Situated in Point Venture, this charming house for R 9,881 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Spacious three-bedroom townhome located on the waters edge of Lake Travis (north shore). Recently renovated lakefront home in the resort community of Point Venture featuring a spectacular lake view, and located on the main body of Lake Travis. This home boasts an eclectic mixture of nautical decor and rustic charm. It is a relaxing and comfortable retreat for friends and family. There are two large decks overlooking the lake and a gas grill located on the upper level. Enjoy dining al fresco on the upper deck while taking in the amazing lake views provided at this home. The main level offers an open floor plan and high ceilings. There are great lake views from both the living room and dining room. There is also a 60" smart TV with satellite reception in the living room as well. A large fully stocked kitchen with beautiful granite counter-tops is located upon entry to this home. High speed internet with WIFI is available for those of us who need to stay plugged in. There is a bedroom located on each of the three levels of this home. There are also two sleeping area with bunk beds, and three full bathrooms. The large master bedroom is located on the lower level and has a great lake view. The master bathroom has a large shower and jacuzzi tub. A laundry area with washer and dryer is also located in the master bathroom. Outside the master bedroom is a large game room with a ping pong table, wet bar and yet another great lake view. There is also a sitting area with a 60" television and sleeping nook. Stone steps lead down to a large two level boat dock with lighting and shaded seating on the upper level. Enjoy swimming or floating in the lake off the dock. There is also ample room to tie up a boat alongside the dock. Boat ramps are available for launching in the private neighborhood park. The Point Venture marina is a few hundred yards away where you can get gas, ice or whatever you need for your boating adventures. This home is conveniently located directly across the street from the clubhouse where you will have access to the community fitness center and junior Olympic sized swimming pool which overlooks the lake. A short walk down the street will bring you to the "Gnarly Gar" which is our neighborhood floating restaurant/bar. Point Venture also offers a nine hole golf course featuring the sports bar "Caddie Shack". Both the "Gnarly Gar" and "Caddie Shack" often offer live music on weekends. The Point Venture private neighborhood park is also lakefront and offers a playground, covered pavilion, newly built disc golf course, and boat ramps. While you are there it is also a great place to go fishing or to catch a beautiful sunset. Lighted tennis courts are available just a short ride from this home. Lowest level has a king sized bed and full sized sleeper sofa in the master bedroom. The game room has a bunk bed that is a twin over full size. Main level has a queen sized bed in a bedroom. There is also a bunk bed that is a twin over full size in the sleeping area off the dining room. Upper level has a queen sized bed in a bedroom.

Property was great! It’s even nicer in person than the pictures suggest. Plenty of space for everyone that stayed. View off the deck was beautiful, great spot for breakfast and dinner. Close to liquid thrillz and the restaurant if you want. The dock was our favorite spot. Plenty of noodles to just float in the water. The top deck was awesome, had a little opening to jump off too which provided entertainment. We hope to return to the property in the future. Definitely would recommend!

My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! The owner, Scott, was great to work with and they have a prime location that always has deep water. Be ready to get your leg workout as the lake is low and there are LOTS of steps. But well worth it to enjoy the dock and swimming. Thanks for a great trip!

** Our stay was the first week of July 2022. Scott sends great/detailed information in getting you set up and to the property. The house is truly fully stocked, especially the kitchen. Unless you need a specialty item they will have everything (including seasoning). The house is lovely, inviting, and comfortable. Everyone in our group was impressed, the inside décor is very nice. And outside patios are wonderful. I can't say enough how much fun we had. I almost forgot to mention the pool is conveniently located also. It is a nice hike to the back yard doc, but well worth it. The water was perfect. This is a great property!

Home is beautiful and very accomdating. The dock was well maintained too and had a lot of outdoor furniture which was a plus. Only drawback was that the VRBO was almost 1 hr from most conveniences and nearby restaurants close quite early. Had the location been 'across the river' then it would have been a much, much shorter drive. Overall, a great stay and I would happily recommend!

Booked this spot to celebrate our 28 year wedding anniversary and it was nothing short of amazing! Scott was so helpful and easy to talk to, plus was very quick to reply to all of my questions. We had the best time ever--the townhome is beautiful, cozy, spacious and huge, it has plenty of seating indoor and out. The double decker boat dock was excellent, we got to park our boat and a pair of jet skis with no issues, the kids had a great time jumping from the second level of the dock. We loved the ping pong table!! So much fun. We had access to the gym which was directly across from us!! We also had access to the large parking lot which was extremely helpful in leaving our trailers while the toys stayed in the water the entire time!! We look forward to booking another getaway here very soon!

What a wonderful stay on the beautiful Lake Travis! There were so many positives about our stay we didn’t know where to start! So, I made a list highlighting our most memorable experiences: - Excellent communication from owner from start to finish - Easy/detailed instructions to follow from arrival to departure - Self check-in - Breathtaking views - Super clean home / smelled fantastic - Fully stocked kitchen with every kitchenware / appliance imaginable - 3 stories with ample space for a large group - Direct access to the lake - Dock with 2 decks - top deck is partially covered so you can stay in the shade or sunbath - Quiet, quaint neighborhood with DEER everywhere (my favorite part)! The deer were so tame that you could walk right by them while they laid in people’s front yards and didn’t bat an eye. - And SO much more…. I HIGHLY recommend this lake house!

We have rented a lot of lake houses on Lake Travis and this is in the top favorite! The dock is fabulous, the kids had a blast on the upper deck. The owner is very communicative and helpful. House was great and very comfortable. Gorgeous views of the lake! We will be back.

We absolutely love this property. This was our second time to book and it did not disappoint. The neighborhood is beautiful and the available amenities make this place a steal. The owner makes the check in/check out process easy and is easy to contact if needed. Definitely consider booking!

Overall this property was great! Only issue was the advertisement of a 4 bedroom, when really there were 3 and 1 bed in a game room off the master and 1 in the dining room. OMG AT THE KITCHEN STUFF. We did most of our cooking here and this kitchen was FULLY stocked! There wasnt a single thing we needed that it didnt have. THE VIEWS. OMG the views, we ate all the meals on the patio overlooking the lake. On Saturday night the restaurant up the hill has live music so you can hear it from the dock, which has a lot of seating and lights strung for a dreamy night on the water with perfect views of the sunset. Really recommend this stay. There were 8 adult couples and we never felt cramped even once!
