Our condo is beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, a love seat, and two additional chairs. The unit has separate private bedroom suites, each with their own bath, cable TV, ceiling fan, and Gulf view with sliding glass doors to the lanai. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and leather recliner. The guest room has two twin beds. The unit also features a brand new all-white kitchen with granite counters, fully-equipped and modern. This property has a great location. The condo is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for the week. When we were there the weather wasn’t very nice but still enjoyed the condo and the balcony very much!

I can’t say enough good things about this location. The condo is beautiful and you won’t find a better view. Each bedroom has an oceanfront view. Quick access to the beach. We loved it!

This unit was just as described. The elevator was down briefly (not good when you're on the 5th floor), but they had it repaired within a day! Carport parking is very close, which is handy with coming and going on hot days. Good location near lots of things to do, or just lounging on the beach. Unit was even equipped with some beach toys and a skim board!

Staying at Crescent Arms was spectacular! The view from our veranda of the Gulf was mesmerizing, the condo is set up perfectly with a living room between the master bedroom with bath and second bedroom with bath. With a television in each area, everything is perfect for a family of 3 or 4. Also, it is located close to all Siesta Key shopping. Our hostess, Barbara made us feel welcome at every turn. We loved staying in her beautiful condo. We hope to be back again. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had the best week at Siesta Key. Barb was very attentive and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. This was our 2nd stay in this great condo and definitely not our last.

Our stay in Siesta Key was an amazing week!!! Perfect weather and the view's from our condo were awesome! The only issue we had was with the guys putting out the chairs each morning.....seemed like they showed favoritism to some of the "regulars" and the rules for the chairs each morning seemed to change each day depending on who you were and who you talked to! One of the guys was actually kind of rude to myself and another family that we met there one day so that was a bit frustrating! Barbara was amazing to work with and so thoughtful! We would definitely like to rent again from her sometime in the future! Just a couple of small suggestions.....there was only one beach chair in the closet and two would have been perfect because we like to sit at the water's edge and they wouldn't let us pull the chairs down there! Also, Greg suggested that if you had a higher table (like a bar table with stools) on the lanai, it would be easier to see the beautiful beach! We are completely satisfied with our stay ~ thank you so much!!! You have a beautiful condo!!!! Greg and Brenda Gas City, Indiana

The location and view is perfect and the condo has plenty of room for a family. Kitchen was well stocked maybe just add a to-go coffee mug to take on morning beach walks. The mattresses all need replaced though. None of them were comfortable and the bedding could use a refresh too. It would also be nice if the master was a king size vs Queen. Barbara the owner was super pleasant and easy to communicate with. Great location and perfect view though.

Convenient, relaxing and the best lanai. The beach is white and immaculate and attendant let you pick your chairs and he set up umbrella. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. We wished that tv had HD box. We enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back.

From the beginning stages of reserving this condo to the very end of our trip, Barbarba was very easy and pleasant to work with. Everything was just the way we expected. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The view was beautiful and we couldn't stop standing on the lanai looking out to the gulf. We plan on coming back to Siesta Key and will definitely look at getting this same condo.

Effortless Check In. Very clean and accommodating. Everything you need for a great family vacation. Loved the view of the beach and was nice how chairs was set up for you every morning. We did rent an umbrella to keep cool. Excellent area and the hosts was very welcoming answering any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again! Ps Would be nice if the condo building had a large community ice machine for all guests for beach coolers.

Absolutely loved this location and the view was amazing. Sunsets from the balcony were awesome! The condo met all our needs and the host was excellent to communicate with and always willing to assist. Within walking distance to shops & several restaurants. Recommend taking Trolley to Siesta Key Village as there is little to no parking. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I went on a vacation for first time without kids and the place we stayed at was wonderful . The owner was easily accessible and if there was anything we needed she was there. The condo was on 5th floor had a beautiful view. The elevator broke after first day but that was at no fault of the owner it was the condo association. They were on top of everything to get it fixed right away. The owner offered to help us get our luggage and bags out on check out day which was so very nice. We got a little extra exercise in our week there . Overall we give 5 stars to our rental. The place was clean had all amenities we needed.

My husband and I traveled to this condo with our two small children (1 & 3 yrs), and could not be happier with our time spent there. The condo was clean, spacious, and the balcony made it feel like we were on the beach 24/7. We watched sunsets from the balcony, and even saw dolphins swimming early morning. The beach is steps away from the condo, making it convenient to come & go as we pleased. The condo was a few minutes drive from downtown Siesta Key, where we enjoyed a few meals and beverages. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance of the condo, including the popular Captain Curts. Barbara was so friendly, accommodating & responded to any questions that we had promptly. I cannot say enough great things about our experience. We cannot wait to return! :)

Great location.. Just a warning to future guests. No extra paper products were provided at all, toilet paper, paper towel. etc. Only what was left on the rolls. Had to go back out and buy all of those necessities including hand soap, dish soap. As a vacation property owner and an owner of rentals. We run ours differently.

A beautiful condo on the beach on Siesta Key. Well appointed, compact, with an expansive view of the gulf. Barb the owner is a dream to work with, very communicative and gracious. This is a very busy beach. March is high season, so be prepared for lots of traffic and waits at restaurants. We are returning!

We had an amazing stay. Barbara is fantastic and the property and location are lovely. We swam and played in the ocean and pool. The umbrella and chair service is so convenient. Lots of close restaurants and fun shops. Lots of laughs and relaxation on the gorgeous lanai. We fell into the comfy beds every night. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
