The condo is only a couple of blocks away from the beach and rests in Siesta Key Village where you will find lots of great dining, amazing shops, coffee houses and more, all a short walk away. With everything you could want and need at your fingertips; I assure you that you will never want to leave LuLu's Key House! We provide everything for your stay! This second level 1bedroom, 1 bath condo with a heated communal pool has been completely renovated top to bottom, side to side with nothing left untouched....this home away from home is truly paradise! Come check out this beautifully painted mural in the back pool area where you can relax in the sun poolside or lounge under a cafe umbrella with a good book while the chef in your family cooks up some bison burgers on the barbecue grill......medium rare please! No detail has been left undone. From the custom woodwork to the mermaid pulls on the cabinets, most everything you need is right here. The pool is 5 ft at the deep end. You now have an assigned parking spot marked by the the name of the suite..Green! This is a 4 unit complex and Green is located in the back upstairs. Nice and quiet here and oh, so convenient to the village and the beach. Included are two sets of W/D’s at NO cost for the 4-plex building. This upstairs tropical oasis has been completed with high end finishings, like crown molding, solid stone counter, stainless kitchen, plantation shutters, porcelain plank tile and an outdoor shower. This unit has a Rinnai tankless water heater providing you plenty of hot water. Included is a water softener and filtration system throughout! Most rental houses and condos do not offer this. Provided for you are beach towels, umbrella and a locked beach cart. Enjoy! The living room is beautifully decorated in serene beach calming colors that are sure to keep you happy and relaxed every minute of your vacation. Large, Smart TV in living room (plus cable) and wall-mounted cable TV in bedroom. Frontier TV service and free WiFi all for your entertainment, plus an USB port to charge your phone or computer has been added. The sofa is a queen sofa sleeper for those unexpected guests. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware and boasts stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, quartz countertops, tiled floors and dining for 4 people. The bedroom has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress and ample closet space. Fall asleep while watching your favorite re-runs on cable TV. There is no smoking in the building. The single bedroom units have 1 parking space and are located in the back of the building (no porch). Rent this space or contact us to book all 4 units and have the entire complex as a private oasis for you and your friends & family. We are flexible on dates of stay. Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles, over-sized vehicles, or vehicles with signage. Siesta Key village is right outside your door with everything you might need from morning until night. Start with coffee, restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, shopping from knick-knacks, clothes, shoes and jewelry, bars and grocery to dancing and live music at night. You do not need a car. Perfection! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Xplorie's Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day including a choice of a free bike rental, kayak rental, a dolphin cruise tour, or admission to the Ringling Museum ! Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver. Great size condo for two people. Clean for the most part, some stains on pillows cases (you can tell they were washed and cleaned, just stained) Great location.. would definitely return!

We had a great stay at your property! Everything is so close by and just a short walk to restaurants, shopping, beach, grocery store. We have stayed many places on the island and this is one of our top locations. The pool was great and we met so many friendly folks that were staying there. Had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave!

The location was perfect. The property was a good size but the unit did not feel clean. The couch had a dirty spot on it and I was able to get it clean with a wet cloth. The batteries in the door lock went bad and we bought new ones. We enjoyed the property and the pool was nice. It was dirty until the pool guy came on Wednesday. The trash was overflowing from check in Sunday through Wednesday. That was the biggest issue. Just need some fine tuning with property management. Thanks.

We loved the location in the 'sweet spot' of Siesta Village. Since we did not rent a car, we loved the ability to walk everywhere, especially the beach and Morton's grocery store. The one bedroom upstairs unit itself was perfect for my husband, myself, and our 8 year-old grandson. He loved the backyard pool and it was the perfect size. The host supplied everything except clothes and toothbrushes! Well equipped and totally adorable!

Mold in shower..called and it was remediated. Also, we did not have the required package of toilet paper, soaps, etc We called and got quick attention. Otherwise, all was good, especially the location!!

It was OK. It would have been better if there had been a few basic cleaning products in the house along with sugar, salt, pepper. We had to go out and buy everything. We heard other renters saying the same thing. The sheets were very rough in the bed. Also, the sheets were for a full-size bed, but the bed was a queen size.

The property was found very clean and kitchen well equipped for cooking. Grills by pool were clean and in excellent condition. The property is one block from restaurants and shops. Short walk to beach and beach chairs available at property. The property is well appointed and beach decorated. Excellent AC and fans. One suggestion would be to use a name instead of management company in correspondence for a more personal feeling. Would absolutely stay here again.

LuLu's is a great property with 4 units right in Siesta Key Village. We loved the short walk to the beach and the shops all the time. The 1 bedroom unit we stayed in was cute but very small. It says it sleeps 4 but I wouldn't recommend that. The only space besides the bedroom is a TV, couch & kitchen combo space. Plus there is only 1 bathroom. Also though the kitchen has nice full size appliances, there's no space to really cook. So, if you want more space or plan to pepare a lot of your own meals, opt for one of the 2 bedroom units at LuLu's.

Cute condo units! The proximity to the gorgeous beach, the cute furnishings, and especially the Xplorie activities! Used the car service & bike delivery! Also the self-adjustable AC - alot of rentals will only go to 75* but we like it cooler at night (we are from CO!)
