My family and I had a fantastic stay at Keystone! The apartment offers indoor parking and is only a 5-minute walk from the Keystone Gondola, making it extremely convenient for skiing. After hitting the slopes, we loved unwinding in the on-site hot tub and pool, which were both clean and well-maintained. We were also pleased to find a grocery store around the corner, which made it easy to stock up on snacks and supplies. Overall, it is a wonderful place to stay for a family ski vacation, with beautiful scenery and a welcoming atmosphere."

THe location for skiing was ideal! Pullout coach and bunk bed were not very comfortable and it was a bit cold (owner needs to invest in additional bedding/blankets as they were very dated) but the location and property amenities were amazing. Shower in master bathroom was not working which was a huge pain but owner promised a 20% refund (really would have preferred having the shower but will take refund). Owner was very communicative and helpful. We would stay again but would bring own blankets/bedding.

We really enjoyed this property. The home is very comfortable with a view that is unmatched. We found the proximity to local trails to be convenient, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking meals easy. The beds and other furniture was also comfortable and cozy. It's a very inviting property that we highly recommend.

We love staying in the village and this property is right in the heart of it. Great location with access to food, drinks, and ski lifts. We parked our car upon arrival and didn't use it again until we left a few days later. The condo itself was in good condition and it worked great for our family of 5.

The condo is in really good shape, plenty spacious for our family of 4. Bunk beds in the second bedroom is really nice for 4. Our kids are 10 and 14 and it was perfect. Location is great, walk to slopes and all the attractions of Keystone. Check in was super easy.

Condo was exactly as advertised. Neat, clean and in perfect location. Kitchen is well equipped. We loved the heated garage and outdoor hot tubs. Communication with the owner was seamless.

Good Place to Stay
This place can be summarized in 3 C's: cozy, comfortable and convenient. It also seemed fairly quiet. It is kind of between seasons (late Aug), however, so that might not be true when the village is busier. The underground secure parking was nice.

Location of the condo is perfect. We loved two hot tubs and a pool after a long ski day.

We had everything we needed and the place was clean. I just wish it had mountain view but otherwise it was great.

Good not great experience
Condo was well stocked and size was as expected. Owner answered all questions and emails promptly before our visit. Couch and hide a bed had not been cleaned or changed which is a management company issue. We called the front desk and they responded quickly and cleaned and changed the bed. The person who responded said they had ben having "terrible problems with their housekeeping staff this year." Keystone was great as usual.

Pretty cozy for family of 4.
There was no housekeeping for during our entire stay. No trash pick-up eirher. If we needed extra towels or soap, there was an extra charge. There was trash left by the bed from the previous renter as were dirty dishes put away in the cabinets. Both smoke alarms beeped the entire first night we were there. Maintenance changed the batteries, but they continued to beep. Finally fixed by the 2nd night. The living room was quite cozy for or family of 4 with the dining room table right next to the sofa. Not a lot of walk-around room. The balcony door did not lock which made us uneasy since our neighbor liked to hang out on his and look in our window, very creepy. Not sure how 8 people would sleep in the condo like advertised. When we checked out, we were told by the recording a receipt would be sent via email. We checked out over 24 hours ago and no email. One elevator makes waiting over Spring Break a small nightmare. The condo was too far from the slopes to walk back with ski boots, so we ended up storing them where we rented our skis. We couldn't use our keycard at the back entrance, so we had to walk around each time. The reception desk personnel seemed more robotic than welcoming. Honestly, none of what i have mentioned is the owner's fault, it's all crappy management. We won't choose this location again because of it.

Great condo walking distance to the slopes and shops/restaurants, nice pool/hot tubs for the kiddos. Good setup in the second bedroom with the captain's bunk/trundle for our 3 kids. Well stocked kitchen area for meals at home. Had a great weekend here!

The location was excellent. The condo was well maintained and well-stocked but the bunk bed was difficult to get up and down, there was no door between shower area and master bed room, and the balcony door would not lock. There is no gym in the building and only one elevator, which means long waits in ski boots.

Good location but design of condo, no gym and single elevator means it's unlikely we will return.

Overall our stay was great! The village offered many places to eat and shop. The condo itself was very comfortable for our family of four. I would recommend an update/clean out for kitchen items. Beds were very comfy but could use new pillows and comforters. Not having a washer and dryer in condo was an inconvenience and if you book through owner you do not get a mid week cleaning or fresh towels unless you pay a fee. We had a great trip and will definitely return to Keystone!

