Condo was very roomy. Was Clean when we arrived beds comfy and it had the essentials we needed. Carpets are starting to show wear and tear with stains. Need hangers in the closets and some more living room seating would be nice. We Would DEFINATELY stay here again. It was just what we needed for our stay in Orlando.

The positives, the size and layout of the home was perfect for our party 0f 11. The location, clubhouse amenities, golf-ride transportation service and communication with the VRBO host was perfect. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars for this property is due to the roaches in the kitchen cabinets. I spent the first evening washing pots, pans and a few dishes before using them due to the cockroaches in the kitchen area. Fortunately, I had brought disposable plates, cups and cutlery so we did not use a lot of dishes. A few suggestions I would have is to fix the oven. It doesn't go higher than 350 degrees, there are no oven mits, so bring one if you plan on using the oven, bring extra napkins, trash bags, toilet paper and hand washing soap. Our party was large so the supply in the house just wasn't enough. The great thing is, there's a Publix less than 10 minutes from this rental so it is no problem getting anything you may need for the place. Other than the roach issue, the place was fantastic for us. We did not utilize the pool but we did appreciate the lake view while there and spent a lot of time enjoying the clubhouse amenities 😁.

The location of the property was great! The pools, water slides and lazy river were very nice. The property was clean and easy to get around. More seating by the pool areas would have been nice. Our kids loved the beach volleyball too.

The property is very nice. Looks of space for my group of 9. It’s very nicely furnished. It’s very close to all of the Disney properties. We enjoyed our time there.

Overall the stay was fun and relaxing we all had a good time. The pool could have used a little TLC, but we really didn’t have time to use it. My biggest complain would be the beds are very uncomfortable and bunk beds were not very stable.

My family and I loved the property and the villa we stayed in. It was a corner villa which we hade more privacy. The only thing I would recommend is that the owner replace the kitchen chairs and bar stools because they a not sturdy and my niece fell of one. Overall, the place is nice for a small size family. The kitchen is fully equip with cooking utensils and pots. We cooked every night during our stay, which was cheaper than staying at a hotel and purchasing food daily. We will stay again. Hope we get the same home next time.

Close to everything and easy to get in and out.

We had lots of fun at the communal pool. Volleyball, lazy river and water slide were awesome. Close to everything. Pool area is a little small but we had fun hanging outside at night.

Property was clean, easy to access, and very comfortable.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We only had one draw back - no lounge chairs by the pool. Other than that, it was perfect.

Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful place! Owner was very accommodating with extra days added, communication was timely. There were however a few things needed that luckily one of our late guests was able to bring. There were no cutting or pairing knives, very few pans, only one garbage bag, no paper towel, not enough bath towels (had 8 for 10 people), and we couldn’t get the tv in the king bed to turn on. Found out after the reservation was complete and paid for, the email with check in instructions informed us it would be an extra $20.00 per day to have the pool heated (so we were unable to use the so called amenity listed) and there was an extra charge to use the grill ..this should have been noted in the listing prior to booking! We were looking forward to the little pool, but not for that extra $20.00/day. Overall, it really is a great location with beautiful decor and very close to the theme parks!
