Scott and Kay are fantastic and thoughtful hosts. The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. The location to the mountain was great! Plan to do your grocery shopping in Dillon. We were so glad to have a car as the shuttle was very unreliable, not even servicing the neighborhood one day of our stay. Would absolutely return to Scott and Kay’s house!

Scott and Kay’s place was perfect! Location, accommodations and layout! We stayed here with 4 adults and had plenty of room! Will be looking to stay here again next year! Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

The condo was in excellent condition with a well stocked kitchen, beautiful neighborhood and close to the slopes. We really enjoyed the condo and we would definitely stay here again on our next keystone trip. We had 5 adults in our group and the condo was laid out nicely to accommodate us. It was nice to have an upstairs main bedroom for additional privacy. The beds were firm and comfortable. The radiant heat in the floors throughout was fantastic, especially in the bathrooms!
It had the feel of being in a neighborhood, not a busy ski resort. I enjoy mountain scenery, and here you’re surrounded by mountain peaks and trees.
As far as access to Keystone ski resort, we took the shuttle to the slopes for the week we stayed and found it convenient. The stop is only a minute or two walk away from the condo.
The Keystone close -in paid parking is now $45, (Feb 2022) and the free parking is a farther walk than the shuttle drop. In the morning, take the stop that indicates River Run “walk to gondola”. It’s along a creek and 400 yards to the lift. It’s shorter than staying on the shuttle and driving around past Christie sports for the main drop- off at the end of keystone village. The only negative here is that in mid February the shuttle was running every 40 minutes. At the end of the day we had a fairly long wait. Would be much better to have at least 30 minutes between pickups. The shuttle was always full when we caught it at 3:47.
Having said that, we still enjoyed the trip immensely and found it much nicer than staying in condos at the village which we had previously stayed at.

This property is ideally located on the Orange line Keystone shuttle, allowing you to get to/from the base area in 5 minutes. The property was perfect for our family of 5 with everything that we needed to have a fun and carefree weekend skiing. I would definitely recommend for others looking to stay in the Keystone area.

Excellent stay!
Very beautiful, clean and modern home! Comfy beds, fluffy towels and a well stocked kitchen. It was very nice to have a large crockpot on hand. Had a minor plumbing issue but owner was quick to fix the problem. Quick walk to the hot tub and shuttle pick up for skiing. Would definitely stay here again.

Great personal ski lodge
Scott and Kay have a beautiful location right next to Keystone resort. It was a wonderful to jump on a bus each morning and ride to the ski resort and then finish off the day with a soak in the hot tub all within a few minutes from the front door. Thank you for the great flexibility in our stay and quick responses to all our questions! What a wonderful weekend in the mountains!

Off the beaten path; BUT GREAT!!!
This condo was not in the hustle & bustle of Keystone but a short bus ride and you can enjoy all the Keystone amenities. Loved the condo. Beautiful!! With 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms it allowed our family of 6 Adults to have plenty of room to spread out. The shared clubhouse facility (I think called Mini's Cabin) was an added bonus so that our family could enjoy a little billiard competition. If the opportunity affords us to visit again; this will be the first place I look for to see if it is available. Thank you for a wonderful week and allowing us to utilize your lovely vacation home.

Wonderful Mountain Condo
We have stayed at this condo numerous times over the years - it is our favorite mountain retreat. It is very comfortable and accommodates our family perfectly. Location is ideal and the hot tub and heated pool are great!

Beautiful townhome designed with every ski essential in mind
We had a lovely Christmas vacation ski holiday! We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room and everything we needed and more. Very thoughtful design, with every ski “want” you can think of. Heated floors in entryway. Large storage closet by front door with hangers, hooks and shelves for all of your ski gear. Heated garage with ski racks. High entry garage door tall enough to accommodate SUV with Thule storage on top. Bus route pick-up a one minute walk away, and ride to slopes < 5 minutes. Easiest ski vacation ever! First-rate accommodations — comfortable beds, high thread count sheets, warm fuzzy blankets, multiple fireplaces, lots of storage, well stocked kitchen. Beautiful scenery all around — chalet style neighborhood. The pictures do not do this gem justice. The townhome does have a shared wall with another unit, and we did not hear another sound from our neighbors all week. We plan to come back and would definitely recommend to others!!

Fantastic views inside and out!!
This condo was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having two king beds when guests visited. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed. It was so fun enjoying the beauty inside and out! This unit was very quiet with no road noise. Minnies cabin and hots tubs were a bonus.

Comfort in a Beautiful Setting
This condo was the perfect setting for our Memorial Day getaway. When we first arrived the condo was warm but after opening some windows it quickly cooled down with the cool mountain air. We had plenty of amenities to cook meals and enjoyed time sitting on the deck taking in the mountain air. The beds were comfortable and the hot tubs at the cabin just half a block up the street added to relaxation. The owners were responsive and very helpful. I plan on coming back and highly recommend this place.

Excellent Vacation home
The town home was really wonderful. We loved the space, decor and views. The owners keep the home well stocked and made it so easy for us to cook many, many meals. The beds were comfortable, towels fluffy and loved the shampoo/conditioner/soap in the showers. The deep tubs are perfect for soaking after a cold day on the slopes! We packed for 4 out of 8 days and loved having the washer/dryer. We brought our own soap and dryer sheets but they had that stocked too. It really makes a difference on short term stays to already have supplies on hand. We loved the shuttle up to River Run. It was just a 2 minute walk up to the front of Minnie's Cabin. You can shuttle on three different times in a given hour. Super convenient. Having stayed in the neighborhood before, we also brought our sleds this time for the little hill just up the street. Perfect fun for the kids if you just want sled close by! We even had a moose one night in our driveway. So much fun and we would book again for sure! Highly recommend this listing.

Gorgeous views!
This updated property has everything you could ask for in a ski rental. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were very comfortable and there is plenty of storage for skis and snow boards in the garage and mud room. The views from the spacious living area are breath taking. It is close to Minnie's Cabin with heated pools and hot tubs. Excellent!!!

This is a very spacious condo. It is well stocked and very clean. The views from inside and both decks are spectacular. It is very close to Minnie's Cabin....we love the hot tubs. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic time in Keystone.
Great condo. Very comfortable for 2 families. Kids love the bunk room. Each couple have own bedroom/bathroom. Hot tubing at Minnie's cabin is the bets.

Great Location
The Condo was in great shape. The space was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. The Orange Shuttle Line to Keystone is just down the street. Heated pool and hot tubs were much appreciated after a full day of skiing. The area is tucked away from all the traffic around Keystone, but close enough to get into town, Arapaho Basin, Dillon, Frisco etc. Everything worked in the Condo, beds were comfortable.
