Situated in Bradenton Beach, this lovely condo for R 2,725 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This condo is at the Tortuga Inn which is the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street with two heated pools. A private pergola with amazing ocean views and watercraft rentals. Beach chairs are included at no extra charge. Restaurants, cafes, bars, gifts shops, grocery stores, boat/water craft activity rentals and Ice Cream shops are within a short walk. Manatees are known to a habitat the bay are during certain times of year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors within the bay and ocean. Parking is included at no extra charge. There is a FREE island trolly that can take you around the island and a pick up/drop off location is right in front of the Tortuga Inn. Within the condo: the studio sleeps 4 comfortable. Queen bed with a day bed for additional sleeping. There is a mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, and plenty of closet space. A large bathroom, walk in shower with dual shower heads. Also includes basic cable and FREE wifi. Although this is a new property with out many reviews I do have two other properties so you can check my history as an owner. The listing ID's on VRBO are; 1626279 and 7850036. This is also good to know if you have a large group and want to book multiple properties to stay close to one another. The properties are all at the Tortuga Inn. For an additional charge of $40 per day I do have a boat slip. Please enquire if you are looking to rent or bring your own boat or jet skis. If you are looking for a different size condo, needs multiple condos or this one doesn't have the availability you are looking for you can look at the other condo's I help manage. The VRBO ID's are: 7850036 which is a studio style condo (about the size of a hotel room with a kitchette), 2065681 and 1696979 which are both 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen condos with views of the ocean and large screened patios, 2240550 which is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, full kitchen and 3952991 which is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen and stunning views of the Bay.

The property was exactly as advertised. This was our second stay. Pool is warm and lounging area is protected from wind. Large two head shower and double sink in bath. There is a small one cup Kcup machine, small fridge and micro. Double bed and trundle that is an XL. Ice maker is by the pool. Directly across road from beach. Good Wi-Fi and TV.

I was a little worried about the mattress as I read the reviews but, was pleasantly surprised. The mattress was quite comfortable, so either new or a new topper. If coming here be sure to bring your own silverware. Not even a spoon to stir coffee. Plastic ware would have been great. Otherwise everything was good.

This was just perfect for my husband and I to celebrate my birthday!! We stayed 2 nights, so not having a full kitchen wasn't an issue. We will definitely come back for a 2 or 3 night stay! The only issue was getting the tv to work at first, everything was all unplugged. But we finally figured it all out!!! Overall we had had great time and cant wait to come back!! And loved having the trolley stop right out front!!!

This little condo was the perfect size for myself and my two children. No windows? No problem! We slept great! The beds were comfy and cozy. No issues whatsoever with the only entrance being through the sliding glass doors. There was a strong combination lock for access. I never heard the AC unit outside the door that others complained about. Yes, this was the sectioned off master bedroom of a larger unit, but it was the size of a large hotel room with a large bathroom, so the price point was spot on with what you get. The double head shower was a favorite for after the beach! Speaking of beach, it is just across the road, not even 5 minutes walk from the condo door to toes in the water! There are beach chairs to use, beach umbrella and pool noodles were also provided. The pool is heated!! There are plenty of lovely restaurants within a 10 minute walk, or there is a free trolley that goes up and down the island. I’d say the only thing I might complain about was the low-end coffee machine. I did bring my own k-cups and creamer but I think it would be worth it to upgrade that machine to something bigger or nicer. So let’s face it, if that coffee maker was my only issue, I think we did just fine. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again!!

This property has some great things going for it. The location is awesome. It's within walking distance of the Bridge Street Pier (amazing for watching the sunrise) and restaurants. You can easily walk across the street to enjoy a beautiful beach--there are lounge chairs right there for your use, and a pergola for shade. The pool is lovely. The complex is safe, clean, and quiet. The condo itself is very bare-bones. It's the master suite of a larger condo. In the walk-in closet there's a mini fridge, a one-cup Keurig, and a microwave. There are no dishes or silverware. No freezer, so no way to keep ice unless you bring your own cooler (and ice). The owner didn't communicate with me until about 3-4 hours before check-in on HOW to check in, or particulars like he doesn't supply coffee for the Keurig so bring your own. There are no tissues, there's no clock, there's no helpful information about the area. I went at the end of October, and the area was not crowded at all and the weather was perfect.

This is a small apartment made from sectioning off the bedroom and bathroom off a main holiday home. The aircon is loud as the ducting area is just off where you will be sleeping; and the facilities are basic. Not too clean. No bedside tables. Feels like not a huge amount of effort was made by the owner. The pool is great when quiet; but when we were there large Hispanic families on vacation took over the pool area and insisted on blasting loud music on portable speakers as they swam or walked around the complex. The reception staff are fantastic.

