The open floor plan with plenty of shared living spaces is ideal for entertaining friends and family. A vaulted ceiling and lagoon view highlight the spacious living room. Adjacent to the main living area, a sitting room features access to the deck overlooking the lagoon. A guest suite is at the first floor with a Queen size bed and a full bath. Fully equipped, the kitchen has a center island with seating and offers plenty of storage and preparation room. The adjacent dining area, with lagoon views and skylights, opens to the deck and gives the chef a beautiful space to relax while waiting for the proverbial pot to boil. The dinning area also opens to the media room. The media room has a full-size sleeper sofa which provides additional sleeping space if needed. The upstairs, the master suite is a comfortable suite with King size bed and features a bathtub, dual vanities, sky-line, separate shower, and closest. There are additional two bedrooms and a bonus room upstairs. The two bedrooms, one with King size bed and the other with Queen size bed, share a full bath. There is also a bonus room, which has two Full size beds and separate full bath, ideal for kids/teenagers room. The property is about 1.2 mile/10 minutes bike ride to the beach. Town of Kiawah business license number: RBL19-000028, and with its approved 5 bedrooms, the maximum occupancy for this property is 12 person, and the maximum number of vehicles permitted on the premises is 6.

Wonderful place for a larger group. In the middle of some needed renovations but what’s they have done so far looks great! Gorgeous area and a lovely trip. Hosts were fabulous and very communicative.

This property has potential to be beautiful and it’s located in a pretty part of kiawah’s maritime forest. 10 min bike ride to beach. The owners were responsive. The kitchen and baths have been fully renovated but updates are still underway. The property was clean on the interior, but the decks were unusable, dirty. And outdoor furniture splintering. Interior doors did not lock, bedroom decor is dated, carpets really need to be replaced. Kids bedroom is in odd location of 3rd bedroom and ran hot, no HVAC flow. Sleeps 12, but 2 in sofa bed off kitchen with no privacy. Definitely see potential in this property after the renovation is completed

A great property for having an adult family vacation. We had no children with us . Beautiful kitchen, great layout. One main floor bedroom/bathroom( perfect for parents), main suite upstairs is well maintained and has a very comfortable mattress, other bedrooms are down the hall. One bedroom had to be accessed thru another bedroom. Overall a great property.

This home is phenomenal! The description and photos are accurate except that bathrooms were in the process in being remodeled so they’re even nicer than the photos. A wonderful setting—close enough for a bike ride to the beach and very close to Marsh Island Park—such a quaint and picturesque locale. We will most definitely return!

clean, comfortable, huge, Owner is a great guy, made sure we were comfortable and everything was ok. A little far from beach but again, we were there for Charleston. Easy drive to Charleston and back. Saw several small deer.

This house hosted us during a bachelor weekend with a group of guys, and it was perfect. All amenities were exactly as described, the location was awesome (6 minute drive in both directions to great beaches) and the owners were incredibly responsive when we almost cancelled last minute due to COVID concerns. If you're heading to Kiawah with a group and need a house, this is a great choice.

Lots of trash around property. Fan in master had only 2 blades and not able to use. Thermostats very hard to use and set Had one member fall in sunken living area very unsafe. Smoke detector was open with no batteries in it. Had to purchase toilet paper for 3 day stay? Have pictures of all concerns if wanted

Size was great. Everyone had a spot to hang out in. Could have used some toiletries: soap, shampoo. Could have used kitchen dish rags, more than 1 roll of paper towels, or 1 extra roll of TP. It’s a great location, though not near the beach. Overall, everybody had a great time!

Beautiful home in a great location. It was about an hour away from downtown Charleston. So you will need to plan accordingly if you want to tour things downtown. Access to the beach was easy and the beach was great!

The owner was very accommodating. Was easy to reach for questions. Alerted me of things going on in the home before we arrived. Gave great instructions on best way to go to beach by car or bike. It was a great place for families to get together. Had everything we needed. We would rent here again!

Five adults & 3 children (toddler, pre-teen and teen) and the house was perfect for all of us. This is a spacious home with good flow; we were able to be together and also space apart. I especially loved the dining table which seated right quite comfortably. The hosts were responsive to our requests and a fun time was had by all.

The outside space was glorious as was the layout of the kitchen into the dining area… where we spent a major amount of time! The owner was wonderfully responsive with questions we had just before the trip. And what a great trip we had. Thank you!

Came here with 7 friends for a golf trip. The pictures were very accurate. The place was clean, had sufficient kitchen utensils, propane for the grill, and labels for the lights & kitchen cabinets. Jae was very responsive to questions leading up to our trip and throughout the check in process. Great spot, definitely recommend.

The house was beautiful and very clean. Location was perfect. There was an alligator in the water behind the house. However, he didn’t bother us. The island was gorgeous and the properties were kept clean . Loved seeing the wildlife.

We had a great stay at this property! We were originally supposed to stay in April but had to reschedule due to COVID. The owner was very understanding and flexible in allowing us to reschedule to a different date. The owner is also very responsive with any question which was appreciated. The house was plenty big for our 3 families (kids ranging from 2 months to 12) and the updated Kitchen was perfect. Even though the house is a little ways from the beach, we enjoyed the short bike ride there and the owner provided info & maps on spots with beach parking in case we wanted to drive. Overall we had a very good trip!