All the Amenities of Home
We, 4 adults and 4 children, spent a long weekend arriving on September 9th, 2016. From the porch could watch the children at the playground or playing mini golf (The mini golf area becomes an ice skating rink during the winter). Walk out the back door of the building to go into the pool or one of two Jacuzzis (towels provided), followed by the indoor sauna or a quick shower.
Within a few minutes of many restaurants, coffee shops and shopping at River Run Village. We took our bicycles along. A couple of the adults did the mountain bike runs at River Run, and the children tried out the terrain park at the base. In the winter, this would be an easy walk to the lifts for skiing. All of us rode around the Keystone area, found additional playgrounds and went on paddle boats, feeding the fish, ducks and geese.
Excellent experience overall, and would highly recommend this to anyone for a relaxing get away.

The Dakota Lodge is without a doubt the best place to stay when visiting Keystone, and that’s winter or summer time! I went skiing but already plan to go back in the summer. I have been skiing Colorado mountains and European Alps for 20+ years and stayed at numerous facilities, so I feel I am well qualified to write reviews.
With that said, I found a gem in the Dakota Lodge and the owner’s 2 bedroom apartment I stayed at! The rooms and lodge are all you need from a great “escape facility”: it is 200 ft from the lifts and 800 ft from a reasonably priced ski rental. In the summer, you can rent a bike and other equipment there. The lift base area (also 200 ft) is vibrant and full of life, day and night. There are 5 cozy restaurants/ bars serving variety of foods and fantastic Colorado craft beers, 3 breakfast places (sit down and take out), ski, and many other shops. There is a shuttle bus that will take you around and buses taking routes to the neighboring town, and 3 other ski resorts located further (Breckenridge, Arapaho, and Veil). There is a shuttle bus going from and to the Denver Airport – ask the locals at the lift base or find it on the web:)
The 2 bedroom apartment is clean and well taken care of by the owners. It is more spacious than as seen on pictures and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a balcony, so visitors can enjoy grilling and beautiful sunny weather. The kitchen has all you need to cook, including even more elaborate dishes, it’s practical and tidy. At the lodge there are 2 outside Jacuzzis and a pool – if for nothing else, you have to come for that! Imagine drinking a fresh beer or silky wine, while sitting in a warm Jacuzzi and enjoying the view of snowy mountains above. It’s a BLISS!
The room owners are nice people. We needed some towels on a Saturday evening (our fault we did not request them earlier). The owners made sure that the management company delivered the towels, and we got them in 30 min!
The 2 bedroom in the Dakota Lodge is a place for everybody: couples will love and explore the romantic feel of the place; groups, including college type getaways will simply have fun in the Jacuzzis, pool, and lively local bars; families with children will find a comfy and neat apartment in an altogether family-friendly environment. Age does not matter, younger or older, all will find the room clean, cozy, and simply a wonderful place to stay in Keystone.

We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was beautiful and the condo was very comfortable and clean. We rented bikes and especially enjoyed "riding the pass" thru Copper Mountain, Frisco and into Dillon. White water rafting down Clear Creek was also exciting. We played golf, climbed Loveland Pass and enjoyed walking the many trails in the area. I liked having restaurants within walking distance of the condo. Our 20 yr old boys thought the mountain biking was awesome. My only disappointment was that the washer and dryer were not in the condo but were coin laundry and on a different floor. Over all it was a great vacation and I would recommend the area and accommodations to others.

Great night in Keystone
Met my friends in Denver and went straight up to the condo. Everything was perfect. Hanging out in the hot tub in cold mountain air was just what the doctor ordered. Highly recommend this rental. I'll be back again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great Family Place!!
We loved this condo! It was the PERFECT place for our family with 3 small children. The sleeping arrangements are spacious and versitile. The kitchen is loaded with amenities. It is a short walk to the village. Parking and loading was a breeze! The views are amazing. We can't wait to come back for ski season. With such a quick walk to the gondola, taking the kids on a ski trip will be a piece of cake!!

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and with within walking distance to the slopes. It is in the best building because there are 3 large hot tubs, a pool, and a sauna. The bedrooms were large and the kitchen had everything we needed. The living space was a bit tight with a dining room table. I would suggest removing the table and putting in some bar stools instead. But there were only 4 of us and we did have enough room to all sit on the couch and watch t.v. after a long day of skiing. I also liked that the condo was located by the ice rink instead of the parking lot. We have stayed in a condo that overlooked the parking lot before and it was quite noisy. This was much quieter.

Beautiful condo with the perfect location! My family and I stayed there last month. Plenty of room, Gorgeous views and convenience that you can't match! There was plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements for my family of 5. The fireplace was romantic and the grill on the covered deck was the perfect setting to cook our dinner in peace. I will come back to this specific condo every year! One of the many highlights was the heated pool and hot tub not but 3 minuets from the front door! Can't be beat anywhere in Summit County for the price!
