We had a fantastic time during our stay. We were so pleased with the house. It has one of the largest pools we've ever had at a rental, had a greach sand volleyball court and the rooms were spacious as were the bathrooms! The house is so close to the beach entrance, it was wonderful and convenient. Our only complaint is that there is a large cactus planting near the front entry stairs and my 5 year old just brushed past it and had spines all over his leg and foot and that was very rough. I think that should be removed from such a high traffic area. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay and we plan on booking again!

We had the best vacation! The location was excellent. Our group had a wide range of ages, from babies and toddlers to teenagers and adults. We were all thrilled with the house and location. We spent all day between the pool and the beach ( the beach was a 1-minute walk away). We also cooked in every night, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we would need. We used the beach gear rental voucher and the bikes and chairs were delivered right to the house. There were a bunch of beach chairs and pool toys at the house, which was great since a lot of our group didn't bring beach chairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house, great location
Great house, great location in Corolla. Didn't have to leave neighborhood for any needs (grocery, shopping, breakfast etc). Across from the beach. My one critique is advertisement makes it sounds like there are 4 masters, but only 3 of the bedrooms have a connected bathroom. This was a little tough for a multi-family stay. Otherwise, highly recommend this property for value of size and location.

The house was plenty big and each adult bedroom had more than enough room. The pool, sand volleyball court, pool table, etc. gave us more than enough entertainment when we weren't at the beach - a very short walk away. Thank you for a great environment for our family get-together!

Great Family Vacation
The home was great and the perfect size for our family. The pool was amazing and a great size to fit us all comfortably. The only negative was the many stairs at the beach access, which made bringing items to the beach a challenge. All in all a great week in a beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The property was clean and accurately represented on VRBO. The kitchen had all the items we needed to cook and the beds were comfortable, which is not always common in beach house rentals! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great location - needs some maintenance
Location and layout was great. Pool and Hot tub were well maintained. The house needs some maintenance though. There were two broken windows, several loose wooden boards on the deck, and the internet was not functioning properly at check-in.

Family Vacay
Property was nice, light and airy. The only complaint was that it was on the dirty side. We were afraid of this so I called ahead to assure it would have a good cleaning but no luck. There was still dirt on the carpets, in the bathrooms and kitchen area. I would rent the house again if it was through another agent that paid more attention to details and cleanliness.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Corolla Beach. We rented our beach house through ShorelineOBX Realty. Nirvana was everything that ShorelineOBX advertised and some. Nirvana had all the comforts of home plus the large pool was a plus for our grandchildren. The garage was filled with all the extras such as pool floats, beach chairs, bikes, coolers, inflatable pumps, children buckets & shovels for the beach and much more. Access to the Beach was right across the street & the beach house had plenty of deck space to enjoy the beautiful Outter Banks Sunrise. A lot of things wrong with house but overall we liked the house. Wouldn't rent again though. Few things broke, lawn was never mowed while we were there (lots of weeds). Mold in all showers in corners. Microwave glass fell out but they came right away.

The house was in a great location with a very short walk to the beach access. The pool was also great, a good size and clean. The house was not clean upon arrival however. The microwave was missing the door cover and one of the downstairs sliding doors was missing a lock. The rental company was responsive and sent someone to clean the bathrooms and fixx the lock. Our experience was good but the house could use some TLC. A little updating would go a long way. I would rent again or recommend if there was some updating done.

This house is in a great location.....just a short walk to the beach. It also has many things to keep you busy....game room, nice pool, volleyball court, etc. But the house was just falling apart. Broken doors, locks, ripped screens, filthy windows, window treatments falling apart, broken deck boards all over, no landscaping, peeling paint, broken deck chairs, broken lightbulbs. and some bad indoor furniture as well. We had no kitchen towels at all when we got there, and no complimentary starter kit of just little things you might need right away. It was very disappointing as this house has so much potential, but was just not taken care of at all. A lot of money to rent, and we expected so much better.

All three of the families that stayed here had a great time and thought the house was very nice. The first day we were there, the septic alarm went off, which made us watch every bit of water we used. The staff was extremely helpful and had someone come out the next day to have it pumped. There was plenty of room for all the families, and also plenty do do when we weren't at the beach. Overall a very nice stay.

Location was ideal and plenty for the kids to do at the house. The house definitely needs an overall deep cleaning. We did have several maintenance issues but they were fixed promptly. We paid the extra fee to heat the pool and it was great. The volleyball court needs come work - too many grass mounds/dirt. Overall great rental house!!!

Great location and beach access, nice pool and house was pretty good. However the house wasn't as clean as expected: sand on one of the beds, a toilet with urine stains on seat and soap rings on sink, 1/2 inch of dust on wall decor, dirt/dust on floors, dirty windows, seriously mildewed washer, etc. Also there was a serious ant issue (several ants appeared when we put food on the table) and persisted throughout our stay and there were dead bugs all over house when we checked in. Comfy beds, good layout, well stocked kitchen. Good stay but housekeeping issues were frustrating. Called management company and they fixed broken baby gate, brought ant traps and fixed lock on outdoor shower. They offered to send a cleaner but we were already set up with our kids so we declined. Nice management team.

What a wonderful house and location for a fabulous family beach holiday. The house had everything we needed and much more. It was clean, tidy, comfortable and beautiful. We spend loads of time in the pool as the weather was rather hot. Air con in the house was fantastic.
