Don’t stay here, there are better options in the area

I had to wait more than 15min to check in and check out. Not enough staff available/present. several lights in the bedroom didn’t work. Hair drier didn’t work, I asked for a replacement and never received one. I payed for breakfast using Booking.com ($30+) and when I got there they said I could only get a hot meal + cold drink or cold meal + hot drink. Toast counted as “hot meal”, so they wouldn’t serve tea with it. Complete rip-off.

the property was exceptional! the staff very professional and extremely friendly. the breakfast was delicious and the staff was great! we will be staying at this location on all our future travel to the Springfield area

I love staying here because it is close to the highway and Starbucks. the staff are so friendly and make me feel welcome

Very good

Accommodation was fine, very clean. Staff was very friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool.

The rooms were very hot and we could not seem to control thermostat.

it’s a nice hotel. newly renovated and very clean.

we stayed for 5 nights in 2 rooms and they only cleaned our rooms once. and that was the last day.

amazing comfy and spacious

it was such a great time everything looked brand new the bar and the bistro was amazing the room was extra fancy

the sink was broken but I was able to use it it’s not a big deal tho

Beautiful room, very comfortable and quiet, slept like a dream!

The bathroom shower needs better doors or something to avoid the water coming out of the shower, the bathroom floor was soaked in water I had dry the floor with all the towels.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, would book again.

Lovely rooms and building, modern look. Very friendly and helpful front desk.

Just two minor things: Someones lip balm was under the comforter upon arrival, maybe it fell out of a staff members pocket? Hopefully it was not from unwashed linens. Also the shower had two conditioners but no shampoo (I bring my own anyway).

The hotel was clean and new. The front desk were inexperienced, but polite.

The hotel was clean and new. The lobby was spacious and allowed the group a meeting area.

Our toilet clogged all three days we were there. The front desk staff clearly were not experienced, but polite. They had one starbucks that had only one worker and could not keep up. They would not give us the group rate because we booked with booking.com

will book again, loved my experience.

The room itself was amazing. bed was comfortable and the area where everything was set was well put: loved the huge bathroom and the space within the room and the bathroom itself.

the shower not having a door to close, it it didn’t bother me much since it was a huge shower.
