SITTING RIGHT ON THE DUNES, your home-away-from-home enjoys sweeping views of the ocean, beach, and sand dunes. Built in 2000, this custom, 2800-square-foot home offers plenty of living space for large groups, yet is designed to be cozy for small families, too. AN UNFORGETTABLE VISIT FOR YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS - Whether you are planning a romantic getaway for two, or are expecting a house full of family and friends, treat yourselves to a superb experience. We are proud to provide you with updated furnishings, deluxe mattresses, and quality towels and linens. We also believe that the cooks in your group will be very pleased with the well-appointed kitchen. ACCOMMODATIONS FOR UP TO 14... COMFORTABLY! With queen-size beds in each of our five bedrooms, we are able to provide private rooms to five couples, without anyone having to camp out on the living room sofa. We also provide a futon and roll-away twin beds. (Please note: Our base rates are for the first eight guests. A small nightly fee applies to each additional guest up to a maximum of fourteen people.) The master suite, located on the top floor, enjoys a large private bath, including a jacuzzi tub. On the second-floor, the suite has a full bath, while two more bedrooms share a full bathroom. Excellent house with great access. If stairs aren’t your thing, this isn’t the place for you.
We were in town for our annual men’s crabbing weekend. Everyone enjoyed the house. We had everything needed to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Place has tons of room and having 4 bathrooms with showers was ideal. Everything was clean except the carpets that need to either be professional cleaned or replaced. Great place overall...

The house is dated with lots of things broken / not working. Window blinds hanging. Light fixtures & bathroom fans not working.
I don't think the owners are fixing much because so many things appear to have been broken for a very long time.
We loved the location. The house keeper was responsive when the WiFi password was changed butnot posted.
We won't stay there again but loved the view.

4 guys golf trip. This place was awesome. One of the guys had stayed at Bandon dunes and said this was 10x better. Beach access for morning and evening walks. Horse ride and everything close.

We came for a quiet retreat near the ocean. This house was perfect! There were 6 of us and we had so much room and it was just a short walk to the beach. Beautiful weather and beautiful home!

Our family really liked this house. Location is fantastic, and pricing is fair considering that the house is VERY dated and needs some maintenance. That said, we would definitely stay again.

With the description of the location and house accommodations, the only thing that can sum up our stay is disappointed. There was talk of a jacuzzi tub on the property, but to our surprise it was a spa tub in the master bedroom/bathroom. Upon arrival we noticed not only dirty dishes in the cupboards, but broken dishes as well. The towel rack on the first floor was loose/broken and the dvd player on the first floor did not work. The bathroom on the main floor was unable to be locked or latched. The bedroom on the second floor, with the balcony, was unable to shut the main door into the room. A pillow on the couch in the main living room had a melted/burnt spot. A chair on one of the balconies was totally broken and unable to be sat on. We were never able to find the binoculars or walkie talkies that were also mentioned in the advertisement. For the amount of money that we spent on the accommodations, I would certainly expect a little more deep cleaning and inspection before a new group is to arrive. Last but not least, the most disturbing discovery was old insulation in the air vents. Perhaps the squirrel that is in the wall?

We were a family group of ten adults and two teenagers and thoroughly enjoyed our five nights a Abandon Abandon. Games, good food and much laughter. Plenty of space to spread out and everything we needed for a fun vacation.

Bunch of old guys (and one wife) in Bandon for the seasonally reduced rates at Bandon Dunes….suits our purposes just fine….stayed at same property last year at same time….well located for walks on the beach….checkout protocols reasonable. Marc

The house worked great for 6 solo women. It is very well stocked with all the necessities with a view of the ocean. Access to the beach is 1 block away. Check in was very easy. We will return next year!

Property was worth the value. Property is dated and carpet pass is broken down and lumpy. Some staining on carpet but the house was great for what we used it for, a place to rest your head in between rounds.

The location of the property is amazing- beautiful uncrowded beach, horseback tours and more just outside of the door. The house is very spacious, comfortable, and has plenty of room for a group. The kitchen is seriously well appointed- it had everything we needed and much more. A great spot for a beach retreat with family and friends!

This is a nice big comfortable house perfect for a big family or small group. Lots of bathrooms, great water pressure and hot water, appreciated after a day on the dunes. Clean and comfortable, perfect location and easy access to our favorite beach. Decent kitchen and grill. Good movie and game selection. This is our second year here and will be returning next summer.

Perfect for 3 generations
The 3 levels of this house fit well for our 3 families and 3 generations. Each floor worked well for one of the families. We made good use of the nearby beach (sparsely used) and riding stable located each about a block away at opposite ends of Mars Lane. Our stay included July 4 and great fireworks in Bandon.

Loved the place, close to beach, spacious and well equipped kitchen.
Our second time renting this place. I recommend it for a large family. Lots of room for all to sleep, plenty of bathrooms, close to beach, big dining table, lots of games and a very well equipped kitchen.

Our 27th Annual Family Beach House Week
The house is nicely set up for a large family/group in overall spaciousness, dining needs and family room seating. It has a lot of beds and extra bedding options depending on your needs, however, a couple of the mattresses need to be changed (lumpy causing those sleeping to constantly roll to the center). Lovely view of the beach from a far. We had a VERY windy week, so it. impacted our outside plans (we are an active family), but we found from locals that that is pretty typical of June weather in Bandon. We had a few maintenance concerns, but I will share those with the owner as he/she/they can fix those. Overall, a fun family week of togetherness.

We loved this rental for our group of 9. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. Would book again. Could use a little updating (the carpets) and attention from a handy person (loose knobs and a ceiling crack). Overall very clean and well equipped.
