Nestled into the mountains in Big Sky, this property was perfect for our family as we used it as our base camp for our daily trips to Yellowstone. Amenities were plentiful, the property was very clean and organized. The check in process was extremely easy, and we weren’t bothered by anyone during our stay. The market at the bottom of the hill is a little pricey, but they had everything that we needed for our stay, including a good red wine selection. We took one day and went whitewater rafting, and the drive to check in was about 10 minutes away. If you are looking to go to the top of Lone Star Mountain @ Big Sky, the drive is also only about 10 minutes. Not only would I recommend this property, I plan to come back. The days were in the high 70’s and low 80’s but the house stayed very comfortable even without air conditioning. Just open the windows at night and close them in the morning. The house stays at a comfortable 68-70, with very low humidity.

Great property. Only complaints - spiders in ground floor, needs side tables and coffee table in Living Room, could use another TV, needs a new coffee pot.

Honeymoon
Absolutely fantastic! Private hot tub was a huge plus on cold snowy nights! It was a gorgeous place to spend our honeymoon! Thank you so much!

lovely house, but...
House was great and kitchen cookware is excellent! But the TV is located in the lower lever and was there, but not connected to Direct TV so was of little use. Also, considering how inexpensive TVs are these days, one in the master bedroom would be very nice.
Also, the property does have a very nice grill.

Beautiful home!
We loved our stay in the meadows at Big Sky! Beautiful neighborhood and lovely house. Two items need addressed: the hot tub didn’t work as well as the cable tv. I would suggest a privacy fence around the hot tub since it faces the neighbor’s windows! Otherwise, excellent!

Great place
Great place to stay. Beautiful scenery and views from the deck. Close to the neighbors, so the hot tub is in full view with not a lot of privacy.

Beautiful Location
This place had everything we needed. It is a well cared for home and was very clean. We especially loved how three sides of the home are surrounded by nothing but forest. And it had a stunning view of the mountains. There were some awesome personal touches that made our stay absolutely perfect. Very lovely!

Nice house and location - poor management
Was a nice house and good location, however management company was not responsive to problems. Had multiple leaks in roof with master shower ceiling almost falling in during stay. When we arrived the kitchen ceiling had just been patched from roof leaks and light fixture was hanging from ceiling. Appears they started the work but stopped 1/4 of the way through. Hot tub did not work for first 5 days of a 7 day stay requiring 4 calls to management. Linens left in washer caused foul smell in house for first 2 days. When notified management company they said they would send e-mails to get someone out there. Took 3 - 4 days until response and multiple calls to management. Property manager stated that they could not do anything for leaks and it was due to snow fall. Overall house would have been very nice if management company would have been more on top of things and better communication. Would have given 5 stars for the house if we did not have the problems.

Nice place. Enjoyed weekend of skiing. Plenty of room and well kept house.
There were six friends out for a ski weekend and house was comfortable. Liked the wood stocked fireplace and light filled living room and good site. It was about 20 minutes to the Big Sky Resort. Agree with another reviewer that a 4 wheel drive vehicle was helpful because the house was up a long winding road. While we were there it snowed and the driveway was not plowed out but it wasn't a problem getting up it. We were there for Super Bowl weekend and would have liked it if there was a TV on the main floor so that we could enjoy the game in that comfortable room. We squeezed into the downstairs room to watch the game and that was OK. The hot tub was nice and convenient. Others had commented on towels. We had enough of them and they were just fine. The kitchen and dining table were very nice and the mud room connected to the garage was a good place for us to remove ski gear.

Wonderful family home!
Our family very much enjoyed this home over Christmas week 2018. It is a very nice home well stocked with basic supplies including firewood. It snowed a lot during our stay and we were plowed out promptly. We were glad we had rented a 4 wheel drive vehicle because the house was up a long winding road. We did wish that there was a tv on the main floor so that we could enjoy a movie and the fire at the same time! There was a nice tv area in the basement and an outdoor hot tub. If we return toBig Sky in the future we would definitely consider this home again!

Comfortable
Five guests and everyone felt comfortable and were able to use the kitchen with ease. Could use a few more full size towels for shower use.

Nice House
The house is beautiful and in a great location to the town and ski mountain. However, bed linens, pillows, towels and even mattresses need to be updated. The bed linens and towels had a funky smell to them. The mattresses especially in the two bedrooms downstairs are not comfortable at all and seem old. Blankets are old too and have a bad smell. There were only 4 wine glasses and limited glasses in general. Kitchen items were sparse. Also needs to add ESPN to the channel selection especially during playoff games. The house has so much potential but needs some updates. We probably would not rent it again until some updates are made.
