We provide beach chairs and umbrellas for your use. Please treat them kindly. - 🏌️‍♂️ If you enjoy golf, we're just 5 minutes from the Point Venture golf course (fees apply). - 🎾 Access to tennis courts is available. - 👩‍🍳👩‍🍳👩‍🍳 Just 5 minutes away, you can dine at a lakefront restaurant. - 🏊‍♀️ We're also a short 5-minute drive from a community pool, and we provide 2 keys for park and pool access. The private Point Venture Lake Park covers 50 acres, with beautiful beaches and a boat launch area. There's even a playground for the kids and picnic tables for family gatherings. For basic shopping needs, Lago Vista, a 15-minute drive from the house, has a large CVS and a Lowes Supermarket. If you're interested in happy hour, the Golf Pro Shop (Caddy Shack) is just a 3-minute drive away and offers beer and wine. We've made your stay even more comfortable with smart home features. Our Nest heat/cool controls allow us to address any AC issues remotely. We've also placed water sensors by the dishwasher and washer/dryer to promptly address leaks. We take your comfort seriously and use technology to ensure your stay is hassle-free while respecting your privacy. For security, we have two outdoor cameras, one at the entry door and another at the back entrance, recording motion activity for up to 7 days to protect our property. No other cameras are placed elsewhere on the property. Your comfort and security are our top priorities. Our family voted this the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. The unit backs up to open space and the decks have great views. The rooms are large and everything is up to date. The kitchen is very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Beautiful and very clean!! Stocked with plenty of essentials including washing detergent. Also beach/pool towels, chairs etc. The host was extremely communicative! A plumbing issue arose which was out of the hosts hands; she showed generosity for our inconvenience. We would definitely stay again!!

This was the perfect place for our family to gather, create memories and enjoy Lake Travis. Elza is an incredible host and thought of every single detail to make our stay perfect. The pictures do not do the home justice. It looks much better in person. I recommend Elza's home for anyone traveling to Lake Travis.

Over all it was nice stay but the only thing is that when we would use the kitchen the power outage kept going off and when we tried to use the electric grill the power kept going off and we could not really finish cooking with out trying to fix it .

We had three families and this place was perfect. Seating for 10 both inside and outside and each floor had its own private "suite" like areas which allowed everyone to have privacy when needed. Would definitely stay there again!

The pictures don’t give justice to this beautiful place. Plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortable, everything we needed was there. The views to the lake are amazing and watching the cute deer’s on the property was a huge highlight. We will definitely be coming back again. The lake is minutes away and the access is very easy. We really enjoyed this beautiful property!

The house was nice. Weather nice most days so able to enjoy the beach at the lake in private park, used the boat ramp, playground and tennis courts. Even went shopping 30 min away to mall. The porches were the best part and they got used a lot. Enjoyed the views and quietness. Plenty of space for our large family of 14 and easily found a quite place to veg out if needed.

Great Stay at Lake Travis in This Lovely Home!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week at this lovely vacation home. Just what we needed after many stressful months. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable for our family. We'd planned on having several family members join us, but, well, COVID-19...enough said. But, had those plans come to fruition, it would have been perfect for all of us. There are plenty of options for sleeping! Elza and Stefan were great hosts and had excellent communication prior to us arriving and while we were there. We had a concern with the Nest thermostat the night we arrived and they promptly resolved it for us. A couple of days later I went looking for an iron and couldn't find one (even though there is an ironing board). I contacted Elza and Stefan and they ordered an iron via Amazon and it was on the front doorstep the next morning. While I was talking with Elza regarding the iron, I'd mentioned that I'd found a crack in one of the wine glasses and I had to throw it out. Guess what was on the doorstop two days later? 8 new wine glasses! We spent a day out on the lake on a pontoon boat and would recommend Liquid Thrillz if you're going to rent a boat or jet ski. We had lunch at the Gnarly Gar and wasn't super impressed, but it was nice to sit out and overlook the lake. We also had lunch and Sunday Brunch at The Grille at Highland Lakes just a short drive from the house. We enjoyed the food and the service was great. There aren't a whole lot of places to eat around the house, but we ended up using the kitchen a lot to cook our own meals since we enjoyed hanging out at the house. The kitchen had most everything we needed. We also appreciated the snacks and drinks that were waiting for us when we checked in. We sat out on the main deck most nights and enjoyed watching the deer feeding right below us. If you're looking for a spacious and welcoming home to relax in while visiting Lake Travis...look no further!

Great property for families that love the outdoors

We are 3 families coming together so wanted a place with access to a lake, pool with ability to cook and hangout together. This fit the bill perfectly! Unfortunately the community pool was closed so we took the 6 grandkids to Cedar Park/Veteran Memorial Park which was one of their favorite places (slides, diving board, and water park). We also rented a pontoon boat and really enjoyed the experience. Each family cooked their favorite meal to share and the space for 11 was plenty. Highly recommend! Host owners were wonderful & accessible before/during.

Elza and Stefan are exceptional hosts. This was my first time planning a trip out of town with a group of 11 and my first time renting a home and my experience with them exceeded all of my expectations and beyond. The whole group raved about this home through out the entire trip! Elza and Stefan were extremely prompt and readily available for any and all questions we had! 11/10 recommend. I enjoyed this trip as well as the rest of us thanks to Elza and Stefan!

We stayed at the home with 2 other families. There was 12 of us total ( 6 adults and 6 children). There was plenty of room for all of us. The home was exactly the way the listing states. Very clean and very well kept. We would definitely consider this home for vacation again.
