Welcome to the Beach Villas of Ko Olina Resort, a private beachfront condo. Our ultra-luxurious condo is located on the sunny west shore of Oahu with four protected turquoise blue lagoons for you and your family to enjoy. You may even swim next to our three-legged honu (turtle) that we named “Tripod.” You may BBQ at our Villas or wine and dine at one of the many restaurants at Ko Olina Resort such as: Roy's, Noe, Longhi's, Monkeypod Kitchen, 'Ama 'ama, and Mina's Fishouse. See and feel the Hawaiian culture by attending one the three different Hawaiian luaus and shows. Fishing, diving, and whale watching (seasonally) activities are all available for your excitement from our world-class Ko Olina Harbor. Exercise in our first class fitness center with steam room and sauna or swim & run our 4 beautiful blue lagoons. Your luxurious suite is located on the 8th floor of the Ocean Tower at the Beach Villas in Ko Olina Resort. Beach Villas is just steps away from the beach, lagoon, ocean and one block from the Aulani Disney Hotel. Our spacious villa has over 1480sf which leads into a 215sf lanai through pocket sliding glass doors. The master bedroom suite is separated from the guest bedrooms. We also provide complimentary parking and a private wifi network! We provide you with virtually everything you need in your villa: Chef Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen with full size appliances, pots/pans, baking items, cooking/grilling/eating utensils, small appliances, dishes, cups/glasses, plastic ware; 8 sets of bath/hand/wash towels, hair dryer in each bathroom, washer & dryer in the unit; beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and beach towels; and a "starter kit" of cleaning supplies and toiletries. **As of December 2023, all TVs have been replaced with Smart TVs** Experience the comfort and luxury here at our Beach Villas at Ko Olina Resort like no other place in the World. We had a great stay at the beach condos. Only thing really missing is a restaurant but there are several nearby within walking distance. The condo was as pictured. Plenty big enough for 6 of us. I liked that it was outside of the city. Condo had beautiful views. Ko Olina is such a nice area but just 20-40 minutes from the scene. Bonus that they include a parking space. The Duke and other bartenders at the beachfront tiki were great! Excellent communication with the property manager. We had so much fun!

The property is beautfiul, easy walking access to the beach,facilities are well maintained and clean. Views of the sunsets were beautiful. Parking is easy. Everything was as described or better. We would definitely stay there again!

This luxurious condo provided us with a way to truly relax, unwind and unleash our aloha spirit during our first ever Hawaiian vacation! Our day begins with opening up the double doors to the lanai and enjoying a morning coffee, listening to the rustle of the palm trees and the soothing ocean waves breaking just beyond. And our day ends with spectacular sunsets on the lagoon! Just magical!
The three bedrooms (and three bathrooms) provided more than enough space, and privacy, for our senior, adults, teens and tween in this crew. The perks of having boogie boards, beach chairs and towels only made going down to the lagoon that much more awesome. Anything you need from fry pans, electric skillets, ice makers, to even a rice cooker was provided! The A/C and in-unit laundry saved us many times over after coming "home" from the beach. The covered parking was a welcomed gift on hot days. The location is a short walk to Aulani and the Ko Olina center, and a short drive to Waipahu or Kapolei for anything else!
And to top it all off, the resort staff was always helpful. Thanks to Keola who the kids loved helping feed the giant Koi, and 5 stars to our host, Cherie! She helped us before we even stepped onto Oahu, answered all questions we could think of, and resolved any issues we may have encountered along the journey. She is well deserving of having the title of "Premier Host". Mahalo & Salamat Cherie! We are blessed with many cherished memories. A hui hou!

I can’t ever imagine a more perfect stay. Amazing condo in stunning location. The beautiful view from the lani was enjoyed by all in the evening at sunset with a glass of wine in hand and morning with coffee. Full kitchen allowed us to make meals easily when we weren’t down by the pools or lagoon. The living area offered us plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other while the room setup gave us our privacy. To top off our stay was the responsive, delightful management. Cherie welcomed us at the checkin and made herself available throughout. Thank you Cherie. Anyone looking for a perfect vacation should look no more, this one is it !! Mahalo. Candice

This property is great. We stayed at this resort previously at another unit so we know the resort well. Great location with a beautiful Lagoon that's calm for kids to swim
Cherie was great to deal with and we had great communication with her from time of booking and leading up to our arrival and departure thank you Cherie!