Everything was exactly as stated online. The place was small but comfortable and very clean. I loved the couch/bed. It was perfect for my 12 year old. We don’t spend much time in the room so it worked for us.

The Tortuga Inn was nice and the room seemed clean but the set up was rather peculiar. The "studio" seemed to be the master bedroom of a larger unit, along with its bathroom and closet, that had been separated from the rest of the unit by locking a door. The control for the main air conditioner was not available to the room. There was a portable air conditioner on the floor in the room. There was no window. The only opening was a sliding glass door that opened on to an inside walkway near a large, hot, noisy air conditioner. It felt like a cell.

The property is in a perfect location. It offered everything we needed and it was immaculate. The only drawback for us was there is no window or light to come in. You enter/exit through a sliding glass door that opens onto the area where the other condos have doors. Overall a great place to stay and the host was very responsive.

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return. However, there is one complaint. The portable air conditioner was not on and the vent for the ac central unit was closed. We were confused as why there was no ac on upon our arrival, given that our arrival time was confirmed and the current extreme heat. It would have been a much more pleasant arrival if someone had turned on the ac a couple of hours before check in.

So this property is actually a condo that he split in half. One side (with a regular front door) and this side which is actually a sliding glass door. If at any point the curtain is open anyone outside can see the entire room without issue which with 2 kids I didn’t love. It’s also extremely small. Smaller than a hotel room. The bathroom might actually be larger than the room itself lol. It’s very tight for 4 people which is what it says it accommodates. It would say it’s def more like 2. The door to the bathroom was actually stuck and my husband finally got it unjammed and it was filthy and literally had boogers on it lol! There was a daybed with a trundle but we were unable to use the trundle bc as we pulled the trundle out the mattress had no sheets and was beyond dirty and has wrappers from someone else’s food on there. So we just made the 2 other beds work. The guy was nice but aside from that I’m not sure we would stay here again. It just didn’t fit our family’s needs we ended up checking out and getting a hotel.

It was a rough start as we were not able to check in until after 5pm and only after I messaged host. They had some a/c issues, but seemed to be resolved. The room was extremely clean. A bit dated overall with updated bedding, etc. Excellent shower. A bit overpriced for what we got. Be aware no exterior windows so minimal natural light.

Loved this property. My son wanted a beach vacay for his 13th birthday and this location didn’t disappoint. We had a great time and will definitely come back. The only thing we were disappointed in was the lock on door was super sketchy. If someone yanked the door, the lock would have broken. And the bathroom door doesn’t close all the way or lock- so it made it a bit uncomfortable. But it did not ruin our time. Still gave the place 5 stars because the location, communication, and cleanliness were amazing!

We definitely hope to stay here again. The location was around the middle of Anna Maria Island, so everything was within walking distance or a short drive. The resort overall was beautiful and well-kept. Beach access was nearby, and use of amazing lounge chairs on the beach were the best ever—so comfortable! Along with a small gift shop and access to two pools, there was complementary washer/dryer use which was extremely convenient. We could have packed way less. This unit was all we needed for a wonderful beach week. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large with double sinks, and a huge closet; the shower was the star of the show with two shower heads and tons of room. Soap and shampoo was included along with plenty of towels. Our host was helpful, and he always answered questions quickly. Thank you, Will.

The location was good, the studio was average but for the price paid i cant expect much more. We did have an issue with the hairdryer blowing the electics which put out the mobile air con unit and most of the lights and fridge but the owner was quick in getting back to me and fixing the situation but same happened the following night so it was a pain having to deal with this whilst on holiday. The actual studio was spacious with beach chairs, noodles and towels supplied. This was the least pleasing out of 5 properties we stayed in but i understand AMI is expensive and this was the beat with in my budget. I would of liked outside space but it didnt appear that many of the properties at tortuga inn had private space. There was 2 pools which we didnt use as its literally across the small road.

This property was perfect!! It's exactly as pictured, has all necessities. The location is great - bay behind the property, gulf across the road, quick walk to Bridge Street. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Property owner provider detailed instructions on arrival.

I loved this property. As soon as I walked in I was blown away by how clean and cute this studio was. Perfect beach place. The shower was amazing and makes me want to remodel the one I have at home. The beds were very comfortable. The beach is literally right across the road. And it’s heavenly. White sand and turquoise water. I wish I could live there. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I’m already planning it in my mind.

Difficult to get in the door. The lock would not unlock and the wood around the lock was rotted. We had to call the owner to get in. We both awoke with a back ache.
