We loved staying in the heart of Shibuya, this stay had easy access and was so much fun. There is not much space to comf

Great location in the heart of Shibuya, easy to find and access. Masa provided great communication and was very helpful.

The property was not as clean as I would have hoped considering the cost. There was no free space to take anything out of your suitcase, even to find space for face cleanser in the shower I had to remove items and stack in the kitchen sink.

Good spot for adults.

Staff was a delight to communicate with. Location is in the heart of Shibuya, not the best 'hood for children, but conveniently located. Room is perfect for a solo traveler.

It wasn't entirely clean...I found other people's hair on my bed. A/C blows right on the bed. Made me sick.

Amazing location and communication

What a great spot! Definitely the location was the highlight being a short walk from Shibuya station. Masaya was a great host and communication was also a highlight here.

The apartment was cosy, but within expected size for Tokyo.

right in the middle of Shibuya, which is good if you like Shibuya, bustling Tokyo shopping, drinking bars, numerous restaurants; close to multiple subway and rail lines.

Won't recommend. We had better rooms in Tokyo.

The owners were really responsive and very kind. Also check-in and check-out policy was really easy and flexible, which was supernice. Location is really convenient.

The room is extremely full of stuff (not shown in pictures, in pictures it's minimal and empty) which made it feel cramped. We're used to small Japanese rooms, but this was too full of things. Also not clean: old, sticky dust everywhere. Cups in bathroom were dirty. Bathroom was outdated. Washing machine smelled bad. Couch had a lot of old stains. Also lay-out is bit inconvenient, bed is in front of the window so you have to climb over it to access the not very useful balcony. Airco and the ventilation system (which couldn't be switched off) are very loud and noisy.

Exceptional

The location was fantastic, and next to everything we wanted to see! The directions given to find the apartment from Shibuya station were extremely helpful as well!

As 2 people over 6ft tall, the bed was a little small, but that's kind of on us I think :P

Amazing location, felt like our home in Tokyo!

When we entered the place, there was music, a nice aquarium view on the tv, a nice atmosphere and heat in the shower plus a lovely note for us. It felt like a home with a kitchen (how nice to eat at "home" after two weeks on the roads). Separate toilet and wet room, comfortable bed, little futon corner to watch tv: the place is small but sooo cozy! It has an amazing location in shibuya, closed to restaurants, bars, shopping, metro, yet it was on a very quiet road. We loved the area! It felt like home. The owners are easy to communicate with, and getting the key was easy. There is a tiny balcony where we enjoyed eating dinners.

Toilet was not cleaned, but I feel the cleaner probably just forgot to do it as the rest was perfect.

Great stay!

Really cozy apartment, meticulously set up, with a handwritten note welcoming us! Check in process was very easy and the owners communicated very quickly and often using the app. Great location right in the middle of Shibuya and everything else in the area.

Shibuya Gem

Masaya and Ken were very accommodating and answered all our questions promptly. The apartment is small but perfect for our 3 nights in Shibuya. Having a wee deck to sit out on was great. With lovely night view over the area. Just minutes walk to everywhere including the Scramble, train and bus station.

There was nothing we didn't like. It was everything we expected and more.

A great place to stay in Shibuya, close to all locations

Great location, minutes to everything. The Host was highly responsive and even took time to come out to give us a portable wifi which was extremely appreciated.

Superb

Great location. Good amenities. Easy to communicate with host and easy check in. Very clean.

We were a bit annoyed that the fridge was not plugged in, which we only figured it out when we tried to put something in and noticed it wasn't cold. Not sure there's any point in providing a fridge if you aren't going to have it turned on for guests...

Great hospitality, location, convenience, comfort.

Instructions were clear. Room was clean and comfortable. Very personalized as the owner left us a welcoming note and water/snacks. You can tell that much thought was put into this. The pocket wifi helped us a lot on our trip. Cannot recommend this place more!

The space was small for someone used to North American sizes but that was expected in Japan. Small yet cosy. :)