We stayed celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday with family members. The unit was spacious with a lovely lanai. It felt a little like being in a fishbowl but that didn’t detract from our stay. The beach was perfect for the two five year olds that we had staying with us. The unit also had beach chairs and masks and goggles that we took advantage of. All in all a great stay. The host was amazing.

This was our first visit to Hawaii and we were a group of 7 including my parents, in-laws, husband and toddler. This space was perfect for us as everyone got their own room and bathroom and there was plenty of common area space to hang out. The condo was equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs / toys / towels, all cookware, dishes, a high chair, even a travel crib (which we didn't need since we brought our own). We loved cooking together and enjoying the lanai. We loved the easy access to the beach / lagoon. The calm, shallow waters was perfect for our toddler. The pools were never that crowded and there were plenty of beach chairs throughout the day. There were restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and grocery stores were a 10 minute drive away. Overall the property and the entire Ko Olina area is very well manicured.
We only had one hiccup where the stovetop wasn't working one evening and we called Cherie and a maintenance person came and replace the stovetop that evening.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this condo!

We had the best experience here! Cherie was such an amazing communicator and really set all our worries at ease. The villa was beautiful and fit all 7 adults and one infant wonderfully. We could not have been happier with our experience and all said we would love to come back!!

Siimply OUTSTANDING
The unit was super clean, soft bedding, an INCREDIBLE view, lots of cooking supplies, honestly it was an wonderful property and we feel blessed to have been able to stay there. It was so very relaxing, something we, like so many have really needed after the year we all just went through. 5 STARS to this property!

Perfect Paradise Location
Super happy with the accuracy of the rental. More than enough space for the 5 of us. The kids had their own side of the condo, and the master has a separate walk in and bathroom area, making it a spacious retreat. It was nice to open the sliding doors to have that indoor /outdoor feel and the view of the ocean below. We took advantage of using the kitchen, and the grills located outside by the pool area. We also enjoyed being walking distance to other resorts and restaurants. Ko 'Olina is a great location for getting around the island to different locations, and we defintely did our share of exploring. Cherie was awesome and helpful - thank you for our stay!

Vacation Paradise
We have traveled many places and this was the best property to date. Property owner was great! Even before we arrived she kept in touch with us to provide us with info regarding the property, places to visit and kept us up to date on the COVID restrictions. We were able to have everything done in a timely fashion with no delays at the airport, rental property or places of interest. She made sure we were properly prepared. Condo was better than she described. Everything was updated and so beautiful. Definately will rent this property again. Everyone at the property was excellent and very friendly. Can’t say anything bad about the owner or property. Definately was the perfect vacation!

Great location and accommodations! If you are looking for a place where you can feel like being home, while on vacation. This is it. Prime location with views of pools and ocean. Manager was very helpful and accommodating as we made changes to our stay during Covid-19 shutdowns. Recommend this over other area resorts and properties.

Excellent vacation
The condo was great and the property manager was so helpful. We needed early check in and late check out and an extra parking space. Cherie was so prompt in returning my emails and in arranging what I needed. I could not be happier. I whole heartedly recommend this property and the property manager.

Wonderful family vacation
The property manager Cherie is great to work with! This unit has great views of the lagoons and nice amenities. Feels very upscale. This is the best place to stay in Ko Olina. Would definitely recommend.

Exceeded our expectations
We had a lovely time in Oahu and a large part of it was staying in such a beautiful space. This was the one time where the property in person was Much lovelier than the pictures can depict. Sherrie was so warm, welcoming and friendly - loved the chocolate macadamia but greeting (those were wiped out in about 20 min) and the orientation to the condo, resort and surrounding area was super helpful. This property is located around the Quiet Pool (very nice!) and we sat on the lanai so much we never even turned on the TV. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us renters! Looking forward to returning!
