About this house rental
Nestled in Lake Oconee, this charming house for R 23,877 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This lakefront home has a big view of the lake from every main room and most of the bedrooms. Plan to spend time on the screened porch with your morning coffee while an early morning fishing boat trolls by. End your day with happy hour or a grilled dinner during sunset over the lake and dock. The screened porch is also the perfect spot to watch your kids jumping off the dock to swim or paddling one of the kayaks (2) or new stand-up paddle boards (2)(April-October)(we provide all sizes of life vests). Take a 5 min walk along the sidewalk by the water to the Linger Longer Marina for an ice cream pop or some Lake Oconee swag, pick up a boat or jet ski rental, or take a longer hilly walk or bike ride along the 22 miles of wooded and paved paths of the peaceful Reynolds property. Wind down with a book on the hammock on the lower patio looking out at the water. At dusk, sit in the Adirondack chairs by the lake, making s’mores over the fire pit. Challenge yourselves with a group ping-pong tournament or game of giant Jenga on the terrace level. This home is perfect for multi-generational families or groups of families. There are 2 bedroom suites - one on the main level and one on the terrace level, both with king beds and large bathrooms with double vanities. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. All bathrooms were updated in 2022. Reynolds is home to legendary golf courses (designed by Tom Fazio, Jack Nickalus, Reese Jones, and Bob Cupp), and you can play at five of the courses as our unaccompanied guests (we’ll book tee times for you). If you prefer, sign up for a tennis lesson with one of Reynolds’ tennis pros. Or pamper yourself and make spa reservations at the Ritz Carlton Lake Oconee, just a 5 min drive away. This is a beautiful home with lots of space in the Marina. The hosts were very helpful and informative throughout the duration of our stay. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for all of your help and for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property!

We were very displeased with our stay at this property. The house had dirt and grime, there were many stains on bedsheets/furniture and multiple dead bugs were found. In my opinion, the pictures of the property do not reflect the actual condition.
Additionally, a pair of underwear (from no one in our party) was found between mattress and headboard.

We enjoyed our stay here. We came as an extended family and met here for a UGA football game. Love the number of beds in the rooms and number of bathrooms. Bathrooms were updated which was really nice. Great location. Property owners kept in touch and made everything very easy. Even helping us eat at the restaurant within Reynolds Plantation! Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

We loved our stay in this home on Lake Oconee. It is in a very nice, quiet cove with Reynolds Plantation. The hosts were very helpful and easy to work with. We were three families with young teenage kids and everyone had ample space and a wonderful time.

For our college reunion golf weekend, the house was exactly what we were looking for - great location, well stocked and clean throughout. Paul was great to work with providing timely response to questions. There are a few small repairs around the house that Paul is working on, but overall a very good experience and we definitely would go back.

The Property was just as described , the bedrooms and bathrooms were great , the kitchen was well equipped. The back deck and yard has a beautiful view and it was very peaceful .Paul responded immediately whenever I had a question and offered his assistance in getting my group of 7 golfers from Hilton Head , SC. tee times . If I come back to the area I will definitely contact Paul and Halley and try and stay here again.
The 6 friends that came on the golf trip with me all loved the house as well.

Halley and Paul were very responsive and kind, and the house was well equipped with everything for the kitchen and fun for our adult children. The location is perfect to enjoy all that Reynolds offers plus a beautiful view. We will definitely be back!!

The house was perfect for our annual Mother/Daughter trip. There were plenty of beds and the bathrooms were immaculate. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked all of our meals there. Would definitely stay there again!

We greatly enjoyed this home again. It is well equipped in all regards. The bedrooms are spread out for privacy, and the open kitchen and living area make for great fellowship. The deck overlooking the lake is very comfortable. And the owners are super communicative and helpful. A very nice experience.

We had 10 people staying at the house, plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out comfortably. Plenty of inflatables and kayaks / paddle boards to keep everyone entertained on the water. Screened in porch was great place to sit in the morning and evening to enjoy the lake view and. Nice cove , very close to the Marina. Only negative is only 3 parking spaces and we had 4 cars so had to use a spot at the marina - no big deal. Host was great with communication and we had no issues.

Great House, Great Host, Great Trip
The house and location are terrific. Obvious that owner takes great pride in their house . We were fortunate to have a boat, which we moored in front of house. The children fished and swam off the pier in front of house.

Annual Family Vacation
My husband and I have 4 grown children, 3 with spouses., and 4 grandchildren ages 6,4, 17 months and 15 months.
This was such a wonderful vacation. The home was beautiful and fit all of our needs. It was the perfect size!We rented a boat from Young Harris Marina and let the kids do some tubing. The little ones loved jumping off the dock at the house and swimming right there! We also really enjoyed the paddle boards! There was so much to do!
Lunch at Gaby’s at the Ritz Carlton was great! We would absolutely do this trip again!

Great lake escape
The house was large enough for my family of 11 plus 3 grandbabies. It was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the use of the paddle boards, kayak and floaties.

Perfect spot on the lake
The property fit 3 families (6 adults and 8 kids) perfectly. The location was nestled in a cove and close to everything we needed whether driving the boat or to the grocery store by car. The owner was also very responsive and communicative.

A wonderful tucked away cove on the lake!
The location is wonderful and we arrived to a seamless check-in process. The house is well equipped. I brought a lot of groceries and supplies that we specifically needed. They have plenty of cups, glasses, plates, pots, etc. We followed the stay instructions and brought whatever they stated. We had a bed that had dirty bed sheets, but we were able to launder them. Some of the drawers are dirty from food particles, but overall everything was great. The deck outside is a wonderful place to work and enjoy scenes of the lake.
We will definitely try and stay there again. Paul and Hailey were very responsive and helped out. Great getaway!

Can't say enough about the entire experience. From communication initially, to correspondence, to the wonderful location and the lovely home. Paul arranged the tee times for my husband as well as giving us information for boat rentals and restaurants. We were 4 adults so the house was more than we needed but it was perfect. Coffee every morning on the deck over looking the lake, kayaking, boating, playing board games, eating and laughing. Tequila for our happy hour & watching the sun set. I'd say Lake Life is going to become an annual holiday. Thanks to Paul for all the help.
