Located in Sun City Grand, this lovely condo for R 1,197 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Live the resort! Luxurious La Solana Condo in The Grand Retirement Community. Age restricted community. Beautiful lush grass landscape with heated year-round salt water pool, hot tub, and staffed clubhouse with daily activities. Enjoy all the recreational amenities of The Grand in addition to the La Solana amenities. The beautifully appointed, well-equipped, and spotless condo is on the third (top) floor with elevator access from an outdoor courtyard. Private covered and lighted parking by the door. The balcony patio overlooks a large grass greenbelt. The kitchen has been completely upgraded with a stainless steel kitchen appliance suite, beautiful granite countertops, and custom roll-out shelves installed in the cabinets. The master bedroom features a new king mattress as well as a large walk-in closet. Over-sized Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime in the living room with cable television, Internet, and WIFI all included. Laundry room with the washer and dryer located INSIDE the unit. All utilities are included. Dedicated computer workstation with printer. The floors throughout are a beautiful wood laminate and a decorative Italian tile entryway. The condo features a new air conditioner, a microwave, a dishwasher, an ice maker, a garbage disposal, as well as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and juicer. This is a very friendly and safe community with on-site management. There are always activities in the clubhouse including pool parties and movies in the clubhouse theater with popcorn. The Grand features four champion golf courses, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, an indoor pool, outdoor resort and lap swimming pools, a computer center with classes, art studios, pool tables, a poker room, and more. The Grand Village Center with fireplaces and a waterfall stream feature is a great place to listen to live music and meet friends. The location on the edge of town allows you easy access to the 303 freeway, and is located within a few miles of the Spring Training Surprise Stadium and The White Tank Mountains Regional Park for hiking. This is the most affordable place to stay in The Grand. I make sure my cleaning crew does an excellent job making this place hotel clean for you, so please No Smoking and No Pets. We were delighted with this choice of accommodations. We felt very at-home during our month there. Condo was spacious and adequately stocked. Nice balcony view. Owner was very attentive. Location was so close to all that we were there for. We just loved the community there! Just steps to the pool&hot tub where we met so many friendly residents. The La Solana hostess at the clubhouse was fun, friendly, and there to truly serve everyone. Really, I can't say enough. This place made our trip so wonderful, as did the beautiful Surprise, AZ weather! Would definitely return!

Great condo, great pool, great neighbors, great location, great host!!! Had the pleasure of staying at Pamela's condo as a travel nurse. Located one half mile from one hospital and six miles from another. Golf courses all around. Stores within walking distance. Refreshing pool after a long day at work. Friendly neighbors. Lovely condo stocked with everything you could need. But above all, when I lost my contract early, Pamela refunded my money left on my contract which she was not required to do per our agreement. Truly a great lady. Would recommend her and her condo to anyone.
