ABSOLUTELY Beautiful panoramic views of CAMELBACK MOUNTAIN and the adjacent valley, this 4 bdrm 3 full bath SINGLE FAMILY HOME is located in the exclusive NORTHRIDGE STATION sub-division in Tannersville PA; privately nestled at the top of Northridges Mountain Laurel Court you and your family can enjoy year round fun. From the 25 water-slides,wave pool and childrens play area at Camel Beach in the summer (the largest water park in the pocono's by far) to the 33 trails and 13 lifts with 100% snow-making at Camelback ski area in the winter to the red and gold of the fall foliage season to the wonderful 110 outlet stores at the Crossings only a mile away. It's all there for everyone. Shop, swim, ski, snow board,snow tube, hike, canoe, or just relax on the couch in front of the fire and doze off. This private SINGLE FAMILY home features a fully equipped kitchen with NEW GRANITE COUNTER TOPPS AND STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, sleeping for 10 including 6 single beds(2 of which are bunk beds),2 queen size beds and a pull out queen sleep sofa (WE PROVIDE ALL LINENS AND TOWELS FOR YOUR STAY!), 2 ZONE HEAT and 2 ZONE CENTRAL AIR for complete comfort, great/gathering room with soaring vaulted beamed ceilings with skylights and WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE, separate dining area that seats 10, breakfast bar that seats 4,and a kitchen bar table that seats 2, there are 5 FLAT SCREEN TV'S (one in each bedroom and one located in the great/gathering room equipt with a portable dvd player and nintendo game cube). sliding glass doors that lead to the large deck that includes a NEW GAS PROPANE GRILL and most importantly stunning VIEWS!! theres just so much more. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would complain about was the WiFi gave us trouble but that was because the kids wanted it. I actually loved being detached from our devices and enjoying the home and scenery/nature around us. I would definitely stay again the owner was very responsive when it came to communicating!

It was a very beautiful home in a great neighborhood. There were plenty of trees and vegetation and also many deer. I would recommend this home to anyone who would like to stay in this area.

Wonderful property! Very clean, well stocked kitchen, great layout, beautiful deck/outdoor area. We rented this property to visit family in PA. The rental is very conveniently located to many of the nearby attractions. First impressions were that it was exceptionally clean. Check in/out was very easy and Scott provided very detailed instructions for each step of our stay. The entrance from the parking area is very steep and may be difficult for older guests or guests with limited mobility. Overall it was a great home! We’d definitely stay again!

Overall, my family had a great stay. Upon arrival we noticed that when we went to use the microwave, it was not cleaned out and was dirty and sticky. The refrigerator was empty but in certain spots there was green leaves maybe from an old salad?? Not sure what they were. Some of the shelves in the frig were sticky and looked like they were no thoroughly cleaned. So I cleaned out the microwave and the frig myself. So the pre-cleaning that we paid for prior to our arrival was really a little subpar.

This house was absolutely perfect for our girl’s weekend. The house is beautiful and very clean. The owner Scott was very responsive and answered very quickly. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was fantastic. Scott was amazing with rapid response to all communications. His home was so comfortable, we truly felt at home. We had everything we needed for a great family weekend. I was extremely clean, kitchen was perfect with enough room for 3 women cooking! Bedrooms were so relaxing! Thank you so much! We are already talking about next year!

Absolutely the nicest place to stay. super cozy and very clean. Scott is wonderful to work with, very accommodating and answers any questions in a timely manner. Close to a nice Varity of restaurants and shops. We have been renting here for the last 6 years and will continue to do so. It's our happy place to visit.

The other 2 had to be parked at a remote parking area. The parking at the house was a bit unusual, it was on a ledge overlooking the home with two flights of steps leading to the front door. There was an extra charge for sheets for the beds and we had to put them on the beds ourselves. The central air conditioning and heat was adequate and the house was furnished nicely. It has a large dining table that we enjoyed and the living room was cozy with a wood burning fireplace. The location worked well for us, with the wedding being held in Reeders. Plus, it was convenient to many of the area attractions. Our stay was in late September 2022 and some of the maple trees were changing colors.
This rental was adequate for us, with a few inconveniences, but overall it was a good value.

The property was exactly as advertised! The manager was immediately in contact when messaged and everything mentioned was exactly as it. Location to parks and amenities was amazing. Only complaint was the overflow parking lot and big dumpsters were 4 minutes away but just a minor thing. Safe to park and dump garbage at any time! Few of the guests talked about using the same location for other purposes later on.
