There are plenty of umbrellas and chairs in the unit, along with beach toys and (for a nominal charge) two beach bicycles located in front of the parking spot assigned to your condo. The well-stocked kitchen includes all new appliances (stove, refrigerator/ice maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer), a ceiling fan and garbage disposal, along with a Keurig and regular coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, blender (for those Margaritas!), pots, pans, dishes and utensils. While the spacious dining room table seats six, three more people can sit at the kitchen counter to chat with the cook while meals are being prepared.
