Alloggio comodo, spazioso, a pochi passi dal mare. Propietario super disponibile e disposto ad accontentare ogni richiesta. Sicuramente un'ottima opzione per alloggiare a Bari!

La ubicación buena, el Internet bien, la cocina bien

El apartamento está en una planta baja , semi sótano al que se accede desde un patio interior no muy amplio del edificio con lo cual hay poca luz natural. La entrada del edificio y el patio interior poco cuidados y con desperfectos. Tuvimos problemas con la fontanería que era propensa a los atascos. Cuando tirabas de la cadena del WC salía agua por el desagüe de la ducha. Estuvimos con miedo de una inundación por aguas negras los tres días. Intentábamos no usar el inodoro todo lo posible. Otro punto negro es la escalera empinada para acceder al segundo cuarto, todo un peligro si tienes que usar el baño a media noche. Intentamos tomarnos estas deficiencias y problemas con filosofía pero nos pareció que las ventajas no compensaban de ninguna manera las deficiencias y mucho menos por el precio que fueron 418 euros por 3 noches

The apartment was big and had everything needed for a week vacantion . The host contacted us prevoious the arrival and was waiting to us when we arrived. Air conditional was working properly

The cleaning can be improved. Not big issues, but overall seems a bit unkept.

Highly recommend this apartment! Very spacious , close to the beach and to the city center. There is a supermarket nearby and a pizza place right next to the apartment. We travelled witw 2 toddlers and they also felt very confortable, providing a baby crib and booster chair. The property was very clean and they have white fluffy towels just like at the expensive hotels! The hosts very friendly and prompt to answer any requests! The place is very quiet and they have real black out curtains so you can have a good sleep at any time of the day.

Everything was perfect!

Excellent location and very nice comfortable furniture. Ground floor, near the sea, train and old city. We had excellent time.

In the winter might be a bit dark, but in the summer is perfect. No lock on bathroom door. Otherwise perfect

the Location was great , the host is very communicative, our flight is delayed, the host waited us to give the key

the property was located basement, this is why dampness was there. also shower and sink in bathroom was clogged, I think it is because of the building was very old. Also, because of being on basement, the insect was there, we faced with Scorpio which was very fearful for us :(

The location is great from the beach. Closest bus stop is 4 minutes away. Its 15 minutes away from the train station.

The apartment is in a residential block. The common parts are a bit run down, however the apartment is well kept. We had a minor issue with a couple of insects which probably entered from open windows.
