We found that this rental property suited our needs, but required some attention: 1) The floor was dirty. I walked around in white socks and the bottoms were black on the first day! 2) The bathroom sink drain was plugged with hair, also the bathtub did not drain well. 3) Two of the kitchen cabinet doors were hanging loose. 4) Some pots and pans were beyond use. 5) Kitchen pull out drawers had no handles...ladies watch your fingernails! 6) A number of used plastic bags were all over in cupboards and drawers. 7) Living room furniture is near its end...soiled and worn out. 8) Patio furniture outside is sub par and needs replacement. 9) The living room TV is undersized for the room. Whoever does the cleaning of this unit needs to up their game. The cleaners need to relay to the caretaker what needs to be fixed also. In general, I feel we did not get good value for the money we paid. We would not recommend this property in the future. Larry & Lorraine P.

Had a great week! The Master bedroom is spacious and with a King bed that was nice! Enjoyed the beach that was not too far and went to the village via the trolley and the frog bus. The village to Siesta Key Oyster bar is only about a 4 minute ride. Would stay here again!

We had a beautiful time with our kids. They stayed in tower2 and had awesome view. We decided a smaller one be fine for us and it was just perfect. Thank you for the very clean comfortable place to stay.

Our unit was clean, close to the beach , 3 pools available to use, contact with owner was excellent, location on Siesta Key was perfect (very close to the village). Would definitely consider staying here again.

Location was great, just a couple minute walk to the beach, which was never crowded. Close to one of the three pools. Parking right in front of the condo. Check in and out was super easy and the owners checked in mid week to see if we needed anything.

Room was ready at 4 pm the code was sent to us by text, on arrival the room was clean and had plenty of room for us. This unit is located close to pool 1 and the laundry it was a longer walk to the beach than I expected but still not bad. There was some confusion over the parking pass the instructions said it would be in the room but you have to get it from the office. Over all a very nice condo we would stay again thanks for letting us use the property.

We just stayed at this condo and our only thing that we wished we had on site was a washer and dryer, but there is a washer and dryer just right down the walk way. The beach is a short walk. We did the beach service every day and had our umbrella and chairs waiting for us when we arrived each day to the beach. One of the three pools are just steps from the back door. The condo itself is exactly as described and I would recommend this unit and owners to future travelers.

Our stay in this condo was outstanding. Great location, couple minutes to the lovely beach. The unit was very clean, comfortable and fully stocked. We also enjoyed the heated pools. I would highly recommend this unit to others

Condo is very small but fine for two people. It’s a long way from the beach. One of the pools very close. During our stay there was construction going on across the driveway, noisy. The beach and beach pool were outstanding.

The owner was easy to work with. The complex staff was friendly and accommodating. We had some rough weather while we were there. I was impressed by the organization and mindfulness of guest safety. The complex is beachfront and close to the village. Very convenient for all the fun. Nice pools, grilling, areas, and the villa is also well stocked for evenings in and beach accessories. We do hope to stay again. Thank you!

Jamaica Royale is typical beachside community in the perfect location on Siesta Key. My one bedroom, one bath condo was ideal for my solo visit. If you can look beyond the peeling trim paint and very small kitchen not ideal for cooking (which I like to do), this place worked out fine. The pool by the beach was closed due to construction on the property which was disappointing. However, the beach was stunning as usual—lots of lounge chairs available. It was disappointing to not have a washer and dryer in my unit.

This was our first time in Siesta Key. It’s such a beautiful place for us to celebrate our 20 year anniversary . This Villa we stayed in was super clean and nice. The host was great. It honestly was perfect. The only thing I can say is if you are driving bring your beach wagon to haul everything on the walk to the beach. I knew coming into it that there was a walk to the beach so this was my fault for not packing my wagon. We will be returning :)

The property of Jamaica Royale was lovely. Very well kept up and clean. The pools were great! Although our hosts graciously had beach chairs for us, the resort also provide chairs and chaises at the beach. It was great! The unit was very clean and pretty. We had 1 small issue with some plumbing, but the owners took care of it within 24 hours! The location was great, a small hike to the beach and a smaller hike to catch the Trolley to take us to The SK Village or to Turtle beach. The unit itself had all that we needed, from plates, coffee pots, silver ware etc. We did not do a lot of cooking, but had breakfast and lunch stuff and utilized the fridge (spotless), toaster and coffee pot! (Too funny, both a Kcup one and regular pot)! Loved it! Would definitly recommend to others! Thank you!

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean. Had all of the essential kitchenware. The owner was a great communicator. The property is well manicured. We chose this property due to its close proximity to the beach and Siesta Key Village. We also wanted a rental with outdoor space where we could relax after coming back from the beach. This property had a nice patio with chairs. All in all this property was just as advertised.

Long walk to get to beach. Back door lock broken. Back patio furniture not acceptable. Old broken furniture thrown to the side of the already tiny patio. We left one day earlier .
