About this condo rental
This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a queen-sized bed, a queen Murphy bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features an updated kitchen and an extra half bath. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. The entryway has a mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There's also a Murphy bed that can be pulled out at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers scenic views. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware you need to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a half bathroom near the entryway and it has a pedestal sink, shower with sliding glass doors and its own entrance to the master bath toilet area. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination with a door separating the toilet area for added privacy. This is exactly what I hope to see for a summer visit to what is probably mostly known for a winter sports resort. The landscaping is beautiful and the summer garden boxes are stunning. The resort and village were uncrowded and had plenty of restaurants open to handle breakfast, lunch and dinner. The unit was fresh and clean with every amenity imaginable. The rental staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was here for a business trip and I am already planning a return trip with my fly fishing gear.

Excellent place for a couple or small family. The property was clean, all the appliances worked, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans needed to cook at home. The only negative was the bed. It was small and very uncomfortable. We would rate everything five stars except for the bed!

The location, hot tub, and heated garage make this property hard to pass up. The actual unit is okay. All beds were horribly uncomfortable and it was very tiny. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. The listing lied about 2 toilets, there is only ONE toilet. There are 2 showers though. We enjoyed a week here, but due to the lack of restful sleep, couldn’t have made it much longer. Highly recommend the location though.

Expedition Station is a short walk to the gondola and even shorter to the shops and restaurants. The small ice rink is right out the front door. Management is very nice and respond promptly to any needs or questions.

I stayed here February 6-10th with my dad for his 50th birthday. We loved the location and the heated parking garage so we could just leave our ski gear in the car instead of having it in the room over night. However, one of the showers would not give us hot water. I responded to their email asking how the stay was and they followed up with a text message saying that they would fix it, but the shower was never fixed. The coffee pot did not work right and we had grounds in our pot every morning no matter what we did. The space in there is also SO tight and not comparable to the pictures. You almost have to turn sideways to walk in front of the fireplace and squeeze past the coffee table. And when the pull out couch is down, you have to step over it to get through that area. The pictures make it seem more spacious. They also only provide 1 small humidifier that did not make a difference. Overall, it was fine because we spent most of our day outside and the location is great. But I think they could make furniture adjustments to make it more comfortable. It was just the two of us and we truly did not think that 4 people could stay there.

This place was nice and a great location being able to walk to the ski lift is great! Plus the garage parking (A little tight though!) was excellent never had to worry about parking. The only downside I noticed was the lack of space to properly stretch before skiing other than that the place was great. Thank you!

The rental was beautiful with all the cleanliness, supplies, and beautiful details to make one feel at home. It was a bummer that the halls were being worked on and there were blowers blowing on all floors day and night. We also get that summer is the best time to make repairs. It was hot at night and we had to sleep with the windows open, delightful though. The bummer about that was that few of the neighbors slept. There was yelling and going ons all night every night we were there. It was a perfect get away, and we may not stay there again. We need our sleep.

Nice condo
Very nice condo with lots of stuff to do within walking distance. Pictures don’t do this complex justice! The condo was very clean, easy to get to and communication with property manager was quick. Having two showers was nice to have with our family of 5. The pool and hot tub area were nice. We enjoyed being able to swim outdoors in the heated pool even with chilly outdoor temps! Great place to stay!

The condo was perfect for our family’s short stay in Keystone. We went skiing at Loveland Ski Resort, about 30 min away. Beds were comfy and condo was very clean. Loved the soap and shampoo samples. Plenty of towels. Kitchen area was great! The shower and then separate shower/tub areas were perfect, along with the two separate bathroom sink areas. Living room space was a bit cramped for all of us (3 teens and two adults) but we had room for what we needed and it was 100% better than having a hotel room. Pool and hot tub areas were a hit as well as the steam room.

2 bathrooms is not an accurate description in my opinion as we were expecting 2 toilets (there is only 1). Also under the couch was extremely dirty (could be seen by just bending over once I dropped something on the floor). Additionally one of the towels was stained.

Cozy little condo with nice utilization of space. Although the unit is narrow, they maximize the space to sleep six. The kitchen is very nice, with granite countertops and upgraded appliances. The two bathrooms were a bonus as well. The complex is a short walk to the Village and gondola, and right outside are the bus routes. One negative is the unit faces the parking lot, and the plows woke us up at 4:00 am. They do have a fan in the unit, so perhaps use it for some white noise. Ultimately, a nice unit with nice amenities.

This condo was perfect for a week trip to Keystone! Conveniently located right by the village and only a couple minute walk from the gondola. Ski locker storage was nice to keep the condo from being too crowded. All in all a great stay!

A very nice condo and an even better location. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers and felt a little crowded.Other than being a little bit small, the bed was comfortable, it was very clean and had great amenities. The location is perfect, lots of activities and so close to shops, restaurants and bars.
