Nestled in Fort Lauderdale, this charming house for R 16,638 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This stylish large home on the water (280ft)! It is located in one of the best areas in Fort Lauderdale. The house has an open floor plan for living, dining and kitchen room. Fully equipped kitchen including complimentary conveniences such as spices, tea, coffee, dish washing liquid, soaps, trash bags, etc. (all the basics are provided and you will not need to buy from scratch). 4 Cable TVs and fiber optik cable Internet/Wi-Fi from AT& T. The living room has two nice large seating areas. One seating area has two great contemporary sofas, flat screen TV with cable and a fireplace. The other seating area is overlooking the beautiful waterways. The dining area has a large table setting 12 people. Perfect to eat a great dinner. There is an outdoor lanai with dining table and BBQ ( propane provided) that is overlooking the canal and Sunset Lake. You can enjoy the view of the canal and feel the ocean breeze. The covered outdoor dining area has a large table for 12. There is another eating area under open sky by the large heated pool. Here you have lounge chairs to enjoy the sun. This home has five bedrooms. Master bedroom is upstairs with a king size bed and a TV. Here you also have a sofa bed (queen size) if you would like. On the second floor you also have the master bath with shower and tub. Here is also a large walk in closet. Main floor has four bed rooms and 3.5 baths. The house has an open floor plan with the living, dinning and kitchen area. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and a half bath. Bedroom #2 has a full bath and a king size bed and a TV. (They are next to each other). On the other side of the house. There is bedroom #3 with a king size bed, TV and a full bath. Bedroom # 4 has a queen size bed and a full bath. If you have small kids I have high chairs and cribs as well. There are high end linens and towel in the house (pool towels and beach towels). This is a waterfront home that has a beautiful 240 ft. dock so you come by boat and have it just in the backyard. It is the perfect spot to fish from the dock. There is lots of fish here. It is a very short walk to the beach and there you have a few places to rent bikes. The following games are in the house: Deck of card, Chess, Backgammon, Scrabble game, Yahtzee and Monopoly. Walk to the beach and it will take you 5 min or go to the shops and restaurants on Las Olas Blvd. Available for weekly or monthly rentals. Keywords: House

Kitchen and home was very clean, extremely well equipped for meal prep. I left some personables and the host shipped them immediately with a nice personal note. The view at the rear of the house is beautiful and relaxing.

This was the third year I have taken my family (two daughters, spouses, and four grandchildren) to this neighborhood for the Thanksgiving holiday week. This home is wonderful and the host was very responsive. Ft. Lauderdale had major storms just before we arrived and power had been disrupted. When we arrived everything was perfect but the pool wasn’t warm…which is important for the grandkids…or really for the adults getting in the pool with the kids. 🙂 I sent a message and the host was on it immediately! It’s a wonderful home and I hope to return with my family. We all agreed that it was our best trip!

Incredible spot to stay and accommodate 10 guests very comfortably. Beautiful sunsets, and great location with about an 8-10 min walk to beach/ 3 min drive. Close to a bunch of restaurants and great night life in the area. Would absolutely go again, the house and accommodations are exactly as expected. Thank you again!

This beautiful home is absolutely the best VRBO we have ever stayed. Louise was wonderful to work with and she has thought of every convenience possible to make her property a 5 star resort! Check in was a breeze and everything was in perfect working order (to include a great high speed internet connection). The location was close to Ft Lauderale’s nicest beach with restaurants and shopping close by. We rented a boat during our stay and being able to dock right next to the house was a big plus! All the beds were super comfortable; the kitchen had everything we would need; the outdoor space is beautiful to include a great private pool and very clean gas bbq. Please note, the photos listed are accurate and the entire home was was even more beautiful than the online photos. We would definitely recommend and want to return! THANK YOU, Louise!!!! (Loved the welcome basket!)

My family of 3 generations spent Christmas at Riviera Isles we had ages 8-66. The house was perfect for all of us. Enough room for everyone to spread out, kitchen has everything you need, the location is perfect. My teens fished, we enjoyed sitting in the sun and the beach. It is the perfect house to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine in!

Property was great. All kitchen extras were wonderful. Beds were comfy. View from the patio was beautiful. Plenty of parking. All appliances worked well. Plenty of room to find a quiet place to talk or enjoy each others company in one of the big rooms or dining table. Our family had a great time.

We recently returned from spending two weeks at Riviera Isles and we loved it. The house is very centrally located within walking distance to the beach and beautiful Las Olas. The layout of the house is very comfortable and owner's have supplied it with everything you need. The large island kitchen is very comfortable. Enjoying beautiful sunsets by the pool with family was truly special. (The only recommendation we can provide is for the TV's to be upgraded, especially the one in the great room, since it's small for larger groups.) Louise was extremely attentive. We highly recommend this vacation home!

Beautiful sunshine filled property with gorgeous water views! Very well stocked home that makes for a smooth vacation! Cooking was a breeze in the kitchen that has everything. Every bedroom has a bathroom which was very convenient for our group of 8. Not all the bedrooms had a tv in them however and the ones that did, didn’t work very well. At this price point, It would have been nice to have smart tv’s in all the bedrooms for relaxing after a day of fun in the sun. Also there are no beach chairs to take on the short .7 mile trip to the ocean which would have been super helpful, so be prepared to rent them or buy them when you get there. Check-in and check-out was seamless! Book your next vacation here and you won’t be disappointed!
