This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom/2 bathroom ocean view condo in the private, gated community of Cinnamon Beach is the perfect spot for you and your family to make wonderful vacation memories. The condo is located on the 5th floor and is easily accessible from the covered garage by either staircase or elevator. Decorated with casual coastal comfort in mind, unit 253 comprises nearly 1400 square feet of living space. The primary room with private en-suite has a king sized bed, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with queen and twin beds. All three rooms boast flat screen televisions and tasteful décor. The living room has a 52” Smart TV. The large 30 foot balcony has spectacular views of the ocean and overlooks the 8th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus designed Hammock Beach Oceanfront golf course; Perfect for relaxing and unwinding! Within the condo you will find a fully equipped cooks’ kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The pantry also includes cooking necessities such as spices, flour, sugar and oil. A full size washer and dryer are located within the condo along with plenty of beach towels and linens. Two full-size adult bicycles are available for your enjoyment along with various beach toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, games, books, and magazines. The condo itself is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded quiet environment and includes a lap pool and a viewing tower overlooking the ocean.
