great restaurant (Stewby's) and the ice cream shop right across the street. Being able to park in a parking garage was very handy, especially considering we were there during bad weather. There is a Publix grocery store about 5 minutes away and Destin is only about a 12 minute drive. I highly recommend this condo and fully intend to return next year!

Condo was nice view was beautiful started at pool but with pool security moved to beach. Can’t have drinks can or solo cups by the pool. Had to have the drink in your chair and had a little speaker but was told to turn it off.. spent rest of time at beach.

Our first time in Fort Walton Beach, and this unit at the Azure was perfect for us! So spacious and clean, and we loved that it was an end unit so we had more windows. The balcony was large and had seating for six. Loved that our car was in a parking garage. The only suggestion I have is to let clients know that if they want to rent an umbrella with two chairs on the beach, they should book it the night before so it's reserved for them first thing the next day. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Brian the owner answered all our questions and was easy to get a hold of if needed. Loved the short walk to the beach and it fit our family of 8 adults and 3 children very well. The view was great and we loved how close to the beach we were. All the beds were comfortable. Just a few suggestions. For 8 adults and 3 children we needed more towels, hand towels, wash clothes and dish towels. We had to wash towels everyday just to have enough at bath time. Also there needs to be more supplies provided for a family that stays for a week. Such as dishing washing tablets, toilet paper and trash bags, at least one per day. There were only 2 of each for a whole week. It would be nice if you washed the bedspreads after each guest because there were some stains on the bedspreads. Also if you added some hooks in the bathrooms for towels it would be much appreciated Over all we enjoyed the stay very much.
