Located in Provincetown, this charming condo for R 5,213 per night is a great option for your next trip. Enjoy a private perch above Provincetown with 270 degree view from the Monument across to Long Point. This one-bedroom condo with a comfortable twin-sized sleeper sofa will be your hideaway in the heart of town. Includes a private 350 square foot deck overlooking the water directly across from Long Point Lighthouse. Deck has a grill, dining table, sofa and chaise lounge. Guests also have access to a common deck directly on the beach. (NOTE For 2024 renters, the common deck at the beach level is currently under construction and may not be complete for the start of the 2024 season; the private deck at the unit is unaffected). Inside you can continue to enjoy a view of the ocean from the dining table or a lounge chair. Inside is light and airy with windows on three sides. All new furnishings with well equipped kitchen. A 15-minute walk from the ferry, 6 doors from the Boatslip and Tea Dance, 1 block from Mussel Beach Gym and walkable/bikable from the beaches and all the clubs, bars, restaurants, shops, galleries and everything at the heart of Provincetown.

The pictures don't do this place justice. Not only were the hosts great communicators (you will NEVER find a more thorough instructional guide) but the home felt like a home. This space is perfect for a couple or someone (me) who is single but has friends nearby who wants to host. The deck is as big as the apartment with incomparable views. You are close enough to everything to walk, but far enough away to feel like you are removed from it all. Can't say enough about how wonderful it was.

This was my first time visiting Provincetown and it won’t be the last. The location is perfect, almost everything is walking distance which I loved. The inside of this place is beautifully decorated, and the host was very attentive and helpful if I ever needed it.

This cozy one bedroom cottage was perfect. Great communication from owner. Location in West End near enough and far enough to everything if you know what I mean. The deck and the view were compelling enough to come back and we can’t wait!

This was our second time staying at David's place, and it was just as perfect as we remembered it! The view is spectacular, and the unit is well-equipped for everything you need, whether you're cooking in or headed out exploring. Every single item in this place is high quality, thoughtfully designed, functional, attractive, and fun. There are so many little touches of luxury, interesting books and art, and cool home design gadgets throughout - the dish-drying rack, the blinds for the sliders leading out to the deck and the super fancy (but easy!) skylight operating system, the eclectic handmade coffee cup collection, to name a few. The pullout sofa is very comfortable, as is the bed. The owners have really thought of everything when it comes to creating a perfect experience for guests, so there is very little you need to bring beyond your clothes and your bikes! As an added bonus, the neighbors are super friendly. One note for guests traveling near the time of this review (Aug 2023) - the beachfront deck is being repaired, so there is no beach access from the property at this time. Also, if you're traveling with kids, some of the art in the common area hallway is on the "racy" side, so prepare to be asked a few questions! 😊 All in all, this is a top notch unit - the view and location can't be beat!

All I can say is that it’s even better than it looks in the photos. The space is beautiful—just know there’s a lot of stairs to the third floor, but it’s well worth the climb. The place is beautiful, surrounded by windows with great water views. We loved it. It’s very comfortable and so well appointed. Everything you might need on vacation is here. The book of instructions/explanations is very clear and comprehensive. The hosts David and Kong are very responsive and super nice. The tandem parking is fine, too. It’s shared with a next door neighbor and very easy to jockey the cars around. We look forward to staying again.

We had an absolutely great time during our stay. The deck and view truly are unbelievable and even better in person than in pics. The apartment is well outfitted and the amount of windows makes it feel super open. We also loved the automated skylights/blinds in the bedroom and bathroom. Not to mention being right next to Monkey Bar was great! Will absolutely book again.

Everything about this place is absolutely perfect! The location is amazing and the rooftop deck is even better than described. It's so refreshing to be able to get outside in the comfort of the home and nothing can beat the view. We even saw a whale in the bay from the deck! David was incredibly thoughtful in his communication and the care and attention to detail really make this place exceptional. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Provincetown!

David was very responsive and accommodating to my needs.
The property is extremely well appointed and has everything one would need during a stay.
The location is excellent and the views, one of the best in PTown, possibly only surpassed by the top of the monument.
I could not give a higher recommendation for this property if you are a single person or couple visiting Ptown.

Would suggest the bedroom would not be suitable for taller people. I am 5 foot three and fortunately only hit my head once on the slopped ceiling in the bedroom. Loved the view, ample supplies for everything imaginable were there, from bug spray to suntan lotion. Charming place for 2 people able to climb stairs.

David has created one of the most thoughtfully equipped rental properties I have ever stayed in. Beautifully maintained, stocked with everything you would need on vacation and then some. Quality appliances, bedding and linens. The view...unbeatable in Provincetown, the deck very spacious with a great variety of seating and dinning areas. The location cannot be beat either, just doors away from the Boatslip, yet far enough away to feel secluded and away from the crowds.

We loved David's place so much that we immediately booked for next year upon leaving. The location is great - on the quieter end of Commercial street but still plenty of shops, galleries, bakeries right on that block. The view from the deck was even better than the pictures. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed (except a washer and dryer) and the owners have great taste. The place is full of cool art and interesting gadgets, inspiring cookbooks and lots of bells and whistles (e.g., remote-controlled skylights that open and close and allow you to set blinds exactly how/where you want them). As we hit almost every shop on Commercial St it was clear that much of the decor/supplies came from local spots, which was cool to see as well. Absolutely loved this trip. See you next year!

Great condo directly on the beach. This was our second stay with them and we were pleasantly surprised to see quite a few updates to the property.
And the deck is spectacular with panoramic views of the Bay!
The owner is very attentive and accommodating.

Amazing stay!
This is an incredible property! Clean, great location near the west end, but central to everything, stocked with everything we might need from cooking essentials to umbrellas, beach towels etc. Very thoughtful touches. Our favorite part was the deck though! We spent all the time out there possible. Beautiful view, comfortable seating. We would love to stay here again next time we return to Ptown! Thank you!

Beautiful property with an incredible view! Close to everything. Hosts are incredibly thoughtful and wonderful communicators. We typically spend a lot of time outside of our rented property, but this property is so perfectly situated that it begs you to sit and relax on its deck.

Fantastic choice
My partner and I had an amazing time in this lovely unit. It is clean and bright with an amazing deck. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. My partner and I are tall (6’4” and 6’6”) and had plenty of space in the bedroom despite its pitched ceiling. The location cannot be beat. The bathroom and kitchen are lovely, modern, and bright. The seating is ample and the outdoor is FANTASTIC.
We look forward to staying here again!
