We came to Anna Maria Island to kick off empty nesting. We dropped off our daughter to USF and came for a long weekend. Cute little place perfect for the two of us. King size bed was comfy. It has everything we need. Including a wagon, chairs and umbrella. You won’t even need to pack your beach towels. He has thought of everything. Walked everywhere except to go to Bean Point which I highly recommend. The sunsets were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Our first time and can’t wait to come back.

Amenities are not what are advertised. It’s not right across from the beach. It is a long walk to the beach. There is no beach view.

We were there for a special occasion and it was near to a nice restaurant (Beach House-yum!), the beach access was right there, and close to Bridge Street and shopping. The staff were super helpful in helping us retrieve an item we left behind. In all, a perfect little getaway.

Great location except too close to highway. Would have preferred a 2nd story with balcony that existed above us. Overpriced for the 8 day visit. Photos online misrepresented size of space. Property manager Mike was great and responsive. Very clean space.

We had a wonderful stay and the location was perfect. It was within walking distance to everything. I found it was very quiet at night which I wasn't expecting because of the road so near by. The owner was very responsive and very kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was a super location with a close and unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. The facility was excellent, inviting, happy, and very suitable for a beach apartment. My wife and I loved it and will definitely stay there again. We very highly recommend it.

We stayed here for a short getaway, and we were pleased with the location. The property is close to a variety of restaurants and shopping, and it's just a short walk across the street to the beach. The property is clean, and check-in was extremely easy. Additionally, property management was very responsive. My wife had a concern, and Mike responded and addressed the issue immediately and respectfully.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and just booked our 3rd trip. The property is clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the location is excellent. Mike has thought of all the details and is very responsive. We rented all 4 units for a getaway with friends and family and they were all equally impressed. The only recommendation I would have is to add some outdoor party lights and tv connection to the back patio area for playing cornhole with the provided boards and watching football games.

The location, cleanliness, and ease of booking Capt. Mike's place can only be topped with the amenities provided during our stay. The beach chairs/towels and kitchen furnishings were sooooo great to use, and the bed linens and towels were of a high quality. Would love to visit and stay at this location in the future!

Great space and convenient to many restaurants and things to do. Easy walk to Bridge Street shops and restaurants. Right in front of Bradenton Beach Pier, where my reunion launched from. Easy hikes on beach and over waterways. I really enjoyed that it was centrally located. The bed in this unit was soft and comfy. Slept like a baby. The set up for the unit was nice and efficient. I'd rent here again. The only thing that was tough was the parking - its out right next to the road. But, if you are just staying in the unit and using the trolley or walking, its perfectly fine.

We stayed at Salty Living for a long holiday weekend with our 2 young children and had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and tidy, had everything we needed to enjoy a beach trip get away. We brought many of our own thing for the beach but many thing are also provided by the property, like a wagon, beach chairs. Beach towels and floats. My 6 year olds favored part was the colorful pages included in the guest binder that he was able use to identify the shells he was finding at the beach every day. At the end of our stay, Lizette, the maid, made our last day an absolute breeze as we were trying to juggle getting all of our things loaded into our vehicle as well as round up our two young kids who were not ready for the vacation to be over. We would definitely book again with Salty Living for another trip to Bradenton Beach.

This was our second stay at this location , everything went well except that we added an extra day and the bathroom in the unit next door was being updated and there was a lot of banging noise on that last day . Otherwise all went well . Unit also had the most comfortable bed & great pillows !!

I could not love this place more just don't want to go back home...it was the best location ever 2to 3 minutes to the beach, and all kind of restaurants and bars. This place was extremely clean with awesome manager Mike ..love the backyard with the hammock and ample seating outside. I totally stay here again

We had a great time! The property is very well kept and full of amenities! Everything we needed was at our fingertips, Mike was very nice, he was able to change our dates because we contracted Covid. Always responded promptly to our messages. We will be staying there again, location was perfect and access to the beach was steps away. Will absolutely recommend this place! Thank you Captain Mike! Next one we will take the boat tour around the Island, we were told it is outstanding!

Salty Mike's place is on a prime location on Anna Maria Island, very clean and lots of extras (beach mats, towels, umbrella, chairs) to make your beach time even more enjoyable! We stayed in Unit D on the first floor and it was very clean and had everything we needed. Mike was so helpful, check in process is easily, he is very detailed and communicative. A+, highly recommend. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

What a cute quant villa. Has everything you need. Great location. One minute walk to the beach. No car needed, all of the bars and restaurants are right down the street at Bridge St . Love sitting out front drinking coffee in the morning , listening to ocean. I didn’t want to leave. I will definitely come back. Loved everything about my stay.

Walking distance to many of the island’s great shops and restaurants. Difficult to get in and out of parking lot, but we visited on Easter weekend so traffic was heavier than usual. Would stay here again for convenience to beach, shops and restaurants.

Perfect spot for a getaway with my husband. Nice new comfy bed. Super clean. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Short walk to stores, restaurants, & siteseeing, and right across the street from a gorgeous beach!
