The kitchen features granite countertops and a glass cooktop stove with stainless steel accents. The stainless steel carries over to the refrigerator and the dishwasher. Truly a kitchen the finest chef would feel at home in. If you can't stand the heat in the kitchen, the suite has central air-conditioning. The sofa in the living room converts to a queen-size bed. The glass top table located near the walk-out open patio is perfect for a brunch in the morning light. Each king-size bedroom has clothing storage and cable television. The downstairs tiled bathroom has a shower/tub combo opposite the granite counter on the vanity. The loft bedroom is where the two-person jetted tub and the separate walk-in shower is located. *Pets Allowed with a Non-Refundable Fee, charged separately if booking on a 3rd party site.

Overall, the experience was good. The condo was a bit worn, but clean. The kitchenette appliances were nice and worked well; however, some of the cookware is in need of replacement. The matresses were horribly hard and uncomfortable.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway that included a Sunday morning half marathon. Plenty of space for two couples with enough privacy for each. I will warn you, the shower upstairs is pretty tiny so don’t drop the soap or you won’t be able to pick it up!

We really enjoyed the unit, everything g was updated and really nice. The location was amazing. We have stayed at Pointes North before in another unit, we love it. I would just comment that we found the beds to not be very comfortable, they were very firm but not in a soft way. With the vaulted ceiling, the sound from the TV went directly up to the room upstairs in the loft and it was difficult to hear it when watching. I may suggest a sound bar or something. Storage was great in all the rooms. The dog bowls with note were the cutest ever!

The condo was pretty spacious and I love that dogs are allowed! It’s so hard to find that. The rental was clean and we had everything we needed. I would suggest a better ice cube tray. I know that’s not a big deal but there was no ice and the smallest tray I’ve ever seen! The best part for me was Heather, the front desk worker. She was phenomenal! I called a day prior to inquire about an early check in, she said it shouldn’t be an issue. Called me the day of check to let me know she had her staff address our room first and we were welcome to come whenever! Throughout the stay anytime I saw her she was so friendly and kind and asked how everything was going. That is exceptional customer experience

I only had one complaint about this property - the loft carpet smelled like urine!

Only adult seating in living room area for 3 - beds for 4 adults. Listed as Condo, but actually a luxury Hotel. We had a dog friendly room - on the 2nd floor. One bedroom looked on to the hallway. I could hear what was going on in the loft; footsteps and such. Could also hear what was going on in the hallway. I would not recommend.

Pointe North unit #208, great place to stay! Would absolutely stay here again. Great front desk and cleaning staff. Beds were comfortable and unit was well stocked with towels and dishes/pots and pans. The unit and the property is very clean and well cared for. We will be back to Pointes North Charlevoix.

We chose this condo for the Location and for the fact that it is dog friendly. We had an excellent vacation with the ability to walk to so many of our favorite places. It was easy to shop, dine and in the evening we took advantage of the close by beach & harbor to watch amazing Lake Michigan sunsets. The condo could definitely use some updates like new mattresses and plumbing. We unfortunately couldn’t use the upstairs shower as it leaked into the downstairs bedroom. The ceiling revealed this was not a new issue. The kitchen was also lacking essential items like oven mits and adequate cooking utensils. The condo staff was friendly and very helpful, clean towels delivered with a smile. We had a wonderful stay over all.

This was our first time staying in this rental with our 2 kids and dog. The unit was clean and very large. It was like a home away from home. Location was excellent as we were right in town and could sit on our balcony and watch everything. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It was a nice rental but for $400 per night I would have expected the unit to be in better condition. Carpet on stairs to loft was dirty and needs to be replaced. Couch on main level was broken and you sunk 6" every time you sat on it. The fact it was dog friendly made it nice and helped us overlook the 2 items above.

Very nice property close to everything that Charlevoix has to offer. Was pet friendly and our kids enjoyed the pool. Wouhave been nice to know before that the pool closed at 6pm. Our room didn't have sheets for our pullout, but we managed and some trash was left from the previous guests. Otherwise we enjoyed the property and the location was perfect.

The building is not well maintained, there was sand on the floor of the first floor bedroom and bathroom. There was an annoying mechanical noise all night long that affected sleep. Had a great family trip with 2 adults and 2 teens. Also my Aunt and her puppy came to visit. Unit holds six people and two dogs. Love the design and open floor plan. Nice kitchen for cooking. This was our second time staying at this facility, plan to stay again in fall, winter and summer. Perfect location!!
